Ordered rubber gaskets for differential axial from their parts department. The 2 Shannons that work there are awesome!, both very helpful and accommodating. The parts department closes at 5 so they left my gasket with their sales floor that's open till 8pm for me to be able to pick up after hours. Their sales team are friendly were helpful and kind.

I can't express more how positive my first experience with Mitsubishi Whitby was. When I felt I was being taken advantage of by another dealership regarding the repair of rust damage covered under warranty, I reached out to the Whitby location to seek resolution of the problem instead. Despite waiting over a year at the other Mitsubishi dealership with still no promise of a repair date, Mitsubishi Whitby had my vehicle repaired and back to me within 2 weeks of opening the claim. In addition they provided me with a courtesy vehicle to use while they had my vehicle, which was greatly appreciated.

She was friendly, professional and honest, and coming from someone who knows nothing about vehicles, I felt complete trust in her in dealing with the problem at hand. I can’t stress enough how happy I am with the folks at Motorcity Mitsubishi. After a detailed and thorough search for the best price out there, I purchased from Motorcity. It is the first time I walked away after the purchase of a vehicle that I felt comfortable knowing I got the best deal possible (the price difference was over 4000). If you’ve ever purchased a new car before, you have seen the odd fees that get tacked on to the bill of sale. There was none of that. If you’re looking to haggle, go somewhere else. It will be a lot of work trying to haggle the price down to the price you’re getting hassle free at Motorcity. Save yourself the hassle and go to Motorcity Mitsubishi. They treat you fair and you’ll walk away happy.

I've been going to Motorcity Mitsubishi for a few years now even though I don't even own a Mitsubishi! Why? 3 important reasons:
1) Their pricing is very reasonable and I never feel like they're trying to sell me lots of extras that I don't need
2) Shannon P in Service is THE BEST
3) As mentioned above, the service level is excellent which is why I keep coming back coupled with the above reasons.

Few months ago I got the brake service done, then I was told they are not a good quality and we would need to change it. I paid over $500 to get everything done and now after few months I've started getting noise from the brakes. I called them up today to book an appointment and I was being told you will have to pay a diagnostic fee (bizzar) . Then I told them I'm having issues with rear stud/shock/ball joint because the jumps are hard on bumps and the car is still under warranty and the conversation was more geared towards a diagnostic fee rather than the client experience.
You guys need to understand, provide a good service, be honest and money will follow. I don't need to mention how to run the dealership. You need to distinguish yourself from outsiders.

I have now bought two vehicles from this dealership. Both times the experience has been really pleasant and easy. I have dealt with their service department a number of times as well and again I found the staff unusually personable and friendly to deal with.

In the sales department I dealt with both Jennifer, the sales manager, and Bill, one of the sales people, and have had several dealings with Rick the finance manager as well. I felt none of the high pressure sales tactics that are sometimes used, especially in the used car market. Definitely a place I will go back to and one that I highly recommend.

I was looking to buy a suv with 7 seats because I have a big family. Each dealerships that I visit did not take the time to listen to what I wanted as they were busy trying to sell me what they think i should have. After driving by Motorcity Mitsubishi I went in to see what they had. It was one of the best decisions I have ever made. They listen to me and gave me exactly what I was looking for. I was beyond pleased, they did not forced or push me to buy anything on the spot. Their customer services was excellent. On the day I went to picked up my new 2020 suv they had a very nice flower arrangements waiting for me, they took the time to go over the features of the suv and ensure I was comfortable before driving away. Because I am a frontline worker and where I work I was also given and extra discount. They follow up they same day after I picked up my suv and the day after to see how I was doing and if everything was ok. Motorcity Mitsubishi customer services was beyond all my expectations. Poor customer service, multiple defects and recalls on a brand new Mitsubishi bought the floor model from them. The recall stated the rear brakes were to be replaced and they asked us to pay for it. Over $1,300 for front and back brakes. Be careful, would never buy a Mitsubishi again! We have owned Hyundai’s and Fords in the past and present never had the issues we have had with Mitsubishi. The warranty they offer is misleading and false advertising our car is less then 5 years old and under 100,000km they do not cover every part as it states. When we brought our concerns to management our calls were ignored and we were told to find a different Mitsubishi to help us. We already live 40 minutes + to this location. Extremely sad.

After seeing a large bill, I took it to a different mechanic for a second opinion. Motorcity replaced calipers and rotors when those usually don't get replaced. Came in for snow tires and an oil change. We were told the tires would be about $500 .we made the date and time came in got things done and got a bill for just over $1000. When asked why they said the tires were a pkg that came with rims. They never never told us that. Now we are here waiting for them to put our regular tires back on. I will never come back to here again when they cannot be honest .

I had my first experience acquiring a brand new vehicle from the Motorcity sales team, yesterday. The conversation started with Lee Jimmo over the online chat. Lee quickly referred me to Dave Griffin. In less than 24 hours from my initial chat with Lee, Dave and I shook hands on a deal that I couldn't be happier with.

Last but not least, dealing with Rick Diguer, the finance manager, was an absolute pleasure. He got my approval and all of the paperwork done in less than 20 minutes (and that's because the power went off and he had to start from scratch). Believe me, I was skeptical at first since there was some financial engineering to get through. That didn't stop Rick for a second, I tell you.

I absolutely recommend Motorcity to anyone looking for a transparent, quick and reliable purchase.

Buyer beware. Always take two people car shopping with you. They seem very nice at first, til you sign paperwork. I almost purchased a demo RVR. They sold me on it because it was fully loaded, which a really didn't need. I was just looking for a safe car for me and my kids. I gave them a $500 deposit and went home. I reviewed my bill of sale to see they charged me almost the exact same price as a new car fully loaded. But the demo had nearly 10,000 km on it from driving done by the finance manager. I sent two very angry e-mails to sales person. Which she didn't reply too. I walked back in to the dealership within less 24 hours demanding an explanation. I felt they too advantage of me. Their no charge winter tire package is actually charged back to you in the bill of sale. They take it off the top portion of the bill and then build it back into the overall price of the car. My original MSRP 29,000 with their taxes and fees and selling of extended warranty came in at $40,000. They also couldn't explain how they gave me back my $500 deposit fee. They fee just disappeared as and extra charged not given back to me in the bill of sale. I eventually got my $500 back after I yelled a bit at a couple of managers early in the morning. I refused to buy the car and thank goodness I did. They weren't willing to negotiate at better deal in anyway where I could see a savings. I don't think i will do business with them again. If I took a second person I know they wouldn't have tried the high persure sales tactics.
