Original purchase was great but as soon as the car was off the lot the service from sales and parts was horrible. Could not get the salespeople Troy and Stelios to answer questions so I had to get sales manager involved. Charlie in parts didn't want to honor online quote without me getting a little assertive. Also had a little bit of a chip when answering a question about oem hood deflector. Had service arrange the install of an item that was confirmed to be in stock only to be told 3 days prior to install the item was not in stock and would have was on back order. Asked Doug from parts about this and he didn't seem to care in the least. Check the recent reviews from the G Maps and you will see that this is not uncommon.
Let's face it...buying a vehicle from a dealership is not fun. There are still so many stereotypical salespeople who will say or do anything to sell you a car. They will be your best friend and try every tactic to sell you that perfect car at the best price than anywhere else. Pushy pushy pushy.
At Wolfe Subaru, we dealt with Matt. Now I'm not sure about the other salespeople at the dealership, but Matt wasn't like any other I have ever had to deal with. No cheap cologne or cheeseball attitude. I feel like he was honest and upfront and NOT AT ALL pushy. He went out of his way to make sure we were taken care of.
The sales manager was very reasonable as well. There's ALWAYS room for more deal. Always. I was happy with the agreement for final trade in and purchase price I was offered. He threw in some complimentary oil changes.
Finance lady did a great job too finding us best bank rates.
Overall we had a great experience buying a car. Let me repeat myself...a great experience buying a car!!!

Wolfe Subaru, you absolutely, hands down, win the prize of the decade for not standing behind your product. After driving off your lot last July, with a brand new, yet defective vehicle, we have experienced first-hand your lack of caring and indifference. Yes, you finally fixed the problem, after 7 months and 12 visits to your dealership but there was never any follow-up to any of our requests about obtaining a resolution to our problem until we finally took it up with Subaru Canada. As well, there was never once any attempt to say you were sorry for our inconveniences, both in time spent and number of trips back and forth to your shop. I have always maintained that in business, it is not the fact that a mistake was made, but all about how you recover from that mistake. You, Wolfe Subaru have a great deal to learn about recovery.

I recently purchased my first brand-new car ever, a 2019 Subaru Forester (my third Forester in my life – I just love these cars!). From the friendly and efficient receptionists; to the sales manager Jay, who noted my very particular needs, and found and brought in the exact car I wanted in less than 10 days; to Claudine, who helped me choose the best extended warranty for my needs; to Matt, who took me through “Subaru School” to teach me how to use all the bells and whistles (and patiently continued teaching, as I stopped by the dealership several more times over the following weeks, when I couldn’t figure something out on my own ;-).
It’s been a couple of months since I bought my new Forester, and I am just loving it. I very highly recommend Subarus in general, and Wolfe Langley Subaru in particular!

Tristan was did a great job facilitating the purchase of my 2015 CrossTrek. The only issue happened when I came to pick up the car, the trailer hitch was not yet installed. To be fair I did come in a day earlier than expected but it would have been good to know that the work hadn't yet been completed. He made good on it though and arranged to have the car picked up at my work, hitch installed, and then delivered back to me. Excellent recovery! Thanks for the great service!

Normally, when someone is looking for a vehicle, they don't need to be submitted to intimidation tactics. The service staff are all friendly and knowledgeable. I always appreciate how clearly they explain what they plan to do. If anything additional needs to be done, they always contact you first. A staff member goes over the bill with you afterwards and highlights what has been done.
I bought a pre-owned Outback from Wolfe Subaru about 2 months ago, and I absolutely love it! My buying experience was painless and enjoyable (I hate car shopping). Once I purchased my car, I emailed some questions I had regarding the car to Connor. I had noticed a few days after picking it up, the driver visor light was burnt out. He was prompt in answering my questions and helped me get an appointment to get it assessed. I expected to pay since buying pre-owned is at your own risk usually. But Subaru covered the cost for me.

I especially appreciated Lee, who greeted me and assessed my needs, and Claudine, Wolfe’s financial wizard, who took time out of her busy, busy day to do her magic with passion and commitment — and when Claudine learned that I intended to take transit back to my home ... she arranged to have me *driven* there by a charming young salesman ... all the way to Tsawwassen! Wow, where do I even start... I don’t know much about cars however when leaving Subaru I felt like I was an expert with all the information the staff had given me. Very poor customer service. Was informed of a recall for my wife's Outback in March. Told I would receive a call from the dealership when they had the part. Waited until June, still no call. I called them and was told it would be 14 days to get the part, they would call when it was in. Waited another month still no call, so I called them and they told me the earliest they could get me in was September 12. Called another dealer and have an appointment booked for next week. I won't be buying or servicing my vehicles there again.
Excellent Service. The folks at Wolfe Subaru deserves 10 points out of 5. I'm a proud Subaru Forester owner and recently noticed that the A/C may need to be checked prior to the starting of this summer season. Called on Saturday morning for an appointment, Darren from the Service Department called back and offered a same-day appointment, albeit their busy weekend schedule and my short notice. Darren's team started problem-solving right after I brought in the car with my paperwork. While awaiting, had a nice catch-up chat and new car review session with our sales person Troy, an super awesome guy and always a pleasure to be around. As a result of the investigation, it turns out that some refrigerant leaked out from the condenser. Without a question asked (still under warranty), Darren's team replaced the entire condenser assembly with the new refrigerant and thoroughly explained the cooling system's mechanism to me. The whole process took only less than two hours while I'm catching up on some personal work on my laptop, which is super-prompt considering the amount of repair works (dissemble and reassemble back the bumper, condenser and their parts) involved. An awesome experience every time I visit this place, will definitely recommend Wolfe Subaru to anyone who is looking to become a proud Subie owner!

Bought a used 2016 Crosstrek from Matt(with Connor's assistance) and it was a very smooth process. I would 100% seeing him. It was a very busy holiday Monday and he did excellent even though he was juggling between us and another client. The process was quick and was not stressful at all. He does not have the usual salesman personality which was a nice change after being to three places before this dealership where I felt pressured into a vehicle I didn't even want!

After a very disappointing trip to Mercedes, whom didn't even acknowledge us, Mark greeted us and was looking for what he could get us information on within 30s of arriving. Already impressed, he allowed us to do a test drive on a couple of cars after narrowing down what we were looking for. He listened to everything we had to say and really just seemed excited to help. We haven't bought anything yet, but if I decide to get a Subaru, thus far this would be the place I would go.

One belt and one seal was damaged, oil spilled all over the engine. They found the cause, gave me a loaner car to go home and got the parts in the next day!!!! Excellent service and awesome mechanic as always.

This is our 4th Subaru purchase, and our first from Wolfe Subaru.
We do know our Subaru dealerships and have been looking for a Forester at all the dealerships around. First impressions are key and Tristan and Wolfe Subaru gave us a good, no pressure experience. With no fuss... we were allowed to test drive any vehicle and the cars were quickly prepared for us. We brought the whole family and had a great time in deciding.
Tristan Quiring was very nice and we enjoyed his help in finding our new Forester. He is a great guy to work with and trustworthy!
Prices and calculations were clear and no hidden agendas or the dreaded dealer haggle. We are happy with our purchase and would purchase from them again.

I am from the island, but when i show up at the dealer ship just to look at a forester xt that was not available to test drive near where i live. The sales man still gave me a go at the test drive knowing that there is a chance he might not even get the business from me. the experience was very good. i might just go back to the dealer when i made up the decision of purchase a new vehicle.
Went for an oil change. (>10,000km on engine). Told me they did a clutch slip test after the fact😑. Obviously rode my clutch. 1st let me know in the future when your going to bend me over. 2nd why would u test a sub 10,000km clutch (-‸ლ). 3rd dont lie and say its supposed to smell like that.😡 4th dont tell me my clutch is soft then tell me you did a clutch slip test. I smelt blatant lying. Even if i was wrong atleast apologize.😠
The atmosphere and service at this dealership is great. I was just starting to look for a new car and the no pressure attitude was nice. My service consultant was excellent. I appreciated the condition of the vehicle when it was returned, clean and vacuumed, it looked great! The work done, ie door strips for dings and remote start work was well done. Time lines were met. While waiting Mathew assisted me once again with working the navigation system. He has offered service above and beyond what would one expect as he wasn't the person who sold us the vehicle. He is very knowledgeable and has helped us get a better understanding of using the system more fully. This additional assistance really put Wolfe Auto group over the top for quality service. Thank you or the loaner car, I would not be able to get my car serviced without it as we live and work too far away to make it work.
