I really wanted what was promised to me, 7 months ago. When I bought the used car, it said it had navigation, which for some reason the disk was missing, and was told this happens when they bring it in for getting serviced, and my best bet was to order it online. I asked Kennedy from where, and he did not reply to my text. I don't want to spend $60 on a disk when the system may not work at all, which no one told me before I bought the vehicle, it seems fishy that there wouldn't be a disk. Then, the key fobs don't work, so Kennedy said he would order new ones for me. That was 7 months ago, and everytime I called in, he said he would check on it and get back to me, and never has. Then, when I bought the vehicle, they were waiting on a part, which was a bluetooth module, they replaced it a few weeks later. 5 months went by and my car wouldn't start, I took it in to a different place, they charged me $90 to replace a battery post, and the vehicle still wouldn't start. I decided to google the vehicle, and found out the vehicle has problems with the bluetooth module sucking the power out of vehicles, so I unplugged it, now my battery doesn't die. I had called Kennedy to see if there was any warranty on the part, but again, he does not respond to me. Then out of frustration, I call the manager, Justin, and he says he will look into it. Then I called him back a week later, and he said he would get back to me. I'm still waiting..... and still wanting the key fobs and to know if the bluetooth module has any warranty on it. But nobody will get back to me with answers!

I saw an ad for an electric vehicle on Auto Trader and messaged Andrew at Dilawri Mitsubishi. He responded quickly and gave me all the information I was looking for. He researched all of my questions about owning an EV and made sure to provide accurate information. We were able to communicate over the phone and text and get the loan process started until I was ready to test drive. Andrew offered to bring the vehicle to me due to the pandemic, but I went to the dealership so they could inspect my vehicle for trade. They followed all Covid19 protocols and I felt very safe in the dealership. Once I completed my test drive, I met with Justin, the Sales Manager. He was knowledgeable, kind and thorough. Between Andrew and Justin, all of my questions were answered and I now have a fabulous new electric vehicle! They are a great sales team and I would not hesitate to return to them for my next vehicle purchase.

Picked up a used Tesla from the dealership and dealt with the GM Justin - easy to work with and very responsive to my requests. They lined me up with a loaner while I had some PPF put on and it was a smooth process. No hassle drop off with my ride and I was on my way in minutes in the loaner, same on the backend for pickup. Wrap looked great as did the bumper plugs they did up for the previous front license plate holder they took off. Would recommend - Thanks Justin and team.

Worst dealership I have ever dealt with. Very intimidating sales team. Purchased a vehicle that didn't have a block heater. I was never informed that it didn't have one nor given the option of having one installed. Being we live in a province with cold winters, I thought it would be courtesy to be informed about this option. When I confronted the sales manager about not having one, he tried upselling me on a Oil pan heater which he quoted me were around $400. He also said that a block heater couldn't be installed on my motor when I was clearly shown by a technician where there should be installed. Tried negotiating with sales team to cover the cost of a $107 plus 1.5 hours of labour for an install of one and was denied. Was told a block heater was ordered and would be called to book an install yet haven't heard from them in over 10 days. I wouldn't trust them to install one in case of them sabotaging something else on the vehicle. All in all, GO ELSEWHERE FOR A VEHICLE.

I took my vehicle to Regina Honda to be serviced and they brought it to Mitsubishi. It took them almost a month to get my vehicle back to me. I had a sentimental necklace in the truck, and it was gone when I got the truck back. Also my passenger side door was badly scratched in the process somehow, and without telling me, they just used touch up paint to cover it up. I understand that mistakes are made, but I don't appreciate the lack of care they had with my vehicle. I would give them a one star, but at least my vehicle was eventually serviced for what I had taken it in for.

I went there to get an oil change. My car driver seat was perfectly ok before getting oil change. They gave me back my car with a damage car seat track, ball bearing came off and warranty wont cover to replace it so they just KINDA fix it. I dont know anything about car but i know that if one part came off others will follow. Im every disappointed! I have to pay for a damage i didnt cause. Its not right!

Awful customer service. We have received a recall for our vehicle back in July of 2020. Called to schedule an appointment. We were told that they had to order parts and they would call us back once they have enough in stock and were ready to book appointments for people. It is end of November and still no phone call. Wife and I both had called 4 times at different times though out the day had noone would answer from the service department. Left 4 messages asking for call back, but noone had called. Very disappointed with the service we are receiving.

I love love love this place. they brought the car to us to test drive. We were able to walk out with said car within an hour. We didnt have another car to go get plates so one of the workers lent us his car. The staff are amazing they're all super friendly, outgoing, and very helpful. I was about to buy a new vehicle 2019 Mitshubishi Eclipse Cross SE-AWD from Dilwari Mitsubishi, Regina, SK under year end clearance sale 2019. It was a horrible experience. .. Professionalism of the sales people need to be improved. The day (3rd time visit) we went there to buy the vehicle, they gave us a quote which was completely different from the previous one. That salesperson denied that, he never mentioned the price what we discussed in our second visit.
Manager told us it was a human mistake, which is very common. How people act like this nonsense! They didn't show any empathy, not even tried to understand our needs. It seemed that they were not interested at all to sell a car.
Three of us asked him and tried to get the price perfectly on our 2nd visit. And the new price was approximately $36/month higher than the previously discussed one. He could let us know the promotion details rather then tell us we are wrong.

He wasn't aware about the promotion!!!! It's ridiculous. I am completely disappointed with the service that I received, though I was willing to spend around $33K.

I wish I could give zero star but there is no option.

Few months ago, I bought a used Mitsubishi Outlander 2016 from Dilawri dealership. When I move to Edmonton in August, my car was leaking on the transmission. Got repaired by Mitsubishi SouthSide Edmonton and they found out that an O-ring was missing or installed improperly. Unfortunately I didn't know that an engine was replaced in Dilawri Mitsubishi somewhere in Jan2018 and they screw up the repair. I tried to contact the dealership to get a refund from the repair cost of $600++ charge by Mitsubishi Edmonton but it seems they are not bothered on the issue. Again this mistake is from Dilawri Mitsubishi and no reply from them.

Went in a few weeks ago to test drive the new eclipse cross GT. The sale man had little to knowledge of the car and informed me it cannot be driven on gravel at all or it causes hubdreads of dollars in damage instantly. I emailed into the dealership to see if I could talk to a different sales agent as I really liked everything I had read and seen about this car. Darren responded to my email and apologized for the experience, he asked when I could come back in for another test drive. I emailed back asking about a time one night that week, never heard back. Worst place to go if you are car shopping. The sales people are ok but the financing person my god u can smell bs even before he open his mouth...I went there to test drive a car and possibly trade in my car, the finance guy quoted me 13,500 for my 2015 optima... when we ask why is it too low he went ahead and explain that he will do an oil change etc 250 plus inspection or wheel alignment for another 250 and sell the car to make 1000...15k for a 2015 optima that is being sold everywhere else between 18-20k. I know for a fact that I will loose money from my car but 13.5 is ridiculous..also since he did an appraisal on my car he had to drive it. As we get to the car and leave the steering wheel when turned started making noises...when he move my steering wheel he slammed it so hard that the steering wheel cover popped! We told him about it and he said he'll get someone to take a look the next day! Like I would let them touch my car again! Don't go here!

One of my first experiences in Regina and it was an awful one. Brought my 2014 mirage in for an inspection and they said I needed about 1500 I'm repairs to pass. Called around to a few local garages and I ended up getting the work done for for a bit under 1/3rd the cost. Was also notified that some repairs that mitsubishi wanted to do were not needed, such as replacing a good torsion bar.

Our sales persons Wen and Mariz were very professional, low pressure, and always available. Once we finalized the deal, Dane, the Finance Manager was very open and honest and accommodating right through delivery today. We replaced a 2003 Lancer which we enjoyed many years and many miles...And we plan to enjoy our 2015 RVR just the same! Keep up the good work!!

Put an Offer on a 2015 Mirage online through Mitsubishi Canada website to this dealership. I got an email within a few hours asking me to come visit them or call them. I called them and spoke with a sale person. I explained to her my situation that I wasn't from Regina so visiting isn't a option but I would like to know if you have this car in ES PLUS with CVT option.

She said we don't but we have an ES SPORT with CVT. I told her that I would like to stick with the ES PLUS option. She replied that she would have to check to see if she can find one for me. I asked about the final price, she said $16448 but that is completely different than what I found on Mitsubishi Canada for Saskatchewan. It stated 16224.80 (All included) for the ES PLUS with CVT option. Anyways, she couldn't find that price so I told her that I will take a screenshot and send her by email and in the mean time she should look and she if she can get one for me. I replied to her email by adding that attachment.

The day ended and i didn't hear anything back. This morning I got a call from the Ford dealership here that I talked to about a Ford Fiesta. After that call, i decided to call Dilawri Mitsubishi again, and requested to talk to one of the sales persons. I was directed to the same person again. I asked if she found anything for me. Her response was "Oh i am sorry sir, we have been very busy". I couldn't believe it. Most dealerships call 3 times a day to get the sale finalized and here you don't have time for it.

I explained to her that all I wanted was to find out if she can get that specific model for me and then we can talk about the price, if we agree on the price then I can bring the family to see the Mirage model that you have at the dealership. If they liked it then we can close the deal and you can get me that specific model from anywhere u can.

She responds that "oh it is no problem sir, we can get you that specific model, no problem. We have connection all over Canada"

I am thinking: Are you serious? You didn't tell me that yesterday. Instead you told me that you needed to see if you can FIND that model for me.

She then continuous to say "We talked about it here and we just weren't sure if you would like this car so it is best if you can come down and take a look at this vehicle so then we can talk about the price and get you the car"

It is so frustrating when someone isn't listening to you. I told her that I am NOT from Regina and coming there for me is about an hour drive. So I want to know the price that I am going to pay before I come and waste a day at the dealership.

I asked her for the final price on this car, Now she names another price, something around 16500, and I asked why is the price different than what it says on the Mitsubishi Canada website? I asked if she got my email with the screenshot? She said no sir i did not.

Okay, so you didn't. Fair enough. But you could email me or call me to see what happened. At this point I was really frustrated. I said i will send you the email again today and please send me a final price break down on a 2015 Mitsubishi Mirage with ES PLUS and CVT option. I told her I am looking at the Ford Fiesta so I really need to know the best price on this car, soon.

She said "Okay that is no problem but my manager is off today and I will call you on Friday"

Monday Now. Didn't get anything from Mariz. No calls or emails. Disappointed to say the least. I ended up contacting another dealer last week and today I am going in to pick up the car.

Lesson for future business deals: Go spend your hard-earned money where they appreciate your business.
