I went in yesterday to sell my nissan altima and spoke to Jamie, their appraisal manager, he told me right away that they can’t sell the car there and even guided me where to go if i wanted to sell it. I had an issue with the locks on my driver/passenger front doors. The dealership I go to in London wouldn't do anything and just said the locks were frozen. I took it to this dealership and they quickly diagnosed the problem being the lock actuators needed replacing. After a few days they were replaced and I was good to go.
The thing I appreciated most from this place was the throughness from the initial call when they asked me a ton of questions to understand the problem to the follow up call a few days later to make sure everything on my end was okay.
For London and surrounding area, this dealership is the best nissan dealership to go to.

A car dealership with inventory wow!!!! At the end of 2021 that’s not something you find easily. Ok fine, they didn’t have my car I wanted but they did at have it at their other dealership and it’s on its way! We were pleasantly greeted by Diana who was very, very knowledgeable on what she was selling and all the features that came along with each model. We didn’t feel like we were pushed and overall was a great car buying experience. We still have to pick up our new car but I’m 100% confident we are in good hands with our sales person Diana. Job well done! We highly recommend this dealership and Diana to anyone looking to buy and receive what you bought in a reasonable time unlike the dealership close by to them (I know first hand after waiting 8 months and never receiving what I ordered).

I had vehicle cleaned. It took 2.5 hours to clean. Upon returning home, I notice they did nothing in the back. My windshield was severely streaked and things were missed in the front. I returned to Nissan and when I told the woman she responded with, " well what do you expect for $59?" She told me it would be 45 minutes I could wait. I said I'd rather go home and there was no offer of a ride so I walked. I received a phone call 2 hours later that they were bringing vehicle to me. The back and the windshield were done. I've contacted Nissan about my experience and 2 weeks later I still haven't heard back.
Kyle was professional, prompt with replies and assisted me with finding a quality, certified, used car all within my budget with fabulous warranty coverage as well. Walked me through step by step in regards to financing and immediately addressed any inquiries I had as well.

We bought a gently used vehicle and were beyond happy with the whole experience. The care of the whole staff, the attention to detail, and the vehicle we purchased were all excellent. Gave them a great review the day we took the new vehicle for a test drive, but after we went back to sign the paperwork, things didn't turn out the way we had hoped. First, their whole demeanor changed when we returned, as if we were no longer valued as clients, even though they knew that we were planning on getting a second vehicle... then the finance guy tried to sell us an extended warranty package that would have cost us over 1/3 of the cost of the vehicle - WOW! most of the vehicle would have to be replaced at that price! Then, after we were told that we were getting the "winter package", we find out that that doesn't include the rims for the tires - but we didn't find that out until after the sale was done, so we would have to pay for those out of pocket... That should have been disclosed prior to the sale as well. And when we tried to communicate our issues with them, they tried to upsell us on the rims. Finally, we always get our service done with the dealership that we buy our vehicles from, but these people didn't even discuss their service with us, and left us with the impression that they really don't want our service business. We will not be going back! Be aware people! Our salesman Tyler did his job with integrity and was very good to us, but after the sale was done, the rest of the process was a sham...
Folks please make sure you do your homework regarding the vehicle you wish to purchase.
I always put the winter tires and wheels into my finance deal (and have always stored my tires with the dealership)...It was not disclosed to me that only the tires (and rubber mats) were included in my "winter package". A couple of days after I picked up my Kicks I got a call from the service dept asking me to order wheels. I was quoted $400.00 for the wheels! When I told them that I went online and priced the wheels and almost all quotes were under $200.00, they then said they would sell them to me for $200.00. So what were they really worth...was I getting the best price?
I have purchased about 10 new cars in my life and every single dealership that I have purchased from has offered the first service complimentary. When I asked about it they simply stated they do not do that.
I also mentioned to them that my daughter was thinking about upgrading her Micra to a Sentra...they told me that they don't sell many cars and left it at that. We had signed the deal for our Kicks and got the feeling they had moved on from us.
My biggest concern was with the finance office and them trying to sell me an extended warranty. The business guy tried to sell me a warranty for $144.00 per month for the term of my finance...$144.00 X 12 months X 6 years =$10368.00 for a $30,000.00 (all in) 2020 Kicks. This is just crazy!
I have always had my service done at the dealership I purchased from, I will not be using St Thomas Nissan for service.

Unbelievable customer service and friendly environment in every area of this dealership. I do not own/drive a Nissan (yet*) but rather a 2013 Ford F150 FX4. I could write a novel of my horrible experience of dealing with service issues from where I purchased my truck (Ford dealer in London).
The customer service makes you feel like your important to them and they actually care about you as a person, not just a number. So much so, I would do the drive to St. Thomas Nissan if it was an hour away just for how I've been treated by Doran - Parts Manager, Thomas - Service Manager, Lisa - Customer Service Manager. They actually took time to listen to my story/information instead of being condescending, dismissive (including eye rolling) like the London Ford Dealership Service Manager was regarding legitimate mechanical concerns on my truck.
All the employees I interacted with or even just noticed had a very positive and upbeat demeanor. Every employee said hi to me as well (in passing - makes a difference). The dealership itself is INCREDIBLY CLEAN and open and inviting.
This is the second time I've had major service work (full brakes and now engine service) done on my Ford truck at St. Thomas Nissan and not a Ford Dealership. They were able to not only make my truck new again, they can also honor your extended third party warranty claims (something my Ford dealer lied to me about).
If you need service work done, PLEASE PLEASE look into the St. Thomas Nissan dealership and see how they can help because they actually appreciate the customers business.
And NO I do not work at St. Thomas Nissan, I am a customer and want other people to know you have options for warranty work on extended third party warranty companies (even if not Nissan) or just want quality repairs done at real value.

I bought a car couple days ago. After agreed on the price I was told that dealership fee is seprate than the price of sale. Secondly, When I was making a deal I told em to change all fluids and all brakes on which they agreed but later they did not replace front brakes and had done only rare brakes. Moreover, most of the fluids were topped up not changed. When I asked em to see the manager I was told that he doesn't like people in his room.
St Thomas Nissan has been the absolute most professional ever since contacting them to do an oil change in my new vehicle. It’s a simple service and they still gave it the upmost attention. I came in and they knew me by name and paid close attention to detail while I was telling them my experience with my previous dealership.
