I had an all around great experience. I traded in my Jeep for a Murano and was offered the price I wanted without any lowballs. What made me want to come post a review was later that night seeing the price they posted my car for. On top of the great service I received from day one, how my trade in went just confirmed they were being honest and fair.
I don't do reviews, but they earned this one. Very well managed store. The cars speak for themselves too.
I find the service area seriously lacking in service . Car went in for oil change and there was no service check of fluids or any check of other items on a NEW Rogue . Nothing was checked no fluids topped up nothing other then Oil an Filter which i was charged $80.00 which is about twice the cost at any average service station . Seeing as I bought the car here I would have at least expected the courtesy of a fluid top-up and simple maintenance check on the car . Next time I think I'll find another Dealer when it comes time to buy another car or one that at least provides some service instead of just over charging for a simple oil change

I am very happy with my vehicle and my interaction with the sales person however I am still waiting to hear from Nissan about a scratch that was on the door before I purchased it. I traded in an older Nissan to help with the purchase of a new one, was not happy to see that they reposted my old car for over 3x what they gave me as a trade in.

John and Terry were great!!!! Not pushy, very respectful and overall a great experience. We were not in the best spot financially when we went to trade our car, they went above and beyond to find us a vehicle that we would be comfortable in and could afford. They even found one out of province and brought it here for us, it took a week from the time we went and mentioned what we needed/wanted till we drove off the lot!!! It was a little "rushed" because of my medical situation but they are willing to work around my schedule! They went above and beyond for us and never once did we feel pressure! It was a great experience and we will continue to grow our love for Nissan and their vehicles! Thank you John and thank you Terry! First person I met was Chandler Leard. He has the patience of Job..I have never purchased a car from a dealership before...he explained everything to me. Even had the courage to come for a test drive with me...twice. I was impressed with the patience, understanding, willingness to make everything right for me and in the end, I have a beautiful Nissan Versa...also a big shout out to Mike MacDonald who handled the financial end of it...friendly and assuring that they were there to assist me on my time...thanks guys...keep on keeping on!!

Needed to have spark plugs replaced. Service tech could not give me estimate of cast. Ended up having to talk to Service Manager who had no problem in providing estimate. Set up appt for work. Upon arrival service tech could not tell me what plugs were being used to replace existing plugs. After much back and forth found out they were going to use platinum not Indium. The difference in the plug quality is very significant. Yet they were charging the same price for the lower quality plug.
Be aware of the service dept where they won’t quote a price and have problems identifying the quality of parts they are using.
