Future prospective buyers from “Direct Nissan” be warned! I bought a new 2018 Murano at Direct Nissan big “mistake “ When I bought the vehicle my wife and I were told we had to see John Rehman the finance manager. We asked him for the features we wanted, prepaid services, the electronic module rust protection to which John said we do not have a prepaid service option. In a later discussion John told me we do have that option and it must have been a misunderstanding, yeah right! my wife and I both heard what he said. As for the electronic device he said they don’t do it but recommend the undercoat “ oil “. Some folks in reviews called John a lier, I would not go that far, greasy maybe. Like the old joke , how many finance managers does it take to grease a lawnmower? answer, One if you pass him through slowly.

The salesman I bought from Jason “ nice guy good at his job”moved to an other dealership the next day, He explained to me that Shawn, another salesman would do the info and delivery of the vehicle. the pickup day came two weeks later and the vehicle was still in the parking lot. We waited for it to be made ready then the salesman explained the featured on the car, well sort of, I then asked a few questions to which Shawn said I could talk for two hours on all the features this car has but stopped there, I had to go to the original salesman at the new dealership he then explained the features correctly .

The 2018 Murano has had a problem with the radar on the front of the vehicle as well as the back hatch swipe option on the tailgate. If there are call backs on a vehicle would it not make more sense to replace them before the car is sold ? I guess not as mine had to be replaced. That entailed me taking my vehicle there three times and having to wait around for four hours on two occasions and a couple of hours on the other because the shuttle dose not go as far as Brampton .
If you are thinking of buying here please think again you have been warned.

Recently I had appointment with my new Nissan Rogue at 2290 Battleford rd in Mississauga. Service consultant was very mean and obnoxious . Her name is Sylvia Szczykutowicz. She needs to learn people skills. Just because I have accent, does not mean she can treat me that way.
I called My sales person Jason and told him how I was treated in Nissan service and he knew right away that was her serving me. He left this dealership because of her.
I am telling to all my friends about this bad experience. You already lost one of my friends as potential customer.

If you have an unhaggle referral for this dealership ask to be referred to another dealership. I purchased a 2018 Mauro Platimum in June at this dealership and it was one of the worse car purchase expereices i have had. The dealership did something called "tied selling, which is illegal. They would not give me my VIN number until I went back to the dealership to listen to their warranty sales and financing pitch. We had agreed on the night of the sale that I did not want either and initial the purchase order to reflect this. In order to obtain insurance I needed the VIN number. The warranty rep told me he would not give the VIN unless i came into the dealership to speak to him. The whole purchase was not good from the being. I was mislead that the model i wanted came in the colour i wanted, the warranty episode, and delivery time. It took almost three weeks to delivery me the car. I can see from the routing on the car shows it arrived at the dealership two days after we signed the deal. I would not recommend this dealership to anyone. The car I purchased I would recommend.

We visited your showroom with my cousin to get price quotes for Rouge 2020... A aged person who was at the side entrance asked us to fill the basic details form. Once we filled the form he refused to gives us a price quote as were on work permit, we told him to give us a quote and if it’s best we will pay the entire amount... but he refused to give us a quote and threw our enquiry form in the dustbin... Had a bad experience in leasing from Direct Nissan. Nissan had free winter tires upgrade when I was signing the contract and the sales guy confirmed me the winter tires offer as part of my deal. I didn’t check the contact line by line before signing (blame me), went with good faith & trust. Even when I was picking up my car they told me, winter tires will arrive after a month. But later they told me, that was never part of my deal.

I was hoping that as per norm and what most (if not all) dealers do, I will get a reminder/confirmation call a day or 2 in advance but I was informed this is not what Direct Nissan does.

Personally, I think that is poor customer experience. If you are planning to schedule something with them ensure you have your personal reminders set instantly.

My sales associate Patrick was friendly, professional and knowledgeable about the vehicle and different trim levels. He explained the purchase process to me and made sure I understood my payments. He told me they usually only do vehicle pickups on weekdays; however, he did accommodate me for pickup on a Saturday morning. Upon pickup of my vehicle, he made sure I was comfortable with my car before I drove off the lot with it for the first time. He offered to help me schedule my first service appointment, and gave me a nearly full tank of gas.

The Sales Manager Clyde worked with Patrick and I to help apply a new promotion to my deal and save me some extra money. The Finance Services Manager John, helped walk me through the different options for warranties, protections, and vehicle add-ons. He was responsive to my emails and helped accommodate my Saturday pickup.

The receptionist was polite and attentive. She offered us assistance right away. Both times I was in the store, I was offered a beverage.

Overall, I am very happy with the service I received, and I love my new Kicks! Thank you Direct Nissan!

Terrible dealership and experience. I am happy to report that I am one of the lucky ones and didn't even have a chance to buy a car, let alone test drive one. I called the dealership, spoke to Chris, and asked if he had a range of Pathfinder models in stock ready to test drive. He said he has them. I said I am coming in 20 minutes. I came into the dealership asked for him, and without even going for a test drive, we went straight to the office to talk. I thought it would be a quick talk about some basic stuff, but it turned into a lengthy discussion about numbers, trade in's, monthly payments, etc. Keep in my mind I haven't even test driven the car yet which is something I have always done first at any dealership I have been to. After a while, I finally asked him if we could go for a test drive now. He told me to wait. After 5 minutes of time Chris comes back and tells me that unfortunately the vehicle is sold and not available for test drive. Keep in mind that just 40 minutes ago he told me on the phone he has a range of them available. He made up a lie because he didn't want to go for a test drive. He assumed his customer was stupid and insulted my intelligence. Then Chris tells me that he can have another vehicle ready for me if I wait 30 minutes. I told him I wasn't waiting around any longer and walked out of the dealership. It was a great and informative visit to this dealership because now I am sure I will never buy a car there, if I even buy a Nissan at all.

I bought a 2014 Nissan Altima from Direct Nissan and I love it. I just drove it to Myrtle Beach and back with my wife and 3 (not small) kids and it was fantastic. Lots of room, smooth drive, ultra comfortable seats and excellent fuel economy. I averaged 7.2 l/100km despite the fact that the ample cabin and trunk were totally loaded and I had snow tires on. This included a week of city driving in Myrtle Beach. Only had to fill up once each way on a 1600km trip.

Direct Nissan was an absolute pleasure to deal with. Our Sales Rep, Al Alam, was one of the most professional, knowledgeable and friendly salespeople that I have ever dealt with. Clyde Monisse, the Sales Manager, was equally helpful. They worked really hard for our business and delivery was seamless.
