On the last week of October 2019 I traded in my Mercedes E 350 for a Mercedes E 400 at Duval Mercedes Benz. I have to say it was a very pleasurable experience for me. I introduced myself to the salesman Steven Baldassare and explained that I had a base model and wanted to upgrade to a newer larger model. He showed my a gorgeous fully loaded E 400 and when we did the numbers I was pleasantly surprised to find that the price was within my price range for what I was prepared to spend. With a little more talking and adjustments mostly from Steven I was able to purchase the car, with my monthly payments below what I was paying for my older base model with no bells and whistles. Thank you Steven there should be more car salesmen like you who take pleasure working to address a customers needs. I needed to have my car delivered to a suburb an hour away from the dealership and Steven very quickly arranged for it. From the start to finish it took very little time (one day) to purchase the car even though I was missing important information about my car. I'm looking forward to dealing with Steven again when it comes time to trade in this car for a newer model. I whole heartily recommend you give Duval Mercedes Benz a call and then ask for Steven Baldassare. He is the most helpful salesman I have had the pleasure to dealt with. Peter McMahon

I was very disappointed with the customer care at this dealership. I leased my Volvo from them and at the end of the lease when there was just 1 month left, I tried to get in contact with them to know where and when I needed to drop off my car. It took me the whole month to actually get in touch with somebody that knew anything. The secretary just kept transferring me to different people who never answered or called back when I left messages. Several people promised to take care of it and they also failed to do anything or even call back. I really don't like how they treat their customers, I will definitely never buy a car there again, and I DO NOT RECOMMEND to anyone.

purchased a used vehicule from them.
Sales staff was good. but was told that the car had a check engine light on. purchased was conditional to finding out what it was. I was told it was only a sensor that needed to be cleaned (timing chain sensor) which they did.
2 days later it came back. turned out to be the timing to be replaced and much more work. so far 5000$ in repairs.
Looks like they knew about the issues and tried to hide it.
defintely not impressed and would not recommand.

I wish i could give them -5 . I went there today and dealt with Anya . Very bad experience with her she judge the costumer as they are stupid and don’t know anything about buying cars . No patience for new customers
Not good for a name as Mercedes benz. Sales department need to go to school to learn how to talk with customers, Do not recommend to anyone no education.
Moreover as per consumer court the any certified vehicle fees should be included in the asking price but they charge extra . One of the mercedes inventory owners in Montreal told me recently that if they charge extra for certified vehicles it means they are not honest . when i explained her about other mercedes showroom she said they do that we are not allowed in Quebec but the fact is she believes she is right and all other Mercedes Benz inventory owners are wrong. She is trying to fool their costumes. Whoever gives her good reviews they must be her family members or friends. I walked away and never trust them

I bought a 2012 SLK-350 in December and drove it back to the Hamilton area but the car had a couple if issues. Anya, the customer service agent, instructed me to take it to Mercedes Burlington. Anya, and Martin at the Mercedes-Benz De Boucherville dealership, worked directly with Mo Sakaji at the Burlington Mercedes dealership and ALL the issues were resolved. Disappointment all the way ... from the purchase process to the service I received . I purchased a new GLB250 and asked in writing confirmation that the vehicle was built in Germany not in Mexico. After waiting 6 months and having already returned my leased car my car (so being stuck with no car) I received a Mexican truck . Of course , the representative no longer works there. At the end of the day, I got this 60K$ Mexican marvel with defective headlights . I am at my 4th visit to get the lights properly fixed . Needless to say that I got quite unpleasant attitude from Jonathan at service when I got fed up with their inability to properly adjust the headlight on my car. Proper training in Empathy when the company your work for is at fault would be appropriate here. Speaking of the service department, what a wreck ! The seats are torn and used , they have been for quite some time. The furniture's panel is lifting and needs replacement and maintenance. Not what I expect from a Mercedes dealer .

I just bought recently a E400 I was lucky enough to have Anya as my sales advisor she did a excellent job for negotiating and making a reasonable deal. Anyone going to buy a car or suv ask for Anya professional and she makes sure everything is good she puts no pressure. Even the after service got my car Friday got a problem with my car(out of warranty) they were able to accommodate and help to fix my car.

Huge disappointment and waste of time. I selected a vehicle and was ready to buy it. Anya quoted me with a price which didn’t include winter tires. I asked, why there’s no winter tires and she said there is no such tires , asking where did I see that information so I sent a screenshot from their own website stating winter tires included. I mean, I provided the inventory number for the vehicle, how is it possible to not know what’s included with the car and what’s not, I’m a customer and I know this vehicle better? I also asked if I can benefit from the 2.49% rate and if the price includes taxes and is final, and Anyas réponse was affirmative, I can benefit from the rate because I owned a Mercedes which I have recently sold. After fixing the problem, Anya sent me an updated offer which I signed and paid the $2000 deposit, fine, and then Anya says sorry I forgot to add the $2100 certification expense. This is where customers walk away, this is a Mercedes and you don’t expect such an unprofessional way of dealings! So much time has been wasted because of these « mistakes », we’ll guess what, we’re short on inventory now but deliveries are picking up and I would not recommend this dealership to anyone, not to mention I’ll never come back to them. If I had a chance to give a negative -5 star rating, it would have been well deserved.

I strongly suggest y'all to not deal with them!!! minimum deposit was 2000$ to reserve the car (not like other dealers) plus I never received the car after 25 days of waiting because they said that the system was not working or documents was missing.

How can you be a million dollar compagnie and after 2 weeks your system is not fixed and you don't contact me that their is some documents missing.

They didn't even offer any compensation despite the fact that they pushed TWICE! the vehicle delivery and I was waiting more than 3 weeks for any news.

The financial director ( Guylaine Renaud ) was the only person that was really helpful and cared about the situation and I suggest y'all to deal with her because she's the best but unfortunately she went on vacation and couldn't help me much.

BAD! BAD! BAD! service in general by the saleswomen ( just wanted the sale and didn't even care until we put pressure on her ) AVOID THIS PLACE ABSOLUTELY!!!!!!!!

The Machine

Mohamed was an amazing sales rep and helped my family pick an amazing 2020 GLC300. Trade-in, negotiations and final deal was very smooth and I had one of the best dealership interactions I’ve ever had. Price was great, car is beautiful.

The car was ex demo and after delivery it did have some teething problems that Mohamed and the service department fixed completely and under warranty. Despite the inconvenience I was always offered a courtesy vehicle and on some occasions I was able to drop off late the day before and pick up at lunch the next day, service was polite and courteous.

Car is amazing.

I also received matching Merc keychains my son was allowed to picked a cap from the merchandise cabinet and they sent me a nice mat black Mercedes branded water bottle with personal note printed inside the packaging.

Paid for wheel alignment, report was not generated and provided upon vehicle pick-up. Requested the alignment report and was sent a blank report with in-correct date (no vehicle information, client information, technician information, wrong time/date). Called service manager Julien Langhame, he didn't call back. Asked Mercedes Canada for help, they sent message to service manager Julien Langhame to call me back, he did not contact me. Impossible to know if alignment was ever performed. Scam like tactics.

I just received a call from Steve threatening to go to a lawyer about this review. I wasn’t aware freedom of speech was a violation. Also I’m pretty sure google guidelines are if you don’t like the comment to reach out to them not to the customer with threats.

When they changed the air filter on my car they left the Styrofoam protection from the packaging on the bottom part of the filter (maybe even deliberately?). I've been driving for a month wondering why it feels like my car has less power than before. Well...it was the Styrofoam blocking the air flow to the engine. Small pieces might have even went inside the engine. :(

I approached the salesman Steven Baldassare and explained that I wanted to upgrade my car with a newer larger model. He pointed out a newer fully loaded E 400. To my surprise I discovered the car was within my budget. I had a tight budget. With a little bit of adjusting it turned out that my payments are now less than what I was paying for my cheaper base model trade in. Needless to say I am very happy with the outcome. The whole thing was done in a day. Due to circumstances beyond my control I had to have my new car delivered to my suburb, an hours drive away. No problem Steven quickly arranged to have my car delivered to me. My whole experience with Duval Mercedes Benz was a pleasurable one. I highly recommend giving them a call and asking to speak with Steven Baldassare. It was nice to deal with a salesman that actually addressed my needs as a customer and met them beyond my expectations. I can hardly wait to when it comes time trade this one back in. What a way to buy a car!

I bought my CPO 2015 Glk250 from them and the experience has been stressful.
Coming from Ontario, I asked whether they have experience with delivery to out of province customer and the salesperson assured me they do it all the time.
When I arrived the vehicle itself was in amazing condition and it was love at first sight...
I specifically asked if the vehicle would pass Ontario safety. The salesperson assured me that this vehicle will go through Mercedes Certified program and it will pass.
Issues I encountered:
1) Car was listed with 59000km, but it actually had 63000km. Not a big deal but that would effective void Mercedes CPO exchange policy
2) Car did not pass safety in Ontario. Movement in tie rod. Fixed under warranty but I had to go back to Mercedes Benz to get repairs done. Not exactly ideal when you are going on vacation the next week.
3) They didn't give me the ownership to bring back during delivery. They said they will send it express and I should get it next day. I didn't get it until a week or more later. Pass the 10 days transit permit.
4) I purchased the vehicle during payment waiver event. My first 3 payments is suppose to have $500 off. They didn't submit the paperwork properly, so MBFS took the full amount. Reached out to MBFS to sort things out.
Overall my salesperson Phillips was very helpful and we were in contact during the safety issue of the car. However, the delivery manager really dropped the ball on my delivery.
