I bought my car a year ago can't say enough good things about this dealership location!
From the day I test drove, to the day I decided to buy they made it so easy! They worked with my budget, ran the numbers a few times and even made it possible for me to add an extended warranty! Every time I go for my maintenance they return her (the car lol) back to me washed and shiny bright!
I would honestly recommend that anyone that wants to deal with a dealership that actually cares about customers give them a visit.

I am a customer with Windsor Mazda and their service team for almost three years now. They have always done a great job and I value their professionalism.

Follow-up to previous review: I came in this morning after being rescheduled next-day following a communication mix-up, and had the upgrade installed by the service team. Staff was very friendly and profusely apologized for the inconvenience. Haven't had much time to play with it yet but am very happy with the upgrade based on what I've used so far (Android Auto/Apple Retrofit on 2018 Mazda3). I appreciate Mike, Mounir, and the rest of the team for doing their best to get me in immediately and rectify the issue, particularly during the pandemic. I would highly recommend Windsor Mazda for reliable service and accountability.

I hought a mazda 3, found out the car was in an accident, returned to seek adjustments which Victor gave and then reniged, and then agreed but only if i got an extended warranty. Do not go here. I have had to contact them on multiple occasions for a multitide of issues. They have now started to ignore me. The worst issue was my payments were not supposed to start untill movement and the started taking payments in August. They worked it out and refunded me... the wrong amount. I have yet to get the reminder they owe me and it is now mid October. I have waited to post any review for them to have the chance to redeem themselves and have been sorely disappointed.

Terrible Service - Promise and not deliver.

I am disappointed with Mazda corporate and this dealership for not living up to their promises and contractual obligations.

We were car shopping for my wife who works crazy long hours to care for those that are the most vulnerable during covid although at high risk herself due to lowered immunity from cancer.

I priced different makes and models in GTA and although I found better deals, she insisted on supporting her local community in Windsor. In support of her decision, I drove from Toronto and convinced her to visit the Mazda dealer to get the best car that she liked. Franklin, was an amazing salesperson to the point I also considered getting the exact same model. We were told that there was a vehicle available and that it will take some time to deliver. My wife and the dealership signed the binding contract.

After several days we were told that there is no availability - Costly, horrific news and dishonest on the part of Mazda. We have lost the opportunity to purchase a car at 3000-5000 less from another dealer, time and expense lost on the visits and search. Difficult news especially at a time of pandemic and to take advantage of someone who cares so much for her community.

Visited this dealership to take a look at a used vehicle. Was approached by Victor (WenHao), he showed my mother and I the used vehicles. The listed price was $20,000, and he told us he could get it down to $17,500. This was perfect and within my budget after taxes. I visited again 3 days later to test drive it, but was approached by another man, Franklin. He gave me the keys and let me go. I then came back 2 days later, to finalize the financing options. The total cost was way above what I was quoted by Victor. When I told Franklin, he asked his manager, Surinder, to check on this. There was nothing they could do. Victor was on vacation and they could not get a hold of him. I was quoted a price 5 days prior and was not being offered that now. Surinder was very unprofessional, acting as if it was our fault. I have no idea what goes on behind the scenes here, but for a manager, Victor, to quote a price that was never EVER going to be given, is completely unacceptable. We were told this price must have been for that DAY. Which is also not true, there was no urgency when I spoke to Victor, but more importantly, this was never disclosed to us. I really wanted this vehicle and it's incredibly disappointing the lack of professionalism from multiple people.

Excellent service and very friendly staff. If you are planning on purchasing a Mazda vehicle or even just setting up a test drive in your search for your next car, ask for Victor. He was very knowledgeable and courteous. While on the test drive he explained all the features of the CX-5 and took us on a route that offered both city and highway driving to really test out how the car drove. Back at the dealership he gave us numbers on the CX-5 we drove and the CX-30 we looked at. If you're looking for a Mazda, I definitely recommend talking to Victor!

Owned my 2018 CX5 GT for two years. Very satisfied experience overall, no trouble whatsoever, capable, quite and fun to drive. Best SUV in its class in my opinion, can’t go wrong with it. Ty is my salesperson, super patient and nice. Victor is a good sale as well, answers every question from me and helps me out every time. 5 stars for my experience with this car and the service I got from this dealer. Sadly, I just traded it in for a 2020 WRX early this year since I want my only car can go for track, but still love and miss my Mazda. Love the Mazda’s ZoomZoom slogan, and I will consider a CX9 for my second vehicle in the future!

My father and I went in for one simple recall. They gave him a list of about 10 things that needed to be done, costing $5000. When he said no thank you, and that he can do it himself as he’s a mechanic, the worker said “I’ll remember that for next time you come in.” Which to me, seems like a threat. Can't say I had a positive experience today with the service/service staff at Windsor Mazda.
After being advised of a recall on my new Mazda3, I popped into Windsor Mazda after work, to book a future appointment to get things taken care of. Imagine my surprise when the service advisor informed me to have a seat in the waiting area because it was going to take 15 minutes before he could book an appointment. I told him I wasn't interested in waiting and would call and book.
Which I did. As soon as I got home 8 minutes later.
The advisor I spoke to on the phone was very helpful, took my information, but said she had to check on any recall "restrictions" and would call me back. She called back 5 minutes later, but informed me the earliest date available for the recall repair was 4 weeks in the future. Of course, I wasn't happy with this.
I contacted 2 other Mazda dealers. The first offered to book an appointment the next day. The second Mazda dealer offered to pick my car up, 2 days from today, repair it, and return it the same day.
Hmmm, something just doesn't seem right with Windsor Mazda service. I again called Windsor Mazda, this time for some sort of explanation about this strange situation. To make what is becoming a long story short, I was told, "Because of service income/system management, we only book 3 appointments for recalls per day."
I wonder. If I was paying for the service or repair, how long would I have to wait? Who knows. What I know for sure, if Mazda is paying to repair a safety related problem, the wait is at least 4 weeks at Windsor Mazda.

Edit: Re "owner response". I was offered an appointment date of March 19th. Only after I called back, and asked for an explanation of the delay was I offered an earlier date. This safety recall is a software update. Again, Windsor Mazda only schedules 3 recall appointments per day. If they were really trying to accommodate all of their customers, wouldn't you think they'd step up their game, as their competition appears to be doing?

I was a little weary of going into car dealerships because of my terrible experiences. But my gosh, this dealership gave me so much hope and came through.
I would definitely recommend Windsor Mazda to anyone. They work with you. They aren't trying to scam you or pull the wool over your eyes. They are trying to help you with your every need. Loved and appreciated the service here. I will just make them my go to car dealers from now on!

I purchased a car from the CPO dealership a couple years ago. After trying to sell me a car with a takata airbag failure by telling me i can "just unplug it" i somehow trusted them on another vehicle on the lot. This car wasn't the issue- but the warranty they sold me was. Its an "engine, transmission, and 4x4" warranty that covers NONE of the above. But thats okay- im legally entitled to receive a cash refund if i don't take out anything on the warranty. UNTIL you realize the dealership in question has to file that paperwork and they refuse to return your calls- for a year. This is one of my last attempts at getting ANYONE from this company to care about this issue, which is actually criminal, and make it right. Do yourself a favor and don't get the warranty- it doesn't cover anything and they won't honor your legal refund. Trying to reach out to rafih i got some person who is probably on pills who gave me a customer service number that didn't even ring. Does anyone in this company care about their customers? if not, can i apply here and get paid to do nothing? im very interested

Everything was good in 2018 but this year we bought another vehicle and their Sales department did not provide the service as expected. Update Aug 2019: I used to be a fan of them. Now that they have changed the location, I am not sure what changed internally. But they have become a lot expensive.... 120$ for the diagnosis.. Even if you perform the suggested repair at their shop you still pay 120$ for the diagnosis.. Doesn't make any sense.. Money grab.
Now they also say, Valet service is not available if you only decide do perform the oil change.. I think I have to look for a different Mazda dealership around..

DO NOT buy parts from Windsor Mazda unless you dont plan on possibly returning them. They charge an outrageous 20% restocking fee no matter if you only have the part for an hour, a day or even a week. I got back only 2/3 of what I paid for the part I purchased. The part itself was not a special ordered item either, it was in stock on the shelf when i ordered it, but I understand it's an upsell (you dont want the part fine lol you only get a portion of your money back). First and last time I ever use or recommend Windsor Mazda for parts. I would rather wait for shipping buying a part online from another source in that case. Atleast if I return a part I get all my money back when buying from other sources.

Windsor Mazda always treats me with superb customer service. I always leave with a positive experience, which is why I continue to get my services done at this location. The service staff are amazing , especially Mounir, who always remembers my name and treats me with the highest amount of respect every time I am there. I also appreciate their honesty. I am a 25 year old female who knows nothing about cars, I never feel pressured to purchase a service and they are always honest with me.

The one time I had booked a shuttle at the time of my appointment (8:30am) to take me to the goodlife near by to do a class while my oil change was being done. They kept telling me that the time that he was on his way, the class I wanted to do was at 9 and I attend every week. Unfortunately, the shuttle driver didn't come to drive me until 9:45 and I was left waiting for over an hour in my gym clothes. I was very annoyed and frustrated and told myself I wouldn't be getting my oil changed done here again, since I had booked this appointment well over a week in advance to make it to the gym. I was very annoyed and honestly thought they didn't care one bit . However, when I went to pay, Mounir told me that the oil change were on them today for the hassle and because I am a loyal customer. My opinion of their customer service instantly changed and I instead felt grateful for their kindness and understanding of my frustration. I went back today and had nothing but a great experience once again. Thank you for caring about your customers, it goes a long way!

On our way from Mississauga to a soccer tournament in the US we had car trouble in the early morning. We were extremely lucky that we were near Windsor Mazda. We were waiting for them at opening. We were taken right away and the team that looked after us was exceptional. Within a couple of hours we were on our way again and at a very reasonable cost.

I have recently purchased two cars from the friendly dealership, a Mazda 6 for me and a used Mazda 2 for my partner.
