By far the worst place to take your car for check up. I came in and tried to speak to a machainic about a noise my car made sometimes, i recorded on my phone and wanted to let them hear it. From my past life experiences i can tell it was most likely an exhaust rattle. a person named "Blair" they have working at the front desk at their garage, said they have to take it out and drive it and lift it and pay 100 something dollars.. I didn't trust them with anything. This guy was so rude and disrespectful he was 2 noches away from getting a beating of his life. he said things like "kick his car out". I don't understand how Nissan can put someone like this retard as the first person you see. I don't recommend this location to anyone who cares for their car. After a hour and a half he comes to me with a bill quote of 510$ saying my Y pipe needs to be replaced (part of the exhaust). This man should not be working in customer service at all... you would think taking your car to its factory dealership is a good idea

I'll start off by saying that good service is hard to find these days and I am someone who expect a very high level of service. Well, all I can say is WOW. From start to finish and more importantly, AFTER the sale was done, the level service was outstanding. From the sales team , finance manager and general manager...They took the time to answer all my questions/concerns. They also had many follow up calls to ensure everything was to my liking. Definitely make you feel like part of the Myers family. I would not hesitate to recommend this dealership to anyone. A big Thank You to Mathew, Duane, Ron and Mike.

I recently purchased a 2014 Nissan Sentra that had a 100 kilometers at the time of purchase on the vehicle from another dealership and brought it to Myers for its first service a week after purchase. At the time I was not made aware that there is any safety recalls on my vehicle. Yesterday, on my way home from the states the car started to act up and thankfully I was a few kilometers away from Myers Nissan. I never had bad service over the last 3 years of going there so I was confident in leaving my car with them get the issue resolved. However, this morning after personally going in to follow up to ensure they got the full details as to what happened with the vehicle and then I was made aware that there was 1 safety recall on my CVT transmission. I went to work and shortly after got a call saying it was diagnosed and fixed. They told me my car battery after driving 2 hours straight was showing low voltage. I was very unhappy with this and asked for more testing as this diagnosis did not make sense. The service clerk was very adamant that they were confident in the technician but this did not sit right with me. While waiting to hear back from Myers i called Nissan Canada and was made aware that there is in fact 2 recalls on my vehicle that were not mentioned to me. I called Myers back after this and spoke to the service manager (very pleasant gentlemen and I felt confident in him). Overall it turned out the battery was NOT the issue and that it was possibly my CVT transmission recall(which they neglected to tell me about 3 weeks ago when my car was in for regular service). They fixed both recalls and test drove the vehicle to ensure it was not going to cause more issues. I hope that this will be the last of the issue. Had I not done my own research and had vehicle knowledge they would of handed me back a defective car. Not sure if I will ever return here again for any service.

I purchased a 2013 Pathfinder from Myers. It was truly a great experience. The sales rep, Abigail, was easy to work with. She understood what I was looking for and didn't try to push a vehicle that didn't suit my need. I would recommend her to anyone and buy a car from Myers again, no doubt. Based on previous car buying experiences with other dealers I was expecting some hidden fee or addon that was never mentioned to pop up at the last minute. Well, I'm happy to say everything worked out and the price negotiated was the price I paid. Job well done Abigail.
