We had a great experience, the sales staff were knowledgeable and not "pushy". The only issue is with inventory but that seems to be an unfortunate problem for most dealerships these days BUT! My partner and I went shopping for an SUV. We knew the budget & after some searching online & emails to various places, we found some vehicles that we thought would suit us. Evan reached out, and arranged for us to have a look. While they did not work out (nothing wrong with the vehicles, just not for us), a few days later, I contacted Evan again about a Rogue they had. While I liked the car, I said I wished it had some other features that this one did not have. He then showed me a similar vehicle, a year older, but the next model up. It was perfect. My partner test drove it, and we were sold. Then Steve walked us through the extended warranty & all the paperwork.

Had a great experience with Evan and the team, they stuck to what they promised and everything I needed done with my Titan purchase was followed through with. I would recommend them without a doubt over the city dealers.
Not impressed with the lying tactic used to sell cars and when called out on a lie they just ignore and pretend you didn't say anything.
In regards to a former rental vehicle they had for sale their sales team (Kate) and manager (Miguel) claimed being a former rental did not affect the value and doing a simple Google search would tell anybody otherwise as far as resale value goes. When requesting a similar vehicle be reduced the same promotional savings they flat ignored the request. I'm okay with 'this is our price and that's it' but the lies were just pathetic and caused me to go somewhere else.
Overall the team didn't seem very professional and were quite comfortable using lies to try and achieve a sale.

Evan in Sales and Miguel in Finance as well as all the other Staff we met were friendly and knowledgeable. There were no pressure sales tactics and no "Have to talk to my My Manager" marketing tricks. Price was negotiated quickly and satisfactorily. After delivery Evan made sure my wife knew the features of her Qashqai and ensured she knew he would be available in the future if she had any questions about it. All in all a wonderful purchase. Nice to have such a good Dealership locally.

After being in an accident where my brand new Rogue was totaled Evan and Steve made getting my replacement vehicle such a STRESS FREE experience. They were super accommodating to my tight turnaround schedule, understood I was driving from Edmonton and had just gone through a ton of stress with insurance, and were overall just great to work with! Something to be said about customer service in smaller cities vs bigger cities. Highly recommend Okotoks Nissan. Also - My 2019 Nissan Rogue is amazing - best SUV in my opinion.

We made him stay late on a Saturday night, which he did willingly, and warm up cars in frigid conditions, just to have us decide not to buy because of a personal preference issue. Evan is the opposite of the salesman stereotype. Young, friendly, fun to chat with, helpful to a fault, and a car guy. This is a fellow who is proud of his product and knows it intimately, loves what he does and makes customers feel appreciated and relaxed, not under pressure. I already own a Nissan, and will buy one again. When I do, it will be from Evan.

Last April I bought a 2016 Nissan Frontier Pro-4X. Overall I had a great experience. The salesperson I worked with, Jordan, was friendly and knowledgeable and worked with my budget to get me into the truck I had always wanted. Furthermore, after purchasing the truck Jordan has contacted me on several occasions to check up on my experience and to ensure everything is going smoothly with the truck. I would highly recommend Okotoks Nissan.

My husband and I recently purchased a Rogue. This is the first non-North American vehicle for us. Our experience with the purchase was very positive. We found our salesperson, Keffrey, to be professional, helpful, and knowledgeable about the product. The difference we found between Nissan and North American dealers is Nissan was willing to work with us to find the right vehicle for the right price, where our other experiences were much more rigid and beneficial for the dealer rather than us. Our experience with the service department has been very positive as well. The staff are friendly, knowledgeable and willing to help. We are thrilled with our decision to buy a Nissan product and have recommended Nissan to family members.
I recently traded in my Volvo XC90 and leased a new Rogue! I dealt with Sean and Jordan and just wanted to write you a quick email to let you know that they both did a great job and made it a really pleasant experience for me. The process wasn't without a couple of bumps, but I think that's to be expected in life! Both Sean and Jordan handled everything really well, and I felt they did their best to make sure I was happy and that everything went smoothly at the end of the day. They were always there for me to answer any questions I had and to work everything out throughout this whole process. I would 100% recommend Okotoks Nissan - it was a nice atmosphere, I never felt pressured, and I couldn't love my new Rogue any more than I do! Off to a rocky start but all sorted out in the end. The dealership called my daughter to come pick up her new car. She was kept waiting 2 hours only to find the paperwork was a mess, financing was for the wrong term, no dealer prep done on the car and maybe even no oil in the engine? Yikes! She headed home - no new car - with a dealer plate on her now unlicensed old car. The next day the dealership really came through. Paperwork sorted out, financing secured, car preped and the vehicle delivered to her work plus personal calls from the sales manager and general manager. Thanks for making it right Okotoks. I'm sure we will be back for new cars in the future.
What an amazing place... Love it!!I am not a fan of dealerships typically because the saleseman say whatever they need to get the sale. This dealership was different. I saw the ad in kijiji, I dealt with a sales consultant named Michael Waldroff and he was the most sincere, caring, no pressure salesman I have ever experienced. I asked many questions, he would research and respond within hours. He was so accommodating, and made buying a vehicle enjoyable for a change. I am not only happy , I am delighted!! I will only go back to this dealership to buy a vehicle in the future. Everything is how Michael promised and have nothing but the greatest things to say about this place. I also dealt with Kurt Mulder the Finance Mgr and his service ethic was exactly the same!! I went to Greg Aimer their boss and yes he was the same. So it appears that the whole location has a philosophy to put the customer first and to make buying a car stressfree. I find Calgary lacks a bit in the service industry but this time, it surpassed my expectations. They even went and put in a full tank of gas an hour before pickup and came to my home to take the plate so that I don't have to bring it back, and I live outside of Calgary!! Unbelievable. I love the vehicle and everything is as promised. Noone else could compare pricewise (neither private, nor in the US) and servicewise. Thx guys ....Nina
I recently moved to Okotoks and needed an oil change I had been avoiding so stopped in at Okotoks Nissan and was impressed with what I found. The staff was all friendly and knowledgeable, especially Mona, and they fit me in immediately. The store was well organized and clean and I felt quite comfortable waiting there while they looked at my car. Being a younger female I often feel overwhelmed when it comes to vehicles and getting them serviced but I was well taken care of at Okotoks Nissan and will continue to service my vehicle with them and will definitely be buying there when I am ready to upgrade.
