All my questions where answered timely and with great care. They kept me apprised of where my car was as it was coming from the factory. Awesome service! We bought beautiful used Outback with Ryan's help. We were on a tight schedule, car shopping on a Saturday from out of town, and Ryan did everything he could to make the experience of buying a car go as smoothly as possible. It recently came time for my vehicle’s major maintenance servicing (100,000 km). Agreeing to the quote, the work was done and when the bill came, it was for EXACTLY THE SAME AMOUNT! Actually, I am not too shocked by this as there are no hidden fees or outrageous extra charges because the service department staff are always quite honest right from the get-go. Purchased a Pre-Owned Forester from Clay at Scott Subaru and could not have been more impressed with the service we got. He knew answers to every question we asked about a number of vehicles, and was clear and transparent with every part of the viewings and transaction. He was flexible with meeting us at a time that worked for us, being we had to drive in from Leduc. We recently purchased a new Subaru 2020 outback at Scott Subaru. The experience was probably the most easiest, straightforward transaction we have completed when it comes to purchasing a vehicle. There was no haggling, no up selling, no back and forth games of negotiation, and was pretty seamless.

Subaru already makes a great product which made that part easy. The service we received is why we will go back. This was our second vehicle from them. First Subaru purchased and we are not disappointed. Drove to the East Coast just after purchasing our Forester. Comfortable ride and love the safety features. We have since driven across Canada and experienced all weather conditions from warm sunshine to cold blizzards, ice and snow and never a problem!

CR gave Subaru Forester really high rating. Never driven one before but once I tested one, I knew is the car for me. Won't even consider the other four I tested. Knowing what I want and only two dealerships in Edmonton, i called Scott Subaru and see what they have to offer. Ryan King did not disappoint me and gave me a good deal in comparison to Edmonton dealerships. He was courteous, professional, knowledgeable and very pleasant. When I was unable to drive to Red Deer to pick up for a few weeks, he offer to delivery to my door. Which dealership does that!!! Thinking he will drive my vehicle up, instead, Ryan and Caesar loaded it into their trailer so no mileage would be added and in a brand new condition. It was deliver the time requested and on time. Ryan was very thorough going through the operation and details of the vehicle. I'm very happy with my Forester and the service Scott Subaru provided. The experience at Scott Subaru was great because, I've always good service from them. I drive from Edmonton every time, as I can't bring myself to pay $170 for an oil change from the two dealers here. The staff at Scott Subaru are great friendly, and the new building is a plus!

I am pretty disappointed in the service as I noticed my car, which is just over a year old, had a shake in it right after I got my summer tires put on. I was concerned so I called them to book another appointment, but they said they could not get me in for a month. I was still concerned regarding if it was safe to drive, so I stopped in at the dealership to get it looked at briefly and for their professional opinion. One of their service workers inspected all 4 tires, took the tire pressures and said what ever is causing the shake, it is still safe to drive. A month later my appointment arrived, I get a call and their mechanics don't feel comfortable driving it because a cord in the tire is exposed and it could blow at any moment. I am extremely upset to say the least, especially since they rant and rave about how safety is their number one concern.
My biggest thanks to Adam and Ernesto. With their help and advice, I had such great experience buying a new car from Scott Subaru.

I bought my brand new 2019 Crosstrek from Scott Subaru in Red Deer even though I live in Edmonton. They provided me with excellent customer service and offered me the best rates. Clay was a fantastic salesman who was not pressuring and had lots of knowledge. Carmen in finance was easy to deal with and answered all my questions via phone prior to purchase in a timely manner. Overall my experience was great, I would highly recommend coming here if you are looking for a vehicle! Lastly, my new Crosstrek is the BEST.
I'm so glad I bought my first vehicle at Scott Subaru. I was a little nervous about the annoying process of car shopping and being preyed on by a bunch of sales sharks (This happened at every other dealership). But this was not at all the case with Scott Subaru. I never felt a hint of pushiness. Clay was a great representative of the company from start to finish. He was very friendly and really knew his stuff. He was always quick to answer all my questions, and I had a lot. They were able to order me in exactly what I wanted without issues. I have no doubt that my experience with Scott Subaru will continue to be excellent throughout the many years to come owning my Crosstrek. We will definitely be coming back in a few years to get my wife a Subaru too.

We purchased a brand new Tribeca at Scott Subaru and took possession of it May 18, 2012. We had looked at everything from BMW to Toyota to Ford and did a lot of test driving. The minute I drove it off the lot I knew the Tribeca was the one. I liked the idea of the Boxer engine, safety features that were clearly explained to us, the warranty and the after sales service and support offered. The vehicle is a pleasure to drive with exceptional handling. The vehicle is a higher end model so all the bells and whistles are appreciated as well. We dealt with Ernesto for the sale and Kirsty for the paperwork and both treated us very well indeed. Our deal was a cash no trade and they were flexible and negotiable with our price and offered us the cash back deal. There is also a young man who is a new salesman in training and Jason, who I saw or talked to briefly, and both gentlemen were also great to deal with.
All in all, we have had an excellent experience in purchasing our new Subaru Tribeca. I would happily recommend this dealership and the entire team to family and friends and anyone looking for a new vehicle.
