Thank you to Andre and his team for being an honest garage. Another dealership quoted me 2k-3k to replace my entire trunk, on a 3 year old vehicle, due to the automatic liftgate that stopped working. After months of having no use of my trunk and fighting with nissan canada, who claimed zero responsibility for the quality of their vehicle, Hull Nissan stepped up to the plate and diagnosed and fixed my trunk...its a miracle fixed! Didn't have to replace my trunk. Definitely recommend this dealership if you are looking for a honest reliable dealership and service centre.
I am very happy with my experience at Hull Nissan. My salesman Marco Lancto was very helpful in helping me select the perfect vehicle for my needs. He was knowledgeable about the benefits of a Nissan Kicks. He was patient with me while I asked questions. I had forgotten an item in my trade in and he was willing to look for it for me even though this was after the sale closed and he no longer needed to think along the line of securing a sale. He took the time to explain all the bells and whistles to me. My experience with Billy Marcotte in the finance department was equally pleasant. Billy also helped me with question for my insurance company. I would recommend this dealer ship to anyone looking for a new vehicle. I love my Nissan Kicks, it drives well, holds the road on curves, comfortable and roomy. It feels good. The trunk/storage space is more than sufficient. Just bought a used 2017 Nissan Versa Note (almost new at 34000kms) at this dealership. It was the first time in our lives that we had such a pleasant experience at a car dealership when purchasing a car. Our salesman was Marco, a high energy, friendly, transparent, no bs kind of guy. If I could rate this dealership with half a star I would. I've contacted the dealership via their website with view to purchase a car. I got a call back from them saying that they had amazing offers and liquidations for the type of car we wanted. I've finished work earlier than usual so that I can pop over and see those "supposedly" amazing offers. It turns out that they had no offers available and that they just wanted to sell what was available. Their Customer Service wasn't up to scratch either! My wife and I have witnessed how badly a couple were being spoken to by one of the agents. When it was our turn, the same agent (to whom being pleasant to others seems to require an effort) quickly lost interest when we expressed our disinterest in what they were trying to sell to us and that we were after a deal/offer as they previously stated. The same agent had no interest in providing us with quotes/payment plans either until prompted saying that:" well you seem that you've already made up your mind so there's nothing further I can help with"
So far it has been okay, we decided on a Nissan over a Toyota but I have no previous experience with this make. The sales person was friendly and there was no pressure. As usual the financing discussion is a lot of smoke and mirrors but they are fairly transparent about it. The final paperwork is delayed allegedly at Nissan Canada so we are waiting. I will update and upgrade this review when we get the car.
I get my vechical serviced here all the time and the service department is amazing 👏 Simon is the advisor i always deal with very knowledgeable to work with. It definitely way better than the Nissan dealers in Ottawa and they are very honest .definitely recommend all my friends and family

Purchased my car from out of town. My contact, Alexandre was professional, courteous and friendly while their business manager Madhi made the entire process simple and efficient. Buying a vehicle in Quebec was made easy as they had the best straight-up no BS pricing which I appreciate. Final touches: the car was fulled up and spotless despite the awful weather, half an hour early. Can't ask for anything more than that.

I got my car here from Martino and got a decent deal from him. Mahdi was really helpful with the payment processing and arrangement of the schedule. I got worry a bit because the tires I requested weren’t available for delivery and they had to substitute to a different one. But they worked hard to get the tires I wanted in time for delivery and I was satisfied with to their services.
Marc-Antoine was also part of this 5 star review. He actually had nothing to do with this entire deal. But he was helping me along the way on the day of delivery with a minor issue and he also offered to explain the features of the car as this was my first car. If that’s not exceptional service, I don’t know what it is.
Overall, I had a great experience from Hull Nissan and would recommend to my friends and family.

I am a loyal Nissan customer for past 15 years. However, after my first purchase at Hull Nissan with third time in a row I go in for service there is perpetual miscommunication each and every time. I will not be returning here and taking my business to another Nissan dealer. Probably back to Hunt Club as I was always satisfied there.
