Very honest, friendly, knowlegible and helpful service managers and service department. The best experience I have had with service at a dealership. Will definitely go back. I would consider purchasing a vehicle there, just because of how good their service dept. is.

I bought a used car here last month and the service i received was excellent. I am particularly happy to recommend Hayden the sales rep and Mack the detail technician. They both are very professional and helpful. There were a couple of minor items to deal with on the car and they were all taken care of with a helpful attitude. I have recommended this dealership to several of my friends and would not hesitate to do it again. Good people and great customer service! Glad I found them and intend to go back again.
Bought a vehicle here a few months ago. Love the car. The people were very clear and concise. A good environment. I liked that it was a smaller more homey feel in the store.

Firstly, most of the sales staff/manager were a pleasure to work with. I got the car I wanted with the features I wanted for the price I wanted. Everything went well, until I went to sign off on all the paper and I met Ben Lao (Business Manager). I was told that the sales staff don't pressure people into sales, however Ben is a different story. He spent a good amount of time to explained to me a well scripted spiel on buying their warranty/insurance package. I gave him a no and that I was not interested. He took offense to this and started to berate me for not buying the package. It was almost as if he was about to start crying because I didn't get lured into his charming ( or lack thereof) attempts to pressure me to buy something I did not want. I ended up speaking to the manager about this and he ended up talking to him about it. The same day Ben called me angry that I spoke to his manager (really Ben?? very classy -1 star because of you). It pretty much ended there. I will definitely remain a customer to this specific dealership, but I hope Ben learns a few things about this and also learns to contain his ego.

Have been taking my 09 Lancer here since moving to Vancouver. Never had a problem, the service team is always in a good mood and friendly. They are quick to get an appointment, never try to rip you off, and can suggest helpful improvements too. Will also drive you to the mall to kill time while they fix your vehicle! Definitely would recommend.
This is my second review for the business on Google. I finally decided to get an RVR and is pleasantly surprised by how good it handles and the gas consumption. My compliments to Henry and Ben, you guys are awesome!

I purchased my first new car at this location. They sure did make my experience fun and easy. I dealt with Hayden Huang and he was amazing. He was polite, nice, very helpful, and really easy to deal with. He helped me to get the car I liked for the price I was comfortable paying. Staff were very helpful and I enjoyed dealing to all of them.

Me and my Daughter Niyati went there to buy an SUV and there we met Allen a very sweet and straightforward guy. He asked what we require and according to our needs he showed few SUV to us and we liked Ford Escape titanium model of 2013 . He showed the car and then he showed all the service records. luckily we got the Black Friday discount as he told us that that we will get $ 3000 discount . Then he asked us if we want we can take car for mechanical check. There mechanic told us few things which he got repaired and also mend the glass small crack for us. We told him that there is no headrest on back seats he said he will ordering it and we will get all this included. He is really a very good person. I recommend him and give him ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ star rating.

Good experience! They have very friendly staff that were quite informative. very happy with my purchase, although they didn't initially tell my i didn't qualify for the financing that i thought i had until getting into the process. They informed me why once i questioned it, it was understandable. The business managers we're especially great to deal with.

I've dealt with Metrotown Mitsubishi a couple of times and have made one purchase. I have no complaints about the vehicle itself as it is rather new and runs as it should, Mitsubishi makes a solid product. At the time of writing, communication wasn't the strongest at this location; however, they have since taken that criticism constructively and made adjustments to provide a greater overall customer experience.

For a car dealership I will say that this place is top notch. I was pleasantly surprised by the level of professionalism as well as the prompt follow up in regards to the service department. They made sure that everything was to my liking even though I bought one of their used vehicles. I highly recommend them when you are in the market for a car.
Staff is always very attentive, courteous and professional. I had an issue with both headlights and the service department was able to fit me in on short notice. Kudos to the service department!

Metrotown Mitsubishi is in a league of Its own when it comes to CUSTOMER SERVICE. From the moment I stepped foot into the dealership to the moment I drove out, my experience was really just amazing! I had the pleasure to have JONATHAN assist me in finding a car, and let me tell you; over the course of ___quite a few DAYS 🙄🤦🏻♀️___ all I got from JONATHAN was answers, reassurance, and a totally calming aura. Never once did I feel pressured to buy, or settle for anything I didn't want. Not even from RICARDO? (Gen. Man.)
I shopped around, visited a few other dealerships, and my sister who was with me, would call JONATHAN now and then to consult with him, or have him clarify some things JONATHAN was ALWAYS.FULLY.THERE. eve if it wasn't about one of his cars. He would text/call to check on us, and would keep on unobtrusively building rapport, all while gaining our trust.
My sister And I both have a daughter each (3, and 6) Jonathan was even an amazing child entertainer. Made them hot chocolate, brought them cold water when he heard the drinks were "too hot", opened the back doors of the car and trunk so the kids could sit there while I throughly inspected the car... And at the end when we got down to business, Jonathan used the computer on the next desk, to play cartoons (with my permission) so the kids would chill for a bit(and let us focus #clever ) Me and my sister were WOWED! Even more so after having a few bad experiences at other dealerships...
The other manager TIAGO seemed like a totally humble guy as well, he even got out of his office and put the plates on my car. He also asked if I Had any questions with anything in the car.

Got my second Mitsubishi car from this store. The first one was 09 Lancer and the car is still running perfectly. The sales Tao Fu was a very nice, friendly and helpful person. I was impressed about his knowledge on RVR, Lancer Ralliart and Evolution. He realized I have never drove turbocharged performance vehicle from Mitsubishi and he nicely showed me one of the Evolution and explained me the details about turbocharged car and we had a nice session of test drive (I have been to the Richmond Newtype Mitsubishi while ago and they even refused me to test drive a used car!!!). I almost instantly decided to buy the newest Lancer Ralliart as my second car. I was totally satisfied with the service and really appreciate Tao to introduce performance cars to me.
