I am writing this because I am a driver by profession and have an adequate amount of knowledge and information when it comes to vehicles.
I took my Mazda CX5 which is two years old and has 40,000 km to Agincourt Mazda for an oil and filter change. I take it to a dealership for service to maintain the warranty. It was my first visit to this dealership. They took advantage of the mileage to offer a scheduled annual maintenance even though I refused it at first.
What I learnt is this: At Agincourt Mazda, they call visual inspection of the essentials, like washer, coolant, steering and brake fluids and disc brake inspection plus an oil and filter change, scheduled annual maintenance and charge you 264.95, 205.22 of which is labor, plus tax 306.35. Something that could have lasted maximum 1 hour, lasted 2 hours for the price of the labor.
I got two cars. My own mechanic does not charge a cent for labor for the above service! Only the price of oil and filter. Agincourt Mazda, if you don't know what annual scheduled maintenance is, please refer to Owner's Manual, section 6-9 to learn more. They also gave me an estimate of 769.30 for my next oil change.
I certainly won't recommend this dealership for service to any friends, acquaintances or anybody else. Please be careful if you go to this place. I found it dishonest to do this to people at this time of Covid 19 when people count on a cent for other essentials!

I saw a car advertisement posted on autotrader for a 2013 Mazda GS Sky and reached out to the dealership to inquire. the car was still available and after some questions I gave my deposit the next available day and submit my information with a credit app and pay stub. I was told my income stream is too low for a $6,231 car. I have been approved for much higher locally (I live in Windsor, ON having the car delivered). Both a new car and $16,000 car and turned them down due to higher interest rates than what I would have liked. Point is my income stream is too low is what I was told and was asked to re submit a credit app and give information about a job I worked not one, but TWO years ago. I can assure you I have kept no pay stubs from two years ago, let alone the two references they asked me to provide... Personally, I've never heard of a dealership requesting REFERENCES to finance a car. Although the sales person did accept two references from my current job. Again though, I've never had to provide references to any other dealership so I really don't know what that's all about. I messaged the sales person for an update today around noon, with no response and I called the dealership around 4:40 pm to ask what was going on and the guy on the phone said they would get back to me in half an hour, the last call I got was right before they closed at 5:59 pm, you cant make this up. I will give them the benefit of the doubt and see what happens when I can contact them tomorrow or Monday to see what the hell is happening considering my credit was ran on January 22, 2020 and is "still pending" from the bank... This one star rating is based off this experience thus far and will be spreading word locally and to friends in Toronto to approach this dealership cautiously and with references from their previous and current job if they are looking at financing lmao you really can not make this up.

The sales executive was welcoming but one of the managers talk something to her and she just came and said to us that he can only get the car with a down payment. It took me almost 2 hours to drive to the dealership only to have Noel Diego the sales rep call me at 3:50 to tell me they sold the car. I requested to speak with the Sales manager called Joe Kim. Booked an appointment to get it looked at and no questions asked, they replaced the whole unit right there on the spot. I was able to kick back on a leather couch watching tv drinking complementary beverages. The advisor kept checking in with me to make sure everything was ok. Great service!

WORST EXPERIENCE - POST CAR ACCIDENT REPAIR.
I DO NOT USUALLY WRITE REVIEW BUT IN THIS CASE, I HAD TO:

I brought in my car (@ the dealership where it was purchased) for repairs after a recent accident. Thinking that I would get quality service similar to when I purchase it. BUT I WAS WRONG
There has been Zero communication from the body shop regarding the ongoing repairs. As a matter of fact, I have had to be the one to check in. There have been repeated delays with the repair (which is now close to around 3 1/2 weeks) and as of this point in time, no one at the dealership can give me a definitive completion date.

To make matters worse, my insurance rental had to bee returned due to repair delays, and between The Insurance Co. and the dealership..., I am being bounced around like a Yo Yo trying to get another rental due to the delays at Mazda.
An accident in itself is a traumatic experience and one would expect some sort of compassion or understanding at the very least, but I feel that I am being treated like just another statistic.

Hopefully this gets the attention of both customer and management.
Today is October 31. 2019 and thus far this is playing out to be a harrowing experience.

Terrible service. First time took my car in for service & for winter tires to be put on, paid, and then went out to the car to leave noticed tires hadn't been touched. Service manager apologized and they put the tires on. Next time went in & mentioned ahead of time about tires being missed (but charged for) at last appointment to ensure it doesn't happen again....and IT DOES! Again they charged for putting the summer tires on (along with other service) and when I went out to the car noticed that they missed the tires AGAIN! How does this happen, in that they charge for a service that they haven't completed, two times in a row. I was only lucky in that it's easy to see that seasonal tires were not switched over. What about other services that they are charging for that are under the hood that I would have no idea about? This is terrible quality control. I switched to a different Mazda dealership and have encountered other people at my new dealership that have had similar terrible service at Agincourt Mazda.

Ended up making an excellent deal for a Lexus RX Hybrid. It was a calling in my opinion. It was a trade that just came in the same day and gave a me a fair chance at making a deal with them before listing it. The price was right and they were willing to work with me along the process. Easily one of the worst dealerships I’ve ever dealt with. Some bright spots in the employees positivity but in terms of the dealership itself, useless and unreliable.

Long story short, if you want a nice car and don’t mind horrible customer communication then this is the place.

Purchased a 2019 vehicle earlier this year, process was stressful and unnecessary. Lots of stress and tension and lots of miscommunication between them and myself.
Nothing was done to mend that relationship except a couple apologies.

Had to do repairs from an accident recently, was given a rough estimate of a 1-2 weeks. Repairs took nearly a month.
Received same vehicle back with mistakes and repairs still needed even though they said everything was fine (sensors, hinges hanging off).
Returned the vehicle to be inspected, both by employees and managers. Was told I’d be notified when parts were delivered. A month goes by without even a call, and I reach out a minimum of 15 times throughout that process, only to drop my car off to be repaired AGAIN finally.

Currently STILL waiting for my vehicle to be fixed after they had told me it would take one day.

Just got a new car from these people only to have to return after a few hours due to a flat tire. Most of the staff were very empathetic and comforted us, EXCEPT the manager - ironic isn’t it? DO NOT BUY A CAR FROM THIS DEALER!!!

I purchased a Mazda 3 one year ago and that process was fairly seamless. I was extremely happy at the time of purchase.

Fast forward a year later. My speakers on my car have been distorted for a while, with one of the speakers in my dash clearly not working properly.

Service associate and Service Manager are trying to tell me that when they listen to the radio, it cannot be duplicated. I've played them a son from my playlist with the volume at 70% but they are sticking to the narrative that they cannot duplicate it when listening to the radio and different songs give different output. While I'm understand that, it is VERY clear that one of the speakers are distorted on the dash compared to he other, a distinctive defect to me.

After getting very upset and arguing with them about this issue, I was told that I would not be helped.

The kicker to all of this - I purchased the extended warranty for my car, anticipating that I may face electronics issue with this car.

$4000 later and no help from this dealer. What a joke! So disgusted with their service!

Recently, I purchased a used Mazda CX7 from a used car dealership and not even 6 months later found out I was sold a lemon. When I tried to have that lemon fixed under my extended warranty I was told I would needed a whole new engine which would cost me $6000 - $7000 to complete. When I asked for assistance from my insurance company I was refused. Feeling backed into a corner I brought my Mazda to the Agincourt Mazda Dealership and spoke with the service manager Raji Nava to get a second opinion. Not only was he very knowledgeable on the specific issues with my car engine, but he took all avenues possible to get me any assistance Mazda could offer, even though my car was well out of the warranty period. Understanding my situation and being such a loyal Mazda service manager he was able to request for me to get some assistance with this issue. Mazda has now agreed to assist with more than 80% of the cost to replace my engine and turbo. Something Nation Wide nor Loan Arrangers wouldn’t even consider. Raji reassured my trust in Mazda and I love my car again. I have never in my life felt truly valued as a customer walking off the street from any car dealership. I will always recommend this Agincourt Mazda and Raji as a trusted choice for purchasing and service Mazdas.

Looking for my first car I went to a number of dealerships near my home but none impressed me more than the Agincourt Mazda. From the beginning the atmosphere was very open and friendly. When we took a moment to look at the models, Tobias and Noel explained the features of the one we were interested in and did it so we understood (for those who are not car people). They didn't rush us into anything very open ended about all the fees, always tried to find us the best savings where they could and always greeted us with a handshake and a smile something the other places lacked for they didn't give us the time of day.
