One negative experience spreads like wildfire, one positive experience is rarely publicised. This is our positive one. Our careers changed recently and therefore we needed 2 vehicles asap. We previously bought from Rallye(also a good rating) so we took our Murano in and asked what they could do for us. James, Matt and Alex did everything they could to get us into 2 cars, they all went above and beyond. THANK YOU guys, for all you did. If one bad employee can damage the reputation of a business and therefore it's team, then 3 great employees should raise it exponentially! We will be back.
Worst customer service experience ever in my life. The manager is the rudest person. They say something else during the deal and then later say that they have not said anything like that.
I went to pick up my tires today. I had the pleasure of meeting Mark Legge. His friendly manner and overall welcoming personality encourages me to come to Moncton even for maintenance. Absolutely great person to work with.

Good service and speedy repairs
I'm amazed. The salesman wasn't even willing to give me a price for the Hyundai Ioniq... he was like go on the website and see it there. He wanted my Social Insurance Number and date of birth just to give me a quote! He said it's better to pick a car from the lot because they have to go through the hassle of bringing in the Ioniq from the factory. Oh Rallye Motors... you've got quite a reputation in town.
The Sales manager was the rudest guy i have ever met in any car dealership. He is rough on face & seldom has any of the qualities needed for a sales guy!!!
I will not go back to them because of this guy.
I would recommend the owner to have a on-site feedback ledger.

I went to yesterday for service.
My car has many Problems.
1.front sensor always turn on the light.
2.humming sound.
I explained to them about this situation. so they did something and then I got the form about solution.
They wrote down on the form like this.
1.Cause of humming sound from a/c vent passanger side. Remove cab filter and reinstall it noise gone.
2.cause of forward collusion sensor staying on.
Av control unit software update perform av update.
So I thought that the problems solved.
But the Problems not solved anything. so I complained them about this situation.
However they told me that you need to make appointment again because now is almost closing time..... So I ask to them that "if i come here next time. Can i replace the front sensor?" But they told me that we have to check about warranty.
I was really embarrassed because this car is under 2years and 15000km.. almost new car...
Anyway they told me that we will discuss with manager and then send email to you tomorrow about warranty. However they haven't sent me any email yet......
My English is so clumsy so i i can't explain exactly.
But I am sure that I won't never buy nissan car again.

My experience with Nobert the car salesman was above & beyond.
I needed to downgrade my vehicle so that was a bit tough to handle. ( still a Nissan ) However , the situation 100% turned around into something even better ! Nobert had all the preliminary info prepared by the time I arrived @ the dealership. He took the time to test drive a couple of vehicles with me , fully explaining all features. He took all the time to ensure I walked away not only happy but completely satisfied. Beyond what I was expecting, I was able to get into a new Nissan that perfectly suits my need now , as well as my needs in the coming future. I have always believed in the quality of Nissan vehicles. Having Nobert as my salesman was the icing on the cake. Once again , Nobert thank you for all the hours put into this purchase. Thank you for the your customer service and dedication put forward. Avoid Rallye Motors at all costs. They are scam artists who treat people like garbage. They will do anything to make a quick buck, the sales person I had been dealing with at a different Rallye location suddenly quit and I get the feeling he was poorly treated and that management is poorly organized.
My husband and I were in to gather information on options and were told they could not get numbers igether that day but would contact us next business day when we could pick up. After reminding them, we still did not hear back so we chose to deal with Amherst instead
Sales team was terrible! Gave him a budget and everything he showed us was over budget. He also spent the entire time talking to my husband even though i was the one buying the vehicle and he told offensive jokes.
Ended up going to a neighboring dealer who showed us the Nissans in our budget. Love the service team but wont be going back to sales.
Worst customer service ever, fees are at a way higher rate then any other dealership and so many hidden fees. They also charge an extra $1000 if you buy the car right out and not finance with them. Salesman was fine but the manager we spoke to was beyond rude.
Our car was a lemon. We had it in the shop multiple times for the same issue and they had it for longer than we had it. Sales manager was incredibly rude to my wife. Had to fight with them to get a loaner car and they had our car almost a month and couldn't figure out what the problem was until they finally changed out the battery. It was a BRAND new car. The service guys were very nice but we will never deal with Rallye again. Buyer beware. No lemon laws in New Brunswick. Once you sign on the dotted line it's hard to get them to do anything about problems you may have. There is in fact another issue with the car but we refuse to return.
Despite the very long process of getting everything done for getting such an awesome vehicle, it was well worth the wait. The guys at Rallye motors nissan were awesome. So very friendly and they worked with me to get the lowest rate and the price for my budget. I couldn't ask for better service, thank you so much.

The service was curteous, our questions were answered, the staff was helpful without being 'pushy' and everything was done in a time efficient manner, even though it was an inter-provincial transaction.
