I am behind in posting as I have been enjoying my latest purchase for several months now. This is the second time that G Shah has helped me with a new car purchase from Mazda. When I knew I was in the market for an upgrade, I went searching for G as I wanted to replicate my first purchase experience which was excellent. Even though I live in Toronto and G is now in Owen Sound, I knew that the extra distance and related effort would be worth it. Yet in reality, everything was so seamless and straightforward that extra effort never even factored in. It was different to purchase a car during the pandemic, but thanks to technology my questions where always addressed quickly and even in the flurry of activity G was managing as Ontario started coming out of lockdown in June, he was always super responsive throughout the entire transaction. He was also very helpful and accommodating in making the pick-up easy and safe for me (it was a perfect sunny and blue sky day for a nice trip out of the city too), As I hear of friends or family looking to purchase a new vehicle, I always recommend G and Grey Motors Mazda. I went in for an information gathering day in search of a new car after an accident. Gautum was amazing! He completely understood what I was looking for, chose a selection of cars he thought would suit my needs, we test drove them all, and he made sure he gave me as much information about the cars themselves and the payment plans for them, etc. There was absolutely no pressure to buy on the spot and I would definitely recommend Owen Sound Mazda to others even though I ended up going another way this time. I will be keeping them in mind for my next car hunt as well.
I bought a new car and the sales staff were wonderful. I like my brand new car. I am only giving a 1 star review because their so-called mechanic didn't put my car back together properly after installing the block heater. My skid plate fell off on my way home. When i inspected my car, i saw that they didn't put the bolts back in when they put the skid plate back on. As a result, i have zero faith/trust in their "mechanics".

My experience with Grey Motors Mazda has been nothing but exceptional. The service department experience in particular has been exceptional. When dealing with Kathie and Bob; the Service Manager and Parts Manager, is like being part of the family. You are made to feel welcome.
Never, have I felt distrustful of the work that has been done to our vehicle. I have full trust in the service department, never feeling ripped off and the quality of workmanship is excellent. The service technicians are very knowledgeable and well trained and quality of work is excellent.

I went in to get my classic car detailed. I mentioned that my vehicle had single stage paint and the service manager reached out to an expert to make sure that their detailing process wouldn't damage the paint.

My friend and I were visiting Owen Sound this past Saturday when the battery in my key stopped working. On a whim we pulled into Mazda and spoke with the receptionist, who was so kind in trying to help us out. She grabbed the owner of Grey Mazda and he took the time to find a spare battery for my key, gave me the old battery so I know what kind it takes, and showed me how to change it myself if I ever need to (service dept. was closed this day). It's a small act, but we were out of there in 10 minutes and could continue with our vacation. Thanks so much for being kind, genuinely wanting to help, and for the restaurant recommendation!
I have had a CX5 for 8 years. It is the most reliable vehicle I have owned. The service department have gone out of their way to help me on a couple of occasions and their service has been great. KATHY in the service department has been fantastic to deal with The owner has become a good friend through the years. When I’m ready to trade for a new vehicle I will definitely be buying from Mazda.

What a wonderful experience!! After a not-so-merry Christmas morning realizing my car had been stolen from my driveway, it was an unexpected and tough decision to get a new car. I had visited a few dealerships out of the area, and finally ended up at Grey Motors - being welcomed by G and Jerry. G worked closely with me to get me the EXACT car that I dreamed of having and was super helpful by answering any and all questions with superb knowledge. Sent my car in to get detailed and checked for a certification. They did a great job cleaning it, was very happy... until they told me all my break pads needed to be changed. I have out 25k on my vehicle since they were done last. 1/10th of a difference from my current pads to brand new. I didn't fall for their scam, make sure you dont either!

seems to be way over priced for parts and labour. went in to inquiry about the wheelwell sheild for driver said of my 2013 mazda 3. told me its would 275 for parts and another 75 for labour. sinc ethen my other fell of and told me it would be 700 for the repair. well in ottawa went to another mazda and told me its 100/part and another 45 to install each fednor., 280 for the complete reapir
