Just left Nissan Metro as my SUV had a recall that needed to be checked.
Impeccable service!
I went with my 15 month old son and they had markers for him to play with and one of the gentleman came out with a massive paw patrol coloring book for us to keep.
They were all smiles! I felt very comfortable and appreciated.
They even washed my car when the inspection for the recall was finished.
I’m very very impressed. Thank you Nissan Metro!

The worst experience ever! If you are an immigrant and newcomer, STAY AWAY from them. In the first 5 minutes of conversation, they had the audacy to ask questions about my status and my credit card limit. Saying that I have not built a credit score here, and the province won't allow me to finance/lease a vehicle.
Of course these elegibility informations are important, but they did not even ask me wich model/category/color we would like. Ridiculous. They are not professionals.

We brought a Nissan Qashqai a year back, I was told that they gave me 0% interest and realized that they charged me 2.90%. Be careful when dealing with these thugs. I should have been careful while signing the papers. Best is to avoid these dishonest clowns altogether.

Nothing i could do. Told them i have people high risk that drive with me? Didn't even offer a wipe for my steering wheel. How many people cought covid this way i'd like to know. Oh and parts were installed crooked wow still fighting to have warranty honored

Not really experienced mechanics.

After changing 3 times my alternators from aftermarket part stores, i decided to finally go straight to the Official parts provided this Nissan dealer and get a "Real" alternator which i did and seems to work ok for now.
After I changed the alternator, i noticed my voltage gauge would fluctuate (go up and down when stopped at red light) so i brought back the car to them hoping they could find the solution.. i did make a mistake saying its probably the alternator and they were right it still works perfectly fine and apparently after spending $400 for 4 hours inspection, they found the problem was actually "my cigarette lighter".. after all, they work with Nissan vehicles so why question it. 3 weeks ago i met another mechanic at an Offroad group who's been working on cars since 1997 and he said try by cleaning the Full Throttle Body and then we'll see if the Air Flow Sensor needs to change... so for $9 I got a Full throttle body cleaner at Canadian Tire and started the cleaning process. The results amazed me because the problem is gone. I was wrong thinking maybe something was causing voltage to fluctuate but in reality my engine was "choking". What amazed me is the dealer told me they will give my car to their "best" mechanic and they still didn't find the right problem even if i'm not mistaken they had 3 mechanics working on my SUV 🤣. I needed to share this story to make sure future clients who might get similar situation wouldn't end up paying too much for nothing. After going to 6 different mechanics, the last one was right and gave me free advice that saved me a lot of money.

The lesson from this story is..just because one is working at a dealership as mechanic that doesn't mean they're "experts". Unfortunately, i'm no more a customer and even if they ever call me, give me any type of discount..my trust is lost forever 🤷‍♂️. $400 is a lot, anyways hopefully they used my money wisely because it's the last $ they get from me.

I was shopping for a crossover SUV, when a friend reccomended the Nissan Qashqai.
Went to test drive it. When I arrived Sam Dib was hospitable and cordial. He answered all my questions and cut out the fluff. He made me feel like the burden of car shopping during a pandemic was lifted off my shoulders. He didn't distract me or try to push any other car on me. Finally it was the test drive. If you're looking to buy a Nissan and want a person with integrity and listens to what you want and need? Sam's the Man.

Last tire change they sent me to another location. (N.D.G.). This was after calling and trying to book an appointment for a few days. N.D.G. was pretty empty, but they took it a while to sort everything out, and then do the tire change. Today, they made an appointment but forgot to bring the tires back from N.D.G. So, I have to take another day to get the tires changed tomorrow. No one on staff took the time to confirm of they had the tires first. Very unprofessional.

Service is a 4 letter word at Metro Nissan. When I called to get an appointment to change my tires (they are stored with them) they gave me an appointment for 6 weeks later !!!!!! Now I called because my maintenance light came on for an oil and filter change and they categorically told me to go to another Nissan dealer as they were super busy for the next number of weeks !! Really ???

I went back to metro nissan and was asked to come in on Thursday Morning. I went in and left my car. On Thrusday afternoon I called to get some update, they mentioned they wont be able to work on my car on Thursday because they are running behind schedule. Given I have had a good experience with the service in the past I said no problem but I need my car the next day. On Friday June 28, I did not hear back from anyone so I decided to call around 11AM to get an update. I was told they are super busy but they will 100% call me back before the close at 2PM.
At 1:45PM I did not get any update so I decided to go in Person and my car was still parked at the same spot I left it in and the service was closed. The least they could have done was to call me and give me an update. Now I am left with a car that is still not fixed and forced to go back another day. Very Unprofessional.

Nice place to service the car, i had an issue with my brad new Nissan Rogue the switch to adjust the side mirror was not working properly so i went there even i didn't buy my truck from this dealer. I came here because it was close to my home. The service adviser his name is AKSEL took care right away some to my car and checked the switch and took my car in same day and fixed it. The replaced the switch and it was working. And the best thing is it was free. Was done under warranty!!
