Such a liar staff. Recommend to everyone not to sign any document without taking the delivery of car and not to give any deposit to them. I signed the document for purchase of a used car and gave them $1000 as deposit. The car needed some little repair. The staff said they will get it fixed within 2-3 days or the maximum time is 1week for the delivery of car. It’s been 14 days already. They are still saying it’s gonna take a week. I asked for the refund of my money. The finance manager started mocking me saying that “ Good luck with getting the money back”. very bad service and rude staff. Very disappointed with the service. They are just trying to rob the customers. Be aware from them

Not only did they have the best prices but also were able to acquire my new car faster than any other dealership could promise in the city. While there were some delays from the distribution center for my brand new 2023 Kicks SR Premium, sales rep Scott always kept me in the loop and made sure I was taken care of while I waited. Matthew in financing is also excellent to work with as he thoroughly and clearly explains everything and doesn't push anything you don't want. They are a great team and I look forward to working with them in the future!
I bought 2015 Nissan Rogue S before 2 days ago(January 26, 2023) and this is the second car my family bought it from South Trail Nissan during 4 months, but unfortunately this time I am not satisfied and shocked from Darcy Roy (Finance Manager) what he did to me in day of delivery!!!
I agreed with Logan (sale guy) that intrest rate will be fix 7.99% (Not negotiable) and Logan asked his manager then he confirmed twice to me about that then I signed with Darcy for what is mentioned in documents as 7.99% .. after one day Darcy called and emailed me to confirm that they accept to give me the car as finance for 5 year and he didn't mentioned any things about change of the interest rate in calling or email .. in day of delivery of car I was exciting and happy to take my car but I surprised during signing the documents is written the intrest rate is 8.49 % !!! I shocked and I asked him why you changed against our deal why didn't ask or inform me before? , he replied to me ( Yeah now I am telling you that).
One more thing under hood of car not detailing or clean before the delivery... really I am not satisfied and they broke my happiness
This unprofessional work and improper deal in business and impossible any dealers change the agreement in the of delivery without inform the customer before.
I told Logan before that my wife and my younger sister will buy two cars from you in May or June 2023 when they get them licenses class 5, but after what happened to me never will come back to this dealership. Seriously I don't want to put a negative review but them behavior make me do it.

Ify was great at showing me the cars I was interested in, and went through all the features in detail. Negotiating was smooth and straightforward, no scummy four square sales trickery here.
From there Darcy did great work getting me a interest rate way better than I was expecting, and then Matt and Theresa couldn't have been more helpful on pickup day.
Very happy that I decided to come check out this dealer rather than the one that was closer to my house.

Thieves and Snatchers are running the business, they made us sign the documents and took our $2500, they even weren’t taking us serious as their manager was so proud that just because we are different color he wasn’t to meet us even before the documents or deposit (which wasn’t the case in another branch ) and then gave us lowest price then market value, an offer we already got from another dealer, lowest than them as well.
Upon asking about our deposit there manage Paul extremely cocky guy said we’ve only two options either buy the car from them or forget about the refundable deposit!!!!!
A proper lawsuit should be done against these guys, Nissan should not pollute it’s name because of few problematic guys in its dealership.
Overall great experience. Logan and Darcy worked on delivering a top tier customer service experience. Darcys ability to follow up, listen and provide a reasonable offer made the sales process effortless.

New dealership has a great sales staff to serve you. I was searching for a fairly new SUV, and was pleasantly surprised , within 24 hours, several vehicles were found. I test drove the one I was most interested in, in a few days everything was arranged. A huge shoutout goes to my sales tech, Logan, awesome service. A complete explanation of electronics followed, greatly appreciated. Fantastic experience.
My least favorite buying experience yet. All the numbers from trade in value to extras put onto new vehicle were hidden until it was too late to back out of deal. Unfortunately the whole process left me feeling taken advantage of.
Had no knock down another star. Wish they would take the truck back so I don't have to deal with them. After multiple reminders to bring my truck in for service at 8:30 they weren't even open the day I arrived.
In November 2021, I bought a used Nissan Murano. They treated me like I was buying a brand new top-of-the-line vehicle. The experience was quite pleasant, I felt like they take good care of me. The salesman Lloyd was fantastic, definitely would deal with him again.
If you're seeing this, means you're looking for a car.
I am willing to bet you're considered this place and Hyundai, let me tell you why this place is better.
First of all, they don't try and force a bunch of after market sales on you, that can be as much as half the sticker price.
The sales reps, actually listen and try and get you what you want, not focused on pushing more things unto you, and if the car you want isn't there, they'll be honest and tell you if you have a better shot elsewhere.
Nissan prices are the most reasonable as of 2022 in all Calgary, all cars of other makes that are equivalent are $5k+ more expensive.
Back to the sales Rep, if you choose to go here, ask for Logan, he's a cheerful guy and honestly the best sales experience, at some point it felt like I was dealing with a friend, and not a sales vulture.
If they didn't have what I wanted, he wasn't trying to push another model on me. Be sure to ask for LOGAN, hopefully Nissan is smart and do whatever it takes to keep him.
If Logan isn't there, ask for Ify, he's also great.
If you find the car you want, make sure they transfer you to Matt Chow the finance manager, he's super helpful, understanding, and Patient. Replies quick and is supper accommodating.
If you've made this far, good luck, I've giving you the best insider info into turning this major step/purchase into one you'll always be fund off. You'll leave knowing you made the right choice (regardless of if you buy a car or not).

I just had my car serviced at this Nissan dealership and was absolutely delighted with the customer service I received. From start to finish all my questions were answered and taken care of. From the receptionist Jasmine, to the customer service rep. Sam, I was treated excellently. It is a beautiful facility, very clean and new and very safe. It’s also located close to my home, so also a plus for me. I would highly recommend using this dealership for all your Auto needs. On time service was also great.

My wife and I traded in our minivan for a new Rogue. The process was relatively seamless except for an issue we had with a payment coming out for our old vehicle after we have traded it in. While it took a few days, management and financing did work to find out for us what happened.
I was not happy with the original response we received on this, but I am impressed with the effort they made to fix the problem.

Not impressed at all so far. I’ve been twice to South Trail Nissan. The first was last year: I heard a squeaking whenever I was hitting my breaks coming from one of my front wheels. They didn’t do anything about it; they told me it is normal to hear that noise. It’s been ongoing since last year, and I still have this issue.
My second interaction was today: I went to do an oil change for the first time at this location ( I got my car at the Fish Creek location), and it was supposed to be free since it was part of the deal when I bought my car. South trail told me they don’t see this in their system, and I have to do my oil changes only at Fish Creek. I told them that when I bought my car, I was told that this deal is applicable at any dealership Nissan. They apologized and said that there was nothing they could do. I asked them if they could call Fish Creek and figure this out. She said that I would have to call them. I told her that was disappointing, and they didn’t seem willing to do anything, even during my last visit. Before I left, I stopped in their parking lot and called Fish Creek, which confirmed that I could have free oil changes at any Nissan dealership across Canada. I kept them on speaker, and I went back inside South Trail. Of course, after this, South Trail found me in their system and did the oil change. I was disappointed that they didn’t fix my issue last year, and today they didn’t want to change my oil or to go that extra mile and call Fish Creek and double-check the information; they just assumed I was wrong. I had to mediate the communication between these two dealerships, which shows poor customer service. There were no apologies or acknowledgment that they failed to check the system properly and for creating extra hustle for me.
I am so happy with this place!! Best Nissan dealership out of all in Calgary. I’ve been to every single Nissan dealer and this is the only one that has truly helped me out and serviced me their best. South trail Nissan has the most amazing team and service is outstanding. Sam in particular has given me the most welcoming, excellent service with all the issues I had with my vehicle. We just got a new vehicle from South Trail. I cannot say enough about the experience. We got what we wanted both vehicle and budget, but there were issues that came up that delayed the deal but they kept the deal alive for us when they could have easily moved on. The mechanic did a detailed inspection and they gave a call to go through what they have found, giving me the option to do what I wanted to do based on what they found. The customer service was great and they completed the repairs to my vehicle quickly

I took my mom to South Trail Nissan to purchase a new Rogue. We mostly dealt with Nick and Darcy. They were both very patient with my mom, Nick with explaining the features of the SUV and Darcy with explaining warranty options. I really appreciated this as buying a new vehicle after many years with a "low tech" car was a pretty stressful experience for her. They both made her feel very comfortable. We had to replace the front grill of our new 2020 SV Rogue (purchased at South Trail Nissan) due to damage from road debris. I dealt with Pat Tan in service who is very experienced, knowledgeable and customer orientated. Pat went above and beyond to ensure everything would get done in a quick manner and to put the vehicle back to its original appearance. The day came to replace the front grill, oil change and install our summer tires. Needless to say, we picked up the car later in the afternoon and everything was done as expected and with no issues whatsoever. Pat was there to greet us and to ensure everything met our expectations. We would like to thank Pat and his entire team from the service we had received.

The people that work here are so very helpful, they’re super knowledgeable, they seem like they want to help you to the best of their ability and very communicative with the customer. They didn’t take all day to get my car looked at, they let me know right away if they needed to keep it longer than anticipated or not. After I did mention that I could not pick up my car until late evening, they dropped my car off to me at my work instead of having me go get it later. I am very appreciative of that, they went beyond just doing a service on my car.
