I have ordered a 2022 cvt WRX here, the service is very good at the beginning, I very want to buy it from here but the later experience make me confused. Compare with other dealership, their service is good, my dealer Olga is very patiently and friendly help me order the car when there was a chip shortage time, everybody is very friendly, and the trade in price is very fair when I order my car 3 months ago. But now they cut $5000 price trade in price down when the new car came in, in this 3 months I have only drive 1000 Kms make no damage and try to not affect my trade in price.

The used car manager told me is the market cool down, and my car not worth as much as before, I can understand if they will cut down a bit my trade in price down when the new car came, but never thought there will be a waterfall down trade in price 3 months later . I am feeling very disappointed, because after my market research my car price shouldn’t low like $5000 down compared 3 months ago, my car is a low mileage 3 years old 2019 Dodge Charger Daytona. Even if they trade with my original price they will have a lot profit according to now autotrader market, but now they press it a lot lower.

I tried my best to clean up my car before the final check of my car, but now it’s embarrassing me to continue buying it. I thought maybe they just don’t want to sell me their car in stock price and make more profit. Or maybe they thought I have to buy it, because it's going to snow, and I will need a 4wd car, and my rwd car is not friendly snow drive. I don’t know, but anyway, that price can't convince me, it's like a steal from me.

I discussed this embarrassing experience with my colleagues, they also thought that’s unbelievable. I have a colleague who wanted to buy a crosstreck before, but after hearing about my experience, he gave up the idea of ​​continuing to buy it. Bought a used large AWD vehicle (wasn't cheap) which I'm happy with. Service throughout the sale was a huge let down.
Promised phone calls/follow ups never happened, was kept waiting on many occasions (even when meeting time was agreed upon). I felt like I had to push this sale through. Agent always acted like he was doing me a huge favour.

They were to detail/clean the car. Worst interior clean ever! Rugs still stained, and interior filthy. I took a wet wipe to it and it came up black.

From start to finish I felt like I was an after thought because I was buying used. Sad part is that in 6 months we'll be needing a NEW second car. I won't be rushing back.

Another great experience at Marostica Subaru’s Service Department. Had to have some recall work done on our legacy and they figured it would take an hour and a half. I asked them if they could squeeze in an oil change as well. They fit us in and they had it all done, including the oil change, in an hour and a quarter. More great service with a big smile and a pile of gratitude. I love dealing with a dealership that has such hi regard for their customers. Even though it appears to be a rare thing these days, Marostica sticks with that old fashion dependable and personal service.

We were very lucky our clutch issue began within 100 km of reaching Thunder Bay during our trip to the west coast in August. This is the best place.
While driving across country to help my mom, my clutch gave out. On a 20 year old car, not so surprising. But I really needed to get to my mom.

The team at Marostica were honest, they weren't sure what they'd find once they got this little old subbie on a hoist. It can't be much fun to work on a 20 year old car. I was somewhat prepared for more disaster. But the Forester proved to be in decent shape and they got her up and running with a smooth new clutch and a few small bits.

The repair service was indeed great. And my little old car was even washed up shiny clean for the rest of the ride. But what I will never forget is the Marostica team. Right from the first phone call they were amazing. They wanted to help, kept me informed, and showed concern for my situation. I felt like I was part of the family right away.

Thanks Lisa and Randy, and everyone I met. I am seriously considering getting a little more work done when I pass through Thunder Bay after helping my mom. Because I trust you guys completely.

Overall terrible customer service (this is related to servicing and NOT purchasing a new vehicle.)

First off, I called 3 separate occasions - weeks apart- with no answer and left a message. Was my call ever returned? No. They need to invest in an answering service or a receptionist.

When I arrived for the day of my servicing I entered the lobby and approached reception where two employees were chatting about coffee. I stood there with no acknowledgement, not even a "hello". Finally I just decided to wander around until I found the service desk to check in for my appointment.

I LOVE my Subaru but I cannot stand this dealership. How hard is it to offer a basic level of customer service?

Made arrangements to have a few things on our Outback checked over at Subaru about a month in advance as we had to travel 400 km to TBay. When I arrived for my 8:00 am, Friday morning appointment, I feel the greeting from service was not all that welcoming. To add to this, the person (manager?) I had been arranging the service appointment with failed to communicate everything to the service department, so I had to find the email I sent to show everything that we had talked about. Service stepped to the plate and arranged for the additional diagnostics while I waited, and it took a reasonable amount of time. One of the service reps didn't have a lot of information, being new to Subaru, but suggested I read through the manuals to better understand how EyeSight works, etc. Everything was okay except for the lack of communication, which is pretty significant for a customer traveling from very far away for servicing.

You are better off going to subaru winnipeg instead of these guys. Three years ago I come in and the salesperson who admittedly is friendly but very unprofessional (won't go into too much details). I went with another car but since I now need to get a new one I thought to give them a try again. the staff is helpful and friendly, but their service is "mostly acceptable" at best. had an oil change and somehow the tech did not notice an active crank case leak, main seal leak, worn boots, badly worn tires? i brought it back and complained that there was smoke suddenly coming from the engine bay, and this was the diagnosis. why was it not caught on the oil change inspection? "the tech can't see every problem" was the response. unacceptable, but at least it was under warranty. i just wait for an engine bay fire...
