WORST EXPERIENCE EVER had a recall that was suppose to get performed on my lancer today on the cross member sub frame that is corroded due to manufacture defect and poor workmanship. The dealer did not want to do the recall unless I replace two lower control arms, 4 new tires mounted and balanced, replace sway bar link, fix leaking oil pan, and a couple other miscellaneous items that totaled $4300.... kept me from taking my vehicle and FORCED me to sign a paper waiving them from fault if anything were to happen. ALL of the safety parts have already been approved by my mechanic prior to my visit so I know they are LYING and just want to get out of making the recall repairs. My sub frame has HOLES in it from rust corrosion and is not safe to drive but they still sent me on my way ANYWAYS.

Their service department is so bad they don't even have the advisor on website he is RUDE and CONDESCENDING and even YELLED at me today in front of his superiors I highly recommend you do you home work before visiting dealers like these that dont respect people coming in on their day off or at all.

I had argue with them as well about my car performance next day but their finance guy was involving in technical things and after that when I told him about it he was keep telling me I am not a technical guy, then why the hell you are telling me technical things if you don't know anything about technical things. their maintenance manager was the horrible one. when I picked my car and found issue he was blaming me for broken things which were already broken. I had to fixed those things on my own expense. All I want to say don't go to this dealership but if you still want to just check the vehicle with your own mechanic. don't trust them if you don't want to regret. its good to buy good vehicle with extra bucks. Just avoid this dealership.

Bought a used VW Jetta here. Car is great and the price was good. I read the negative reviews and came in very skeptically. I demanded everything in writing and took my time reviewing the car/everything I signed. Special thanks to Boris and Nav, they were helpful, patient and reasonable with negotiation. The were not trying to scam me by any means but yes, this is a car dealership, they are trying to make money off you. Watch out for added costs that they may throw on without consultation like the tire protection package. Take your time and be aware of what you are buying and they are great.

For the past 2 years or so we have been having nothing but problems when it comes to getting our car serviced at this location. First, when our car starter stopped working within the first year of purchasing a brand new car we took it back and told the parts people that it was not working. First thing the guy told us was, "This key is not our key. It is an after market key. Please take it back to where you had gotten it from." How are, YOU going to tell us that YOUR company gave us an aftermarket key when we bought the vehicle from your location brand new. Any ways, after getting on the phone with the parts guy he didn't want to speak to me and refused to listen to anything I was saying and quickly says that it will cost us over $100, once again car started stopped working within that year of purchasing the vehicle. How can one trust a dealership when they are selling us aftermarket parts with brand new cars lol? Fast forward to this year now. We had an issue with our vehicle, well a couple and were told to leave our car over at the dealership for a couple of days so they can fix whatever required fixing. Not only were they not going to give us a car to compensate us for the time they will have our vehicle in there shop but they also wanted us to pay for a "rental" if we wanted one stating "we're sorry but we don't do give out rentals like that, you would have to purchase it". I have never ever had an issue or a dealership state to me that I would have to pay for THEIR rental that THEY should be providing us with when they would have to keep the car for a couple of days to work on. From what I am aware and has happened in the past at other dealerships is that we would be given a car until our car was fixed. So this obviously was a first to us. I am super disappointed, especially when someone has to drive on a daily basis for work but is being told they have to pay for a rental. I have more I can complain about but let's leave it at that. Just overall horrible service, my parents regret purchasing a vehicle from them till this day.

I would not recommend this dealership to anyone looking to purchase a vehicle. I am fairly new to buying a car. This was my first car purchase and I was excited and trusting of the staff. I’m pretty disappointed with how this experience went but now I know better. I hope to persuade other people in a similar situation to me to not buy a car here from them.

I purchased a new vehicle with the sales person Nick Fuest and finance manager Ahmed Merei. Along with the vehicle, they sold me an extended warranty and promised me I would get a prorated refund back for the vehicle if there are no claims. They failed to mention a client is only eligible for a partial claim or full refund if they keep the vehicle for the full term.

Not only did they deliberately hide the fine print, the vehicle they gave me was defected car on day 1. A defect that results in no air bags deploying if an accident occurred. I brought it up to the sales person on the day I got my car. I expressed my concern that one of the lights on the dash board is on and if they should investigate. They brushed it off.

I visited the dealership numerous times for assistance on cancelling my extended warranty and for repair of the defect. Staff have since turned over. The new sales person still guaranteed me that I would get a partial claim. When I called to speak to the new finance manager on the phone , I was end of luck. He just told me “you should read the contract”. When asked how staff are trained to sell the extended warranty, the finance manager replied “the sales team don’t sell extended warranties. It’s the finance manager that does”.

I think it’s problematic if management are not competent with the products they sell.

At the end, this was an expensive lesson. It did sour my experience with the brand Mitsubishi, but particularly this specific dealership.

I purchased my 2017 Mitsubishi RVR last week. I did my homework for mileage and km, so I truly do believe I got a great deal for this low kilometre vehicle. I knew what I wanted so they didn’t really have to work very hard for the sale.
Boris was very helpful through the test drive and very accommodating with the short length of time I had to seal the deal. The real bonus came when I wasn’t going to be able to pick up my vehicle for another week ( I live in Hamilton) and they delivered my new vehicle to me. Now that’s exceptional customer service

The dealership sold me a damaged vehicle. If you are buying a used vehicle from this dealer do not trust them and check the vehicle condition with your mechanic. As per a salesperson, he can sell me the vehicle only with mandatory addition tire insurance. Do not buy it, its a scam. It happened with me this year with the previous staff. Only OMVIC's complain helped me to solve my issue. I hope new staff will provide better customer service.

Very low pressure and easy atmosphere that let's you look at the car at your pace. When I was test driving the vehicle I was encouraged to go around as much as I liked and make sure it was what I was after. Jacob the service manager definitely knows his stuff and takes his time to make sure you're taken care of . He can answer very specific questions almost immediately indicating a thorough knowledge of the brand. At no time did I feel rushed, all questions answered clearly, excellent job. Bought my first Lancer from here in 2009 and now and Outlander in 2019. Good work!

I honestly do not understand how this dealership got such high rating, by far this dealership gave me the worst experience I have ever had. I

went in to trade in my car for one of their used car. I was in contact with their sales rep. Ed. few day prior giving all the information about the vehicle I plan to trade in, I wanted to know what quote the dealership will give and what price I can get for the car I wanted to buy from them, I told Ed, that I will be coming from afar, and do not want to waste theirs or my time if I'm not going to get a price I am comfortable with. The day I went in to see the car, test drove their car, and liked it, and then we started negotiating.

This dealership talks about having a haggle free environment, but on the get go, I felt haggled and Ed wanted me to sign the contract saying i will never get a price for my trade-in at that good of a price. as the negotiating went on, Ed started to say to sign the contract now, and my issue was, i wanted my husband to see the car before I purchased the car, however he was out of town. Ed then said that I should sign the contract, and a few days later once my husband sees the car and I want to back out, I can get a full refund. which was fine, but I told him I still did not want to sign anything, if there is a full guarantee that I can get a full refund. After his manager Peter got involved saying that he can try to knock out a bit more of the price of the car I wanted to buy. Ed then started telling me that the managers realized they made a wrong quote for my car, and they are hoping for me to walk out, but Ed was saying its a good car to buy for that price... I spent around 4 HOURS at this dealership, and Ed finally convinced me even though I felt pressured, and signed the contract, a few minutes later Peter the manager comes and tells me, that they cant offer that price because they thought it was a different trim of the car. I honestly couldn't believe what he was saying, after spending 4 hours there, he couldn't tell me that in the beginning?!

A day later I contacted the general manager Ali Abbas, to talk about how upset I was at this situation, he didn't call me back that day, and the next day had to call the dealership to talk to him again, he was not apologetic, and said he would try to find out what happened, but haven't gotten a phone call back. I am deciding to file complaint to OMVIC, as they went against the code of ethics with the dealing with me.

If I could give them a 0 I would have. We purchased a car 4 months ago only to have the transmission solenoid and valves go. Although the warranty had just expired, (we have just made our 4th payment) you would figure a company out of good faith and a desire to have return customers would attempt to even return a call or offer some help...not Dixie Mitsubishi. Getting a hold of a manager was like pulling teeth, and I would highly suggest going elsewhere for a vehicle! That's the last they will see of our business.

Worst after sale service! The salesman Ali made the mistake on my tire agreement. I got 2 tires damaged 2 weeks ago and the tire protection insurance company refused to pay for the replacement cost because of the wrong tire type marked on agreement. I bring the agreement to Dixie Mitsubishi and let them correct the mistake. They even asked me to pay extra money to correct the agreement and refuse to pay for the replacement cost. I was mad. I had already payed $600 for extra tire protection warranty( the salesman lied to me that the tire warranty can not be cancelled). Now I still need to pay $800 for my 2 run-flat tires replacement myself because of their employee's mistake. Maybe their way to run the business is asking customers to pay for every mistake they made. Now 2 weeks passed, I still not get any reply from the general manager.

I had bought a Ford Escape from them. There are many small damages within car but most importantly I had brakes squeaking after 1.5 month took to them last month but they said the noise is not consistent and said all looks fine and didn't do anything. I check online and saw the brake pads they look worn out not changed when the car was delivered to me. They promise to change brakepad oil and couple of other things but now I doubt how many of these were done on the car. Check these before you take your car.

Pricing to servicing your car is fairly steep but it was made up with the excellent customer service given. A gentleman by the name of John Taylor was very helpful. Although I did not have a booked appointment, John manage to accommodate me and squeeze me in a busy schedule and got the servicing done rather quick. He even went as far to assist in replacing a part in my car that I had trouble with in the parking lot. Once again, the pricing for the service was steep but I would recommend this dealership due to the great service I received.

We purchased our Mitsubishi Outlander in 2013. At the time of purchase we were encouraged to also purchase the extra 2 year warranty so that the coverage would continue for an extra 2 years after the 5, and would give us peace of mind for 7 years. I am writing this review to publicly warn people to stay away from the extra warranty and also to warn buyers that the Financing and Management team at this location cannot be trusted. The Finance Manager at the dealership lied to us and told us that all the items in the original warranty would be extended for an extra 2 years. This is definitely not the case. As far as the Management Staff, they were dishonest with us when we originally purchased the vehicle. At the time of pickup they insisted they had provided undercoating on the vehicle but after my husband examined the vehicle absolutely no undercoating had been done. We were ready to walk away from the deal and lose our $1000 deposit, but, the Manager apologized and smoothed things over by offering us some perks. We will never purchase another Mitsubishi again. The dishonesty and feeling of distrust has left a sour taste in our mouths. So, in closing all I can say is buyer beware.

My past experience with Dixie Mitsubishi has been positive except lately. I was there for a service last week. Normally they had service centre staff receiving customers. But there was a sales person that day trying to sell me all the package services. It would have cost me $600 for a service. I thought it was ridiculous. I did not manage to get any discount. Also, i lost trust in this dealership completely. As a customer, how do you know they are actually doing the service job properly, how do you know that they are REALLY changing your oil? You don't. We bought 2 cars from that dealership and have been going there to service our cars. I have to say, it is been a huge disappointment

Horrible service. When my family bought a brand new car and came in to sign the final papers to pick up the car. We were never informed that one member had to be present to sign the papers. It was just "assumed" that we knew. So we were unable to get the car and had to come in another day which was a waste of our time. However we have bought multiple new cars from other dealers and this has never happened to us, we were always clearly informed of what we needed and who needed to be there . Also when we got the brand new car it had scratches on it, and they told it was nothing that'll it'll come off. But the scratches didn't. They said we had to come back again to get the scratches fixed. Which is also a waste of our time going back and forth to fix something that was their fault and not ours. The inside of the car was also filthy with mud and dirt, and their excuse was cause of the rain. Even if it had rained, it is expected that they would provide us with a new clean car. We don't go buying products in a store, having it dirty and expecting to purchase a soiled item. It also had 200km run on it, because the car had to be retrieved from a far location but were never informed of this. We were promised a new car and we're never told of this information prior. No transparency whatsoever. Also, usually after buying a new car, other places like Mazda gave us a watch, and a flashlight and Toyota gave us a emergency tool kit as a gift of our appreciation. The salesperson had promised us a gift but the day of they said they do not provide gifts. And with my own eyes the other day I saw one of the salesman give a whole family of 5 water bottles and when we mentioned this event to them they said I lied and no such occurrence happened. For them to say I lied to just get a cheap water bottle worth barely nothing shows how inconsiderate and horrible their customer service is. We are a paying customer who bought a brand new car and the amount of respect and appreciation for us was barely/minimally there. A lot of our time was unnecessarily wasted here. This is the first time we have ever bought a new car where the process did not run as smoothly as expected. Guaranteed will never buy a Mitsubishi car ever again.

This is my second time getting my car service at Mitsubishi Dixie and just like the first time I couldn't be more happier with my experience.
The manager Johnny and his service staff were excellent to deal with . While you wait you have excess to free coffee, water and muffins., bring screen TV and comfortable chairs.

Careful of this place if you're planning to buy a vehicle and make sure u DOUBLE CHECK the condition of the interior of the car. All the little intricate details. They sell cars with broken mirrors,handles,AC vents etc.

The Coons here will knowingly sell u damaged/counterfeit goods and will then take eons to fix it, if they ever do fix it. They are Con artists. Don't be fooled this is a business and they and in it to make a profit at ur expense. Especially the guy named 'HARJOT'. Wears turban. You can't miss it. Make them earn every dollar.

Craig helped me choose a car that had everything I wanted and more. He knew I wanted to save as much money as I could, so he showed me a 2014 Limited Edition Lancer demo. Rajiv did a wonderful job in explaining the financial aspect of buying a car, and helped me choose a warranty plan that best suited my needs. Claudia was lovely and took the time to explain the little, but important details of my car, not to mention she helped set up the bluetooth connection to my phone (my favourite part, so far). Everyone made me feel so welcome, comfortable, and confident that I made the right choice. I'm glad to be part of the family, and I can't wait to see them again for my 4 month check up!

I can see lots of positive vehicle purchase experience, let me add a positive SERVICE experience. Michelle H is my contact, she provides an end-to-end one stop service. I own my vehicle since 2010, I am seeing a dramatic improvement in their service quality. There is no push for sale, just reminder of what is upcoming. What is remarkable, when I went to pick up the vehicle I heard a rattle, the shop was closed, she arranged to put it on the hoist and to identify the issue, requested to come back later as it was not a safety issue. I was happy to see that she did not forget to include the summer tire quotation, which I casually requested. Yes, I agree it is all about selling, but Michelle certainly knows the ART of it. My vehicle is never serviced outside, ever since I bought it from them it always goes there for SERVICING.

My boyfriend and I recently purchased a lightly used vehicle from this location. The general manager Craig and sales associate Duran were incredibly helpful and understanding throughout the entire process. They were supportive and knowledgeable and helped us find the perfect vehicle for both our needs and wants. I would highly recommend anyone and everyone visit these gentlemen at this location should they be looking for a vehicle whether it is new or used. They showed us around the location and familiarized us with everyone from their receptionist who was just as friendly to the parts and shop guys! Again, if you're in need of a vehicle, this is the place to visit!!!!
