While the sale itself was smooth, the after sale service has been extremely challenging for two years. There’s no online or proper email booking system. So if you work full time and try to get in touch with the service department, it means for a week it’ll be a calling, leaving voicemail back and forth until the stars align for a call. Emails go unresponded for weeks, if anything they just leave you a voicemail that they called (I work and cannot constantly take calls in the middle of the day).
I was on the road when it turned out the cable that serves the fuel door broke. As it was impossible to get in touch with them, I had to stop by another garage for them to help. I paid for diagnostics and they neatly wrote down the problem and parts that need replacement. I then got in touch with Mitsubishi finally and they insist on doing another evaluation of the problem themselves ($100 something to just check what I already have in writing). I pay for extended warranty that was sold to me when I got the car as it was going to be ‘hassle free coverage’. While technically the warranty covers it, there’s no getting an appointment for over a month (hard when you cannot fuel your car?!) so essentially the warranty is useless. While it’d be cheaper for me with warranty it’ll still set me back $200 for deductible + their ‘checking it again’ and 1-2 month wait time. I’d rather get it fixed for $400 total within a week at my local Canadian tire. I’ll be taking my tires out of storage from them and moving on for my regular services and tire change also because everything is just too difficult here. It seems to be a problem with staffing but it’s been like this ever since I bought my car and they always use that as an excuse. Really feel let down from all the promises Fred from sales made to me about how great their service team is.

I have receipts that show an explanation of the work being done, however no work was done.

Then the receipt was altered and submitted to the insurance company (considering this is different than what I received, I would call this fraud)

Blaming the fact that I have a 2017 hyundai from a Mitsubishi dealership, doesn't show any accountability for your actions, which I think shows your clear intent.

The salesman Matheiu was great, 5 stars! the lady who did our forms Melanie so nice. 5 stars! There were a few complications, when we went back the second time to pick up the car because they said it was ready, they forgot to install the starter, the fluids weren’t filled up after they said they did 160 point inspection. The third time I went to go drop off my car so they can install the starter and fill all fluids that were not done during inspection, they said they would give me a loaner vehicle so I could go to work. First guy. Francis from service, was really nice. Apologized and told me they asked the sales rep to come in earlier to lend me the car, he should arrive at 11am. Once it passed 11am, I asked if someone could check if the loaner véhicule arrived. Mr. Masson directeur de service said “I’ll go check for a second time.” As he walked from behind the counter, I just brushed off his frustration, thinking he was upset with them for not being ready. Then he came back and with an angry attitude told me I had to wait a little longer. I patiently told him, it’s not his fault but I needed to get to work. he said , “next time get up earlier and be here for 9am because the guy was here at 9am” I informed him that wasn’t true because Francis already told me the salesman was starting later in the day and was asked to come in earlier, I also informed him that my husband called to let them know what time I would be there. Mr. Masson raised his voice and said “no, he was here at 9am” I asked him to calm down with his attitude, tried to calmly explain to defuse the situation, that it’s my third time at the car dealership and he cut me off.. he started sarcastically saying,“ y’a it’s my mistake, it’s my mistake ,, you’re right , I’m done talking to you.” went behind the counter and proceeded to yell at me from behind the counter , frustrated, again I asked him to calm his attitude , he said “ I’ll calm my attitude when you calm yours.” he continued to rant. It was really aggressive! No one approached him to stop his rant. I left with so much anxiety and when I got in the loaner vehicle, I was so stressed and I suffered a minor panic attack from the entire ordeal while sitting in the car. the directeur de vente apologized to my husband saying that the salesman started at 1pm but was asked to come in earlier, same thing the first guy said to me. that entire ordeal was just too much and unnecessary. there was no need for his aggression. I ended up losing my day at work because of mr. Masson stressing me out, my anxiety was too much and I went home. When my husband went back and opened the hood of the car they forgot to put the lid back on the brake fluid. Directeur de service is obviously too busy berating customers he doesn’t have time to make sure the job is being done correctly.

Worst customer service I have ever experienced. Spoke with after sales service and also with director and it's just a joke. Brought my car in for inspection for diamond warranty on damages for leased vehicle, finally get a call back saying they need me to bring it in again because the pictures they took weren't enough for the guy who does the repairs and then changed the story telling me it's actually Mitsubishi asking for more details, and that they wouldn't give me a courtesy vehicle to replace my WORK vehicle even though I did my part and already brought it in once. Trying to understand how things were not done right the first time and explain that this would cost me another day of lost earnings and they basically just laughed, talked over me the whole time and said go somewhere else. I'm literally speachless. I've had other dealers actually being me to a rental company when they didn't have a courtesy vehicle just to accommodate the client. And how does a dealership not have a courtesy vehicle? Save your time and go to any other Mitsubishi dealer because this place is ridiculous. Completely unprofessional

If you need to have your Mitsubishi serviced you call and you’re transferred to the department in charge. After that point the phone is never answered so you leave a message. Then they don’t call back. I went in person to book an appointment as I was in the area before but it takes forever for them to even change oil, also it is pricey. Since I cannot reach them by phone as they don’t call me back after leaving a message I am never going back there again. It’s is a shame...

Brought my car to them to have serviced, and to have a new key cut and reprogrammed.
They were behind and didn't start until a half hour after my scheduled appointment, For a simple repair (1 hour of billed shop time), I waited for 3.5 hours. Not a great way to spend an afternoon!
On top, they were not able to reprogram the key I brought them, but insisted I pay for both the cutting and reprogramming. I was fine to pay for the key to be cut, but they would not drop the $40 reprogramming charge even though they were not successfully able to do it!
They got their $40 in the end, but lost a potential return customer.

My milage is below 50,000 and they do not respect the engine guarantee for unjust reasons. I am not satisfied at all. I recommend people please do not buy from this action Mitsubishi. All they have is just nice smiles at the beginning to attract you buy a car from them. However, they NEVER EVER respect any guarantees or warranties. They bring so many reasons to deprive you of your legitimate guarantees. Moreover, the quality of their reparations is EXTREMELY LOW.
Please abandon this Action Mitsubishi in Saint Hubert. Go to buy other cars or at least go to OTHER BRANCHES OF MITSUBISHI. People in Saint Hubert charge you much more expensive than other dealers. Example: Mitsubishi brossard charged me only $59 for my engine inspection and these people in Saint Hubert charged me $410 and afterwards told me that the engine of my car doesn't merit guarantee . Their reparations lasted only for 10 MINUTES!!!!!
