Excellent experience with salesman SAL, i’m very happy with car.

However, their finance manager, Stefanie Moroz is misleading, confusing and unprofessional in her practice. She made every step very frustrating and difficult to understand.

As a result, my credit score dropped due to mistakes made by Stefanie, because she lost my first application and have to submit the new application and i was penalized by the bank because of her. Moreover, No compensation was offered to me regarding the same.

She also offended me because of my immigrant status, as she undermine my status. I shouldn’t have to remind her that, she is also the immigrant to this country.

Overall, i was very happy with the sales service and product. However, the experience with financing left me overwhelmed and unsatisfied with her work ethic.

I would recommend their manager to retrain her or to hire a new finance manager, for the successful growth of your business.

I purchased a used Mazda 6 from Forbes about a month ago, and was impressed with their professionalism, service, and the pricing. Sal was a pleasure to work with and he made sure that I had all the information necessary to make my purchase decision, rather than trying to pressure me into a sale. We worked out what I felt was a fair price, and he was accommodating to some of my other requests as well - such as taking the vehicle to an independent garage for an inspection. Additionally, even after he had made the sale - Sal still took the time to make me a video demonstrating all the features of the vehicle , which was a nice touch and beyond my expectations. All repairs were made at Forbes' expense, and the vehicle was as close to "as-new" as I could have hoped for when I picked it up. Unlike some other dealerships that add 'admin' or 'registration' fees onto the final invoice, the overall price paid was exactly what I agreed to. Overall I am very satisfied with both the car itself, and the experience I had with Forbes. Highly recommended!

Wife bought her car here and the people were nice and pleasant until the sales is done. Paid for darker tints and they only did the front and not the back paid for it. They did give me a refund after we tried calling for weeks with no response and no call backs it was very hard to get a hold of them. Kept my summer tires with them and when we switched them out the rims came back not the way they were sent in and looks like they have damage. Having problems with the air conditioner so we called and they say they do not have any record of having a warranty but on the detailed sales receipt it says we bought the warranty. A lot of back and forth feeling very disappointed with this dealer. My wife bought a pre owned vehicle from them I would not recommend to buy a pre owned vehicle from them if you want customer service after the sale.

This I the worse service in all ontario, I bought a used car here for 30 000 cad also I bought the I Select insurance that they ofer for about 3000 cad. One month after I got my car, the parking lights dint turn off...the toke my car in and it toke almost fourth months to get fixed. Now my A/C doesn’t work anymore I’ve try to get it fixed because Im covered by The I SELECT insurance that the y sell there since before summer And It have been imposible to get it. All they say is “we’re working on it to get the parts” thats the only answer I get from them. DONT BUY ANYTHING HERE THE AFTER SALE SERVICE IS TERRIBLE... if someone know an authority that I can complain about it that will be appreciated!

Unfortunately I had a very negative experience in the service department recently. I brought my car in for new rear breaks and also asked for a battery check. They called back with all the pricing (emitting the pricing of a battery check) and also recommended I get my front breaks serviced for $120. They said my front breaks were getting worn and sticking. They didn’t know at that time that my father, who is a recently retired mechanic, had them fully replaced one month ago and they were in pristine condition. When I got my final bill I noticed I was charged $60 for a battery check, this is after already spending $600 on rear breaks. If I knew there was charge for this I would’ve declined since Canadian tire checks this for free. Also $60 dollars for a battery check is beyond ridiculous! Since I do not know a lot about cars I fully trust my mechanic to make recommendations for whats best for my car and not for unnecessary services (like servicing my newly replaced front breaks). I felt taken advantage of and have no trust for this dealership now. I was not originally going to post this review but after sending them an email 3 days ago with no response I felt this was necessary and a warning to others who want honest service.

We purchased our Mazda 3 in August and the service was fine, similar to what we experienced at other dealerships when we were shopping. Our sales associate was helpful and friendly. When it came time to buying snow tires, however, they wouldn't honour the price I was quoted for the same tires from the competing Mazda dealership in town - despite having purchased my car from them. When I questioned that, they attempted to put down the other dealership rather than remain professional. I was not overly impressed and went elsewhere.

Bought a used 2010 Mazda 3 back in January. Sales staff were on point, including the sales manager. Just took it in to the service department today as I was hearing a clanking noise. I had bought the extended warranty and was already pass due on the standard warranty from the dealership, issue was fixed same day I would have had to pay a $100 deductible but they took care of me and told me I didn't have to pay it this time due to the circumstances. Pretty great experience so far. Will definitely update if anything changes :)

He offered to help us link our phones and also helped us adjust the settings to receive text messages. I have owned my Mazda CX-5 for 3 years and never knew that the car had this capability. He spent time with us and determined that the Navigational system was also needing attention. He assured me that he would help to resolve this as well. I usually go to this location to buy parts for my mazda or anything in generally. Parts manager is great to deal with and will go over and beyond to make sure you're happy. Usually talk to the staff and all with no issues. This last visit went to go pick up some stuff from parts and was there for around 20 or so minutes talking to the staff and the service manager comes up to me and says you're welcome to leave at anytime. I think thats just plain rude.

We purchased a 2007 Mazda 6 that was nicely presented to us for test driving it was clean and ready when we arrived * warmed up* , Mike Baker was friendly and patient with us going through the deal. Rich Parsons was pleasant to deal with but most of all I have to offer two thumbs up to Alfonso Capriglione....he has been the one who has gone above and beyond with service always a smile and willing to do what ever is asked of him, he couldn't do enough to make us happy!
