I recently just purchased a vehicle last thursday and already having soo many problems with it!
Computer is toast for the dashboard
Turn signals not properly working
Was told the vehicle inside and out and under the hood would be detailed before the sale...
After the car was purchased i asked about these and was told there was no money in the sale enough for them to actually do anything that was promised!

Ask for Paul, he was great, friendly and super knowledgable. I was a little nervous about buying my first vehicle, and he made it feel super easy. He was flexible to work with my dad and my brother before I even got there to test drive my vehicle. I got to walk away with a free Ninja Blender as a gift with purchase!! Yay, bonus gifts! I had booked an appt to road test a vehicle with Barry. I showed up 15 min early, only to be told the salesman was not it yet. They tried to call him several times with no luck. As I was leaving he was walking into the dealership. Very disappointed in the level of service. The vehicle I went to view as very dirty and had a cracked windshield.

There are many superlatives to use in describing the professionalism at Fraser Valley Mitsubishi. Just one week ago my wife and I had attempted to purchase an Outlander from another dealer and it was a nightmare. This time around from the salesperson Jolene to Dylan and Jenna the experience was plus 5 in our rating.
Don't waste your time at any other Mitsubishi dealership other than this one.

After two weeks without a car while the service department was waiting for parts for an unrelated complaint, the original complaint was not addressed.

Additionally, the vehicle now had additional warnings than when I first brought the vehicle in. The parts that were replaced weren't even made available for me to inspect or retrieve, which makes one wonder.

It saddens me to say that I have used this location twice now for service, and both have left me disappointed, and severely out of pocket.

Be very weary dealing with this locations service department - find an alternative if you can help it.

I had a great experience with Fraser Valley Mitsubishi, I dealt with Gavin when looking to get a car and he was the most honest, attentive salesman I’d dealt with all week. I gave him my budget and he was very respectful of it and went above and beyond to get me what I needed, where as every other salesman I’d seen, were trying to up sell me cars I either couldn’t afford or just didn’t suit my needs. I would definitely recommend him if you’re looking for awesome customer service and an environment where you’re not being pushed into buying a car that doesn’t fit your needs.

The rest of the sales team helped when it came to cleaning my new phev, amazing team work. The service area was very comfy. Emily the young lady at the counter was a huge help. Bought a car from them with parts. Waited 2 months and still parts didn’t show. Called them numerous times and they kept on saying Sara will get back to me. Not 1 phone call from her in the 2 months. So I went in the store to get a refund & complain and it so happens the parts miraculously appeared. They said it arrived that morning. I still wanted a refund. Alex tried to give me the run around saying it’s not their fault basically lol. Little did he know I been calling other Mitsubishi and they said they had the part and Fraser Valley Mitsubishi is a store that rips off people. They have a very bad rep with customer service. I showed Alex proof of the emails from other stores. Other stores would charge me $1100 while his store charged me $3100. All Alex said was vancouver Mitsubishi and other Mitsubishi are all liers lol. And that if I chose to got to them they will rip me off. I still wanted a refund and he said ok then kicked me out of the store lol. He also said he won’t refund me the interest rate they are charging me for the $3100. I have called VSA and the Better Buisness and Also Mitsubishi Canada on Fraser Valley Mitsubishi to file a complaint

Wonderful cars. Salesperson and finance guru were extremely attentive until we signed the paperwork. We are unable to set up voice recognition without the owners manual. We were only given one key when two were supposed to be supplied. Purchased car about a month ago and still haven't received what we should have. Unable to use the full features of our car. Saleperson is no longer there and financial guru keeps saying I'm still checking into it for you. Very disappointed.

Got our key july 6th. A salesperson was able to delete previous owners phones, but due to not having an owners manual, was not able to do voice recognition. We were told that they couldn't get us an owners manual so we will have to try to find one online.
