Mitsubishi Canada sold me a car with a faulty part. Bought the car new and haven't even had it for one year yet. Brought the car in for service and I'm told I have to pay. Why? Because the warranty on defaults is only 20k or 1 year. Because I bought the car over 1 year after it was made that warranty doesn't apply to me even though it was brand new. For $70 they would rather see a dissatisfied customer who will now never re purchase another Mitsubishi again. Not only me but my family won't either. I'm stuck with bad service for the next few years ...Terrible sales experience and terrible service. Thought it was good warranty. Think again.

I bought a 2014 Caravan that was saftied through Mitsubishi motors in Thunder Bay, ON. I have the slip, it passed. Every tire is bald, you can see cracking and Infact that's extremely minor. The actual dealership I purchased the van through is Infact replacing them but I just thought it's important to warn customers that they safety at the absolute bare.minimum standard. And actually after reading the review below me I'll be officially reporting it. Unbelievable.

Absolute worst dealership in town. I purchased a vehicle for my mother awhile ago which I had in my own name and needed to get it transferred to hers. A month went by and we needed to have it safetied again for the transfer. We took it back to Mitsubishi to have it safetied because that’s where we purchased it. Little did we know the vehicle needed over $800 in break work. This was a surprise to us because we have had the vehicle for just over a month. We asked how could it need over $800 in break work when it was just safetied a month ago they said it was due to sitting for a long period of time? We had told them it hasn’t sat for a long period of time because we just purchased it. The “sitting for a long period of time” happened on their lot. Moral of the story they sold me a very unsafe vehicle and only compensated me half price if I knew better I would have refused and made them compensate me the full amount. Never by a vehicle from here if I could give this review a negative star I would

They are amazing there !I went to Mr Lube an for oil change and so forth and got gouged, then I went to Subaru for a recall on a brake light and noticed that their prices were much better than Mr Lube for the same services . I will take my Subaru to Mitsubishi for all my service needs from now on! I thought they would be more expensive ,in actuality they were cheaper! 🤷‍♀️
