My wife and I almost purchased an RVR from this dealership as they local and the only Mitsubishi in the Gatineau area. While the sales person was a champ no pressure tactics and found us something we liked; the Sales Manager (Maxime) was so arrogant and rude that we walked out. This dealership thinks that because there's supply chain issues they can walk over their customers - a 2 dollars every two weeks - is not worth being treated like how we were treated.

He lost a ~40K sale because he was rude, totally unprofessional and condescending. In the end, we ended up purchasing our vehicle at Donnelly Mitsubishi where the Service was excellent, and the price ended up better than at Rallye.

Needless to say, I am certain not everyone at Rallye is like this Maxime character - if you ever have to deal with this Sales Manager I would suggest you take your business elsewhere.

EDIT: The reply from Rallye is not accurate: it wasn't the money $130.00 overall for lock nuts and paint stick - the sales Manager is a bully and condescending - purchasers beware of Maxime - this person should not be working with people let alone in sales.

I'm not your typical car shopping customer.
You know how most guys are into sports?
They live, eat, breathe sports?
Their every waking moment is spent following teams, stats, etc?
I'm not like that. I'm not a huge fan of sports.
Cars, on the other hand, are what I follow, eat, sleep, breathe.
I know pretty much everything there is to know about what's out there, the features of each trim level, the pricing, etc.

I've been needing a new car for some time now, as my 17 year old MINI doesn't like being driven everyday anymore. I started shopping 6 months ago. I decided between a new MINI Cooper, Chevy Spark, Nissan Micra, or Mitsubishi Mirage.

As much as I wanted to get another MINI, it was out of my budget.
Nissan doesn't make the Micra anymore, and the Versa is tooo big for me.

That left the Chevy and the Mitsubishi.
I've rented both on more than one occasion, and really liked the Spark. Trying to find one with a manual to test drive was almost impossible. When I found one, I jumped at the change to test drive it. Unfortunately, after all the taxes and fees were added, it was almost $20k. And, a 7 month wait to get one in.

Next was the Mirage. Perfect price, perfect driving experience, and perfect options list. Except cruise control - sadly omitted on the base model, and not even an option. Included on the next trim level up, but them I'm force into an automatic. NO THANKS.

A few weeks ago, I happened to be in Gatineau, and thought I'd stop in and chat with a salesperson about the wait time on a base ES hatchback.
Nick was very to-the-point, and noticed the type of customer I was right away. As luck would have it, they received the car I wanted that morning.
After sleeping on it, I put a deposit on it, and took delivery a few days later.
Competing the paperwork with Marie in the finance office was seamless, and void of the usual hard sell add-ons that is typically experienced with most new car dealership experiences.

When my wife's car needs replacing, I will be giving Nick a call. I like his no nonsense approach to selling cars. Good thing I know what I want!

After sales service? I probably won't have any experience unless I have a warranty issue. Routine maintenance is going to be done by my personal mechanic.

Took my car in for a service at 28000 km and they told me it needed 650 dollars worth of repairs. Pads, disks and bleeding etc. to front and rear brakes. The car is new and hardly used. I took the car to my brother in law who has worked in a garage and he took the brakes apart and performed an inspection. The back brakes had clearly not been opened at all so how they knew they needed work I don’t know how they could tell. There was loads left on the front pads and basically it just needed cleaning, the pins greased and put back together. This isn’t the only review like this I have read about the service department at this garage. They are scam artists, AVOID! They are clearly using the warranty to fleece customers and I am writing to complain to Mitsubishi about this franchise.

My car is only 22000KM (and well taken care of, I barely use it and work from home) and was told that I needed my front break pads AND roters done because "They were finished and your breaks could fail". Another $450. The pads weren't screeching at all.. My car is ONLY AT 22K! I felt like I had to say yes because they would void my warranty for negligence otherwise. I told them about the test they did to my breaks last oil change and they were great. My fiancée was there and a witness. He said there is no such test? All I came here for is an oil change as it's free due to the package that I purchased with the car. I'm incredibly frustrated. I feel like they took advantage of me.

Je trouve dommage que Rallye Mitsubishi a seulement trois mécaniciens quand il en faudrait au moins sept pour effectuer tout le travail au quotidien. Vous devrez vous armer de patience même avec un rendez-vous car les délais pour accomplir l'entretien des véhicules sont plus longs. Il semble que cette pénurie de personnel touchent tous les concessionnaires de l'Outaouais !
En contrepartie, j'ai grandement apprécié pouvoir brancher mon ordinateur au WiFi offert aux clients gratuitement. J'avais accès à une table et des chaises ce qui m'a permis de travailler comme si j'étais à la maison alors, mon employeur ne fût aucunement pénalisé par mon changement d'huile qui aurait dû prendre une heure au lieu d'une heure et quarante-cinq minutes.
Bonne chance pour recruter des nouveaux employés !

I would like to give them a better rating but I cannot. When I bought the vehicle in Aug 20, I did not haggle with the Manager (Eric at that time I think) and he was quite appreciative of it. He said, don't worry we will take good care of you for service. Since then I have had a few issues with their service, my wife went to change the snow tires to summer and since then the TPMS warning is flashing, they did not adjust the new tires and rims. Also when using on highway, it pulls to the left and when I talked with a salesman, he blamed it on a pothole, which is not the case, we drove it less than 100 KM since and it has never been off of a good road. I left a message with the service manager (Daniel) but he has not called back. I am considering claiming a refund on the maintenance package I bought with them and moving to another dealer. After sales service seems to an issue. I will update if addressed, I would request the manager to call me prior to taking action.

Purchased a used car from them about 2 months ago. While the initial process of financing the car went smoothly, it all went downhill from there.

Shortly after taking the car home, I began to hear a strange sound, and so I brought it to my mechanic to have it looked over. All four tires had to be replaced, and the rear struts were finished. Still under warranty, I brought it back to Rallye with a letter from my mechanic of everything that needed fixing. After some negotiation, I was eventually told that only the tires (they'd originally only said they'd replace two tires) would be replaced, as the other problems were "out of their budget".

After getting my car back and bringing it to my mechanic, I paid $1400 out of pocket to repair the struts, and now hardly a month later, the transmission is starting to slip. Why would you sell a car with so many issues and then fail to uphold your own warranty?

I never intend to purchase another vehicle from Rallye Mitsubishi, used or new.

Over the past five days, I left four voice messages requesting an appointment. Rally Mitsubishi never bothered to return my call. After speaking to the receptionist several times, she assured me that Stephane (who schedules appointments) would be calling me. Never happened. The service at Rally is non-existent. I live in Aylmer, Quebec and will have to travel to SouthBank Mitsubishi in order to have my vehicle serviced. The people at Rallye are unprofessional so say the least and this place should be AVOIDED AT ALL COST! Totally unacceptable.

Service is always a hassle. I’ve had a PHEV for over a year, still can’t get the Mitsubishi app to work, which is the only way to do remote start (one of the key features that I expressed was required when I purchased the car). When trying to get it fix, I once had one of the managers tell me that I can do all the functions of the app inside the car. I waited too long for the manager to realize that going inside the car to start it defeats the purpose of a remote start.

Once the car would not start so my wife called the Service department who told her to call road side assistance to tow the car. After they had a looked at it the told my wife to come and pick it up. We had explained that since I was deployed and she was acting as a single mother they needed to bring the car back. They argued that it was her responsibility to find a way to the dealership because they did not feel that the problem with the car necessitated a towing. Even if they are the ones that told her to get the car towed. After several days they finally brought back our car.

The Worst service department I've dealt with in 30 years of owning a car. All warranty and schedule maintenance is a fight. Recall servicing was an issue to get confirmed and they never came forward to call it in or offer to get it done. Oil changes are basic, they didn't check the brakes leaving my pads to the very end costing me to buy new rotors. Good luck getting your vehicle washed with the VIP detailed shampoo maintenance plan, never any openings. They should remove the word Service from the department name as they have no idea what that means. Good luck if you buy a vehicle here.

I had a horrible experience with customer and vehicle experience and even worse experience, with the sales director Stephane, during purchase and,, when we tried to return the vehicle. Look at lower reviews seems to be a trend. He was ultra rude which was a surprise on a return where we were considering getting another Mitsubishi. He even taunted me to call the owner's of the dealership, "if you want the owners number I'll write it down for you". I might suggest a Mitsubishi but definitely not from this place. Spend your money elsewhere. If I could give less then one star I would.

Went it for service and was advised of a 15-20 minute delay. After 45 mins, I'm told that my car is "next" and that it would be ready for 5pm...the appointment was at 3...

Naturally I'm frustrated, so I ask to bypass some things (skip the filter change) they say ok. After awhile, I go back and say "as a matter of fact, skip the oil change) I'm told ok...

All of the sudden 2 techs are feverishly working on my car and they "already drained the oil" (mind you, I was told this after I walked outside for some air) So in the 30 seconds between me talking to a rep and going outside, the car was zipped into the garage (without winter tires), hoisted up, and drained...

Obviously these people are hustlers and instead of providing decent customer service, they decided to act petty and lie for a measly 100 dollars...

I did try to explain my situation to another employee, but I was never allowed to finish talking and blown off with (oh well 78 other were delayed)...

At the end of the day, go to places like M Lube or Midas where you won't have to beg to get something extra like a filter change...and the customer service is much better.

Will never go back here. Took my car here awhile back and they charged me for a recall (first car, didn't know any better at the time) and wanted me to pay $400 for a new spare car key (they told me they had checked the battery and it was completely shot, apparently a transponder issue). Went to another dealership and asked about my spare key, they switched out the battery and it's worked well ever since ($7 fix). Definitely get a second opinion on any issues with your vehicle before getting repairs done here.

Called for Service three times, first time ring no answer then transferred to voicemail. Second time ring no answer and transferred to another advisors voicemail. Third time left a message with reception. I was willing to wait for a service advisor to get freed up, can't do it! Work in the Telecom industry, someone should tell these guys about a feature that's been around for over 20 years called ACD - Automatic Call Distribution - available on most phone systems. You get transferred to Service and wait for an advisor to become available. Hell, you can even have me listen to your latest specials while on hold. Just want to talk to someone live, why is that so difficult. Probably take my service work elsewhere if I don't get a callback soon!

Girlfriend traded in previous mitsubishi to get a new RVR. Asked multiple times to see what value they gave for trade in and was reassured she getting value for it. Wasn't until she had picked up car and i saw paperwork that showed 6k bubble. Verified her dad's purchase of a Lancer AWD from last year and found they had hidden 5k bubble also. I would strongly suggest to avoid or make sure to get due diligence on paperwork.
