Extremely disappointed in service and would never go back. Still waiting 5 months later to get the vehicle repaired and safe enough to drive. I'm paying for a vehicle that can't be safetied in Ontario, where I purchased it in Nov 2018 and March 2019 it's still not fixed.

Have been given excuses, the run around and everyone passing the buck, with no one taking responsibility for the problem. I phoned Acura directly about parts and was told that the parts the car I bought needed are not available and have not been for awhile. So the dealership sold me a car that COULD NOT be fixed. I filed a claim with OMVIC and now after 5 months they are saying they can get different parts, and will fix it but this is only after OMVIC involvement.
Dilawri is in their company name but they are not part of the Dilawri group.
Moe was the guy who sold us the vehicle, Chantal was the salesperson and they both lied repeatedly.
Will not be back and I don't recommend them

I really wanted to give a five star review and actually had one written up, until I was informed by the insurance broker today that I have been uninsured, despite reassurance that I was ok to bring the car home on Wednesday. I had been driving the car uninsured for 4 days. This is extremely poor business practice and so sketchy that I was allowed to leave and told it was ready. The broker told me he had trouble with the dealership and that they didn't send him the paperwork required. He claimed they were at fault in this situation. Major communication issue here. I can't image what would have happened if there was an accident. I am more upset because I contacted the dealership this afternoon with my concern and received no response back. I am very surprised because they were eager to contact me when I was in the process of buying the car. Completely soured a seemingly positive experience. I am very easy to make happy and don't expect much but this is blatantly wrong and neglectful. I hope this issue is resolved soon so I can update this review.

I recently booked an appointment with Sam to look at a new 2020 mirage and received phenomenal service! He was very friendly and took time to listen to answer all my questions. I am not very knowledgeable with cars and Sam made sure to provide details about the cars I was interested in a way that was easy to understand. You can tell that Sam works very hard and is an expert at his job. He is definitely someone I will come back to when I am able to purchase the car. Not one to do this, but I received a phone call from Martin which I expected to be a typical sales call. He explained that he could get me into a brand new vehicle for less than what I was paying now which sounded to good to be true. However upon getting to the dealership they we're able to bring down my payment by $60 a month! Very happy with my experience at this dealership, I highly recommend :)

I’m a very busy person, and because of that I need the convenience of doing most things outside of my regular routine on a schedule that works for me. Sam understood that and accommodated me from start to finish. The best part of dealing with Sam was that he responded so quickly. He didn’t make a fuss over my indecisiveness either, lol. He kept me updated throughout the entire process, answered all my questions, and the price they advertised was what I paid, not a penny more! I have never in my life had an experience as good as the one I've had here at Orleans Mitsubishi! From the second I walked in I was treated with the most respect I was greeted by Sam in a very polite manner and the sales manager Khalid also approached me and introduced himself. Very very kind sales staff even though I dealt with Sam the rest of the sales staff was very supportive making sure there was gas in our test drive and more. Although we couldn't come to a agreement on the vehicle Khalid was very understanding and very generous in the deal he had offered us! He wanted to make sure we were receiving the best deal around and that we got all we wanted within our budget. I would refer this dealership to anyone and everyone looking for immaculate service and a great deal. Unfortunately we did not come to an agreement but I will deal with Khalid in the future when the time is right! Could not be happier with Khalids service and how I was treated at Orleans Mitsubishi!

I had a terrible experience at Dilawri Mitsubishi this week. I purchased my car at this dealership so it is where I get my servicing done. My phev was scheduled for it's it's battery recharge which I was told was package 3. When I was told that the next package would be 400$ I asked what was in it. They told me it was a slow recharge of the electric battery (and did not mention anything else would be included in this money). The only reason I was getting this service was for the battery recharge, I did not want any supplementary items completed. I had an appointment booked for this service. They called me the night before the appointment and had to cancel as their service tech that works on the phev was going to be out of town. Terrible last minute notice. They rescheduled me for the next week. When I dropped my car off they sent me home expecting it would be ready that day. It was not. They had me come back, get a rental car and go back home. The next day I would be able to pick up my car by 1pm. So I am waiting and waiting and by 3pm the car is still not ready. I called and they said they would get back to me in a few minutes. An hour later I tried calling 3 times and nobody answered the phone. Finally at 4:30 they call saying the car is ready. When I get to the payment they say that they did all these things to my car. I ask why all this was done as I was paying for the battery recharge and then they tell me that the battery recharge is actually only 179$. So I paid 530$ in services I did not want/need because they were completely dishonest with me. They were absolutely not up front with me about what was included in service 3 and what I was paying for. This is absolutely terrible service and I will never be returning to this service department. My car will be going to a new Mitsubishi dealership to get it's maintenance done.

I highly recommend going to this dealership if not for the car, just for Sam, the car salesman. He's professional, personable and honest.

We called in in advance and the car was all ready for us when we got there. He gave us the specs, talked us through the details. He was very knowledgeable and easy going.

I was impressed to learn he was new, because I never would have guessed that!

Weve been shopping for cars for a while and as far as car salesman go, he's been the best. Most will be sketchy and seemingly trying to push cars on you. But sam didn't at all, he wanted us to be happy and it was a really nice experience.

The whole process here was not stressful nore was it forced. They are very upfront about the cost of things and clearly outline everything. Nothing hidden. They give you great value for what you have and there website provides you with the real price of the vehicle not just something to get you there. They give you the best price upfront so if your new to buying you know your not getting taken. Would recommend this dealer and especially Sasha to anyone looking for a car.

The SUV was available 5 days later than the initial date agreed upon due to technical problems and long weekend. We were offered the solution of 100$ compensation for the delay but never received the cheque in the mail. Called 4 times and left messages with reception but was never contacted back. Horrible after sale service. Took 3 weeks to get my car fixed, had to fight to get a rental. Calls never returned. Was promised several times by my salesman and the manager that my car would be detailed and my oil changed. They did not deliver and made me feel like it was my fault. Just a horrible experience.

Two thumbs up to everyone in this organization, everyone from the receptionist who greeted us with a friendly smile and got us comfortable in the lounge until she found a available sales consultant . After a few minutes we were greeted by Firas who was the sales manager who simply wanted to check in and introduce himself while keeping us in the loop on how much longer it was going to be . This immediately showed us how much respect they had for clients walking through the door because they were concerned with making sure we knew they did not forget about us . We really did not plan on buying that same moment but after meeting Sasha who was our sales consultant ,the decision was easy . If you want a honest , transparent and fun to speak to sales rep you can trust please do yourself a favour and walk into ask for Sasha...even if you are not ready to buy today but want to see what is out there .

Just wanted to say the great experience I had a Mitsubishi Orleans with my son buying his first car. From Chantal to Moe.. They made the sale comfortable and enjoyable . No worries about anything. Chantal was great sales person and took care of all my needs.. Moe was great taking care of all the paper work and financial stuff.. The great thing also is that Moe said I'm part of the family and any issues I have to call him directly. I would recommend this business to anyone looking to buy a car. Will be sending my family and friends there that are looking to buy.

I also can't believe the price I got the car for. Was about 2000 dollars lower than anything I could find.

I found the guy to be respectful and very easy to work with. Some of the reviews stated poor aftercare. Thus far Moe and Chantal continue to be helpful. They are great people to get a vehicle from. I know it can be stressful shopping for a new or used vehicle I would suggest going to see these folks. They will take good care of you.

I had a 2012 outlander. Mitsubishi is a good car and I was happy with it. I wanted to go for a later model as I had put 125k + . They sales people have no clue about customer experience.They were very arrogant. Can you imagine them saying , if you are looking for negotiating or bargaining look somewhere else ! So I can as well buy a car on line ?.Finally I bought a car from them because Mitsubishi is a good car. But next car is not going to be Mitsubishi and definitely not from this dealership.

Very bad business ethic! They sold me a used car that the engine has been replaced without letting me know! They get the car proof documents to proof there was only a $2000 damage in a small accident. They said that the car has no mechanical problem at all because they have done all kind of test. However, it has serious oil consumption problem, very serious. It take 1L oil per 300km! Each time I top up gas, I need to add 1L engine oil! The hood under the engine was completely broken! It is impossible that they don't know the oil problem unless they are id**t!! And! When I try to sell the car out, I call audi to check the maintenance records, audi told me that the engine was replaced at the time that the $2000 accident was recorded! What make me most angry is that when they sold me the car, they sold the car as the best car on earth, not even willing to decrease for $1!

You did not read it wrong, bad Orleans Mitsubishi sold bad used Audi.
