Dishonest....Watch Out. They lie to try and upsell you on services you don't need by saying 'their technicians have examined your car and recommend the following be performed based on car mileage and wear". This is a lie because I checked their recommendations based on Mazda and the recommendations weren't due for 10,000 kms or more, OR the 'worn' items to be replaced were new because I recently replaced them myself. They also won't tell you that the additional services you agreed to are not part of the set Mazda service you specifically asked for, nor do they give you the price until after the work is done.
Requested Service cost $250. The upsell if agreed to would have been $800.

This place is okay when you buy something from them but that's it after you drive off the lot forget about good service
We took our vehicle back that we purchased there to have it serviced and looked over. I think the mechanic that looked at our vehicle was just plain lazy.
He filled out a check list but did not actually check the items on the list.

How do I know you ask?

Because I went through his list and noticed a few things that weren't done.
Here is just one example, cabin air filter was checked off as good...only problem with that is there was none in the car

Saw an ad with a vehicle I was interested in so I dropped in to take a look. Met Alex in the showroom and he let me take it for a ride. Loved it but I was debating between this coupe and the sedan model. I went elsewhere to try a sedan but ended up preferring the coupe so I went back. Alex let me take the coupe overnight before making up my mind. When I returned it I was ready to buy it. We sat down and worked out the details that left me walking away a proud new owner. Original salesperson didn't know or outright lied about vehicle features just to get the sale(too common these days). Car was good until the rear brakes started to go. I replaced them 2 times in 100,000kms and then found out about a known issue with the rear electronic parking brake calipers. The dealer and mazda canada refuse to acknowledge the problem and have blamed it on "rusty brake pins". see TSB #04-005/17. I have filed complaints with the BBB and now would like to warn everyone about their poor practices. I've owned mazda vehicles for 20 years and this experience has turned me off mazda forever. Don't buy. Also, the quality of their vehicles just isn't there anymore.

I have been servicing my Mazda here since 2014. Always friendly service. When I see the service staff or manager around town, they know me by name and remember my car model and year. They somehow remember what service happened on my last visit, without looking it up. They have sometimes thrown in a full bottle of wiper fluid with an oil change. Comprehensive service that I trust.

Even though I don't own a Mazda, I have been dealing with Tyler for many years when buying tires for my car & my wife's car. I have recommended my friends to go see Tyler before they purchased tires.
Before my last tire purchase, I went to the Toyota dealership (we own two Toyota's), but they could not match the deal I received from your dealership.
Whenever I go to the dealership, I am greeted by name by Taylor in service and Tyler always makes an effort to come over and say hello.
Last year there was a mix up with my summer tires & Tyler corrected the situation, much to my satisfaction.
It would be easier for me to take both our vehicles to Toyota for oil changes & tire rotation (winter/summer) twice a year, but am committed to Palladino Mazda when it come to my tire maintenance.
All you need now is a new . . larger . . more efficient dealership.

Wife and I went into Palladino Mazda to test drive a CX-5 on the weekend. The sales staff are knowledgeable about their products and the vehicle itself was very nice, but that's where the positives end. We had told them ahead of time that we were not planning on purchasing a vehicle that day. That we are still deciding on what we want to get and just wanted to do a test drive and get some prices so we can compare with competitors. Sales staff was super pushy asking about how much per month we want to pay and what we are putting down and if we are trading in a vehicle. I told them repeatedly I didn't care to discuss financing at this time and that I just wanted to know the total price of the vehicle. They continued to be pushy and then made my wife and I sit there for 30 minutes (not an exaggeration) before they came back with the price of the vehicle we test drove. The experience was bad enough that it even soured me on the vehicle itself, which is sad because I really like the CX-5, but just don't wanna deal with Palladino at all. If my wife and I do decide on getting a CX-5 it will probably be from somewhere else.

Since it's been taken over by The Palladino Group, the prices went up and the service quality went down. I recently purchased a used Mazda from there and during the test drive, there's a piece that came undone which was suppose to be fixed before I purchased it which it was not.

A big thank you to Evan Haferer. I bought a new Mazda 3 last summer but my heart was set on a Mazda CX5. I went in Aug .2019 to speak to him about upgrading my car. Evan came through with a beautiful silver 2019 CX5 with all wheel drive that I wanted living in the country. There was absolutely nothing wrong with the Mazda 3. I just always wanted a CX5. Again the team at Palladino Mazda was amazing and treated me like family. From Jade in finances, to Tyler in service, to Evan in sales. I LOVE Mazda so much I even have my husband's car serviced here as the customer service is the absolute best. Thank you, Evan, you are so professional, knowledgeable. I am always met with kind and well trained staff members who are always helpful. They let me know exactly what to expect for maintenance service on my vehicle. I am informed immediately if something needs to be done concerning repairs. My Mazda 3 runs perfectly and is treated with the respect it deserves.

When my car was in for a longer then usual 3 to 4 hours in the shop. The service manager Tyler let me drive a new clean Mazda x5 for the day.

Reduced my rating. The service department deserves the 5 stars for the service they originally provided me. The sales department however does not. Decided to trade my older vehicle in and buy a new Mazda 3. Being this was the first time I was buying a new car I was very excited and the buying process went well, (Shyla and Jason were great) until I picked it up. I had a multitude of issues and had to bring the car back multiple times to have corrected. (Things that shouldn't have passed any type of quality control) This left me very dissapointed and turned my first buying experience into a negative one. I was told that they would do "something" for me for all the troubles. After a couple of weeks I didn't hear anything and had to follow up on my own to find out that I have 2 oil change certificates that were sitting on the sales managers desk for me to pick up. I would like to point out that they are dated and I have to use them within a year. Minor detail but just another thing that I found odd. I am absolutely in love with my new car, I just wish that my buying experience would have been better.

.... and that number is “1”. My dealings with Palladino have been nothing but superb. From the patients and helpfulness of the sales and management staff during my purchase, to the advice of the parts team for the purchase of add-ons.

Most recently, I received correspondence from Cindy, Mazda’s service appointment coordinator reminding me of my schedule you’re going maintenance. What a nice gesture! Upon arriving, I was even agreed it in person by Tyler (through whom I purchased my vehicle) congratulating me on my car’s month-iversary with a hearty handshake.

I’ll tell you, when a large company takes her job seriously, goes over and above the clients expectations to uphold their end of the bargain, not only does it make working with them for breeze, it also makes you eager for the next time. They are also very accommodating to a broke student like myself when I cannot afford to pay for all their services, they still feel necessary to give me decent prices for work/parts and prioritize necessary work to things that I can take care of myself.

Also, they do not patronize me for driving my rx8 all winter...
