This is the second time parts girl named cara was rude and generally uninterested in looking up parts. My company will not be buying anymore from this location. I also have heard negative stories about this person from other shops.

My experience at Toyota Town. Booked an appointment for warranty work, an oil change and requested a hybrid tech listen to my vehicle as I thought it was too noisy.
The "service writer" I dealt with, decided I didn't need a tech to listen for noise on the brand new Highlander I just bought from them. Instead she said the blond service writer next to her, also a lady, has a hybrid and she can tell me the noise is normal. I'm said when I bought the vehicle the salesman took me for a ride in a highlander he owned because they didn't have one on the lot, and it was a lot quieter. She immediately began slandering the salesman who is a fellow worker, telling me he didn't know anything. I told her she was very rude, but I left the vehicle there for an oil change and parts replacement on warranty.

The service writer said my vehicle should be ready by eleven, so I asked for a shuttle ride home and went home. She said she would call me when it was ready. She did not call, so at. 11:15, I called for the shuttle driver to come and get me so I could wait down there. The driver came and not seeing my vehicle in the pick up bay, I sat down and 40 minutes later I thought I'd go outside to see if I could see my vehicle anywhere. I found it and it had been parked outside the entire time, but then the two service writers, the one I was dealing with and the same blonde, who kept jumping into my conversation started rudely and incorrectly defending their actions when I asked why I hadn't been called. They were like dogs nipping at a cat and I was the cat. They were completely out of line. Both of them!
They said they hadn't called because the shuttle driver was not available, yet the shuttle came to get me and driver remained in the same office with them the entire time I was there. Since there were now two of them badgering me I asked to see the manager.

The service writer I was dealing with said. "I'd love for you to talk to my manager" and she said it in the rudest tone, obviously unconcerned that she would ever be disciplined by him. These two service writers are the worst customer relations individuals I have ever dealt with, and when they packed up together like dogs, it was a service experience from hell.

I see all of the ratings are negative on this companies service episodes, so mine is just one more episode. I will not ever deal with this company again. When you walk into the service lobby, no one even looks at you, some are eating or snacking and they just seem like they could give a damn about any customers, let alone customer relations.

Go elsewhere, this company does not treat customers well.

I purchased a 2016 Tacoma back in early November and couldn't be happier with not only the vehicle, but the service I received from Dave Quinn at Langley Toyotatown. Dave was very honest and forthright and I was able to negotiate a fair price for the vehicle. I am very happy with the new Tacoma and don't expect I will need another vehicle for some time but, when I do, I will go back to Langley Toyotatown and it will be because of salesman like Dave Quinn.

I had the pleasure of meeting Brendan White while looking for a new vehicle. He is one the most professional car salesman who I have ever met. He never asked stupid questions and never judge me for my personal appearance and that is the reason that we bought the most expensive vehicle that they had in the showroom. We test drove two vehicles and twice he filled them up so that we did not have to worry about running out of gas. He also helped us with the paper work and has made sure that we are happy with our buy. If I am ever looking for another vehicle I will make sure I will come back to Langley Toyota Town. He was never pushy and never felt like he was trying to fill a monthly quota .When I needed some small plastic plugs and touch up paint for my truck because Kingdom Truck Accessories screwed my paint job Brendan mailed me those parts without cost. In my search for a new vehicle I research and visited several dealerships and we found quite a few snobs who did not even looked at us .Thanks Brendan White from Langley Toyota Town for being there for us!
