I had a very pleasant experience buying a Mazda 3 from Jessy. I don't expect I'll need to anytime soon but I would certainly go back there the next time I find myself needing a car.
To start with a summary: excellent customer service. We purchased our first Mazda vehicle and truly appreciated the service provided to us and left us feeling like we had had both: good car at a fair price...
We had an accident 6 months after our purchase! Car declared totalled...and we are happy to have returned with Carling Mazda: they did everything they could to ensure the turn around of owning a replacement with what we needed was expeditious.
Communication from our salesperson was consistent and timely. They also got us out of a car leasing issue while we had to wait for the entire insurance claim process to be completed.
We plan on purchasing from Carling Mazda our 3rd car ...that is a given.
I have only good things to say about my experience with Mackenzie and Jesse for my recent used car purchase at Carling Mazda. Very friendly and open. Practical suggestions. No pressure. My first car buying experience was great due to the nice team of people working at Carling Mazda with a special shout-out to Edi. I originally went in to see a used car with minor damages, but I also wanted to see the different options available like leasing vs financing a new or used car. He ended up having to clear the snow off the cars for test drives and provide quotes multiple times to see which made the most sense to me in my situation without any complaints. I didn't feel pressured to make any rash decisions at all. He was really eager to help me from the beginning until my car got delivered. I highly recommend this place, and I will be checking in with them when I'm in the market again for a new Mazda.
Two weeks ago my husband and I went to Carling Mazda for the first time and we had the privilege of having Edi as our sales person. Bought a new Mazda. I wasn't planning to buy a new vehicle until spring, so was just looking. Well, the people at Carling Mazda welcomed my husband and I and showed us the new cars. After discussing the costs, etc., then a test drive with our saleman, Brandon, I was sold and bought. I would highly recommend anyone looking for a new Mazda to go to Mazda. I purchased a 2017 Toyota Corolla from the Carling Mazda dealership and was kindly greeted and guided through the process by Mackenzie Downing. Mackenzie was professional and made sure I was aware of all my options and confident with my purchase, never pressuring me into a decision (which is uncommon for dealerships).
Following the purchase, both Mackenzie and management have followed up to make sure the car is running smoothly. Purchasing a car is stressful enough and the team made it a very easy transition. Very happy with my experience and purchase!

Amazing customer service. When you go, talk to Mack. Came in looking for a used car and had crazy specific needs. It took about a month of looking for the right one with Mack but once we found the one, he made the buying process as quick as possible and gave me all the help I needed. Looking for a perfect used car all around Ottawa was tough but Carling Mazda made it very simple and is definitely the best Mazda dealership out there. Everyone was friendly, funny and helpful. this dealership is the best one i have dealt with in decades! Brandon, the sales representative, was wonderful. He was patient, answered all of my questions, was friendly, and in general made the experience of buying a car about as pleasant as it can get! Blake was equally superb. he made sure i got the best possible package. i am most grateful to both of them. the rest of the office was equally welcoming! one of them, Edi, very generously gave of his time to help set up the bluetooth with my phone. all in all i think i chose the right place to buy a car! i could not be more satisfied with the customer service at this dealership.

As first time buyers, we went in to look at a couple of different sedans, and Eddy patiently walked us through the process. When we were undecided, he gave us the relevant information and told us to come back anytime. He did not make us feel pressured into purchasing and encouraged us to do the research and find the right car for our needs. When we went back the following weekend, he spent a long time explaining things again and answering our questions, he was very informative and we felt comfortable speaking with him, as he has a relaxed nature. He and Nick were both incredibly helpful when it came down to making our final decision. I would definitely recommend Carling Mazda to anyone in the market for a new car.
Can't say enough on how great it was to deal with Jessy here! I came in needing to get into a car ASAP and Jessy was extremely helpful and explained the different options in a very clear and friendly manner. Brandon Desbiens with the sales department was excellent. He took the time to guide us in our purchase. He also made his best to accommodate us and try and find the best vehicle for our needs, going out of his ways and investigating all potential avenues allowing us to find solutions that fitted within our budget and our goals.
I had some collision repairs done in March. I can't say enough about Rick, Moe, everyone in the collision shop, and everyone I dealt with at Carling Motors. Everything was seamless, everyone was wonderful to deal with, the relationship with Enterprise made getting and returning the rental simplicity itself. It's tremendous to interact with people who take pride in their work, do it extremely well, and go above and beyond.
My current Mazda is my third Mazda from Carling, for the simple reason that they are fantastic cars, and your operation is terrific to deal with.

Initially I was very skeptical about this place but recently they got a whole lot better. My experience is strictly to do with service and parts dept. They were very helpful putting my 11 Mazda3 on life support. Their techs are very good and would answer all my questions. I'm usually extremely hard to please.
Just finished purchasing a used 2015 Mazda 3 GX from this dealership and the whole process was great from start to finish. The car itself was in great shape and they were nice enough to give it a good clean both inside and outside of the car, and changed the oil for me. Jessy is the salesperson who helped me out and he was nice and easy to talk to as well as transparent. Overall a great experience!
About 1 1/2years ago I bought my first car through this dealership and the used car sales manager and Jamie were extremely helpful. I chose to work with this dealership again because they were consistently helpful each time i needed to service my trade in. I’m pleased to say I recently traded in that one for a 2016 Mazda CX5 which wouldn’t have been possible without Mac and Jamie’s hard work.
Jamie, the financial manager, worked his magic with the new interest rate offered on my new SUV and still kept payments within my budget. He took the time to explain the ins and outs of the numbers, what extras came with my car like the First Canadian protection plan. I highly recommend this insurance for your vehicles in the long run for peace of mind especially as a young professional.

I went in to the Mazda dealership on Carling as I started browsing for cars recently. I have to admit, Mazda has never been in my top picks, but I thought why not check it out. I was greeted by one of the salesman there, Doug Ellaschuk. Doug was not only very professional and courteous, but he was also very knowledgeable in what he does. He guided me through all the models I had questions about and through all the different processes/possibilities that would be best suited for me. His very thorough explanations made the experience that much better in my opinion. Although I am not quite ready/decided to buy a car at this moment, I strongly suggest asking for Doug if you are going in to this dealership with any question at all, or if you are ready to make that plunge and get yourself a new vehicle, as he will guide you through the whole process in a way that will give you confidence in what you are buying.
Excellent service and a great experience at this dealership. I dealt with Douglas while I was there, and he was excellent. He was very friendly and helpful and above all else, really knew his stuff. He made sure I got the kind of deal I was looking for, and we got it done in good time without making me feel rushed.

I recently (in Jan 2017) purchased a CX-9 from Carling Motors. I dealt with Steve Whittaker. He gave me a very competitive price, he was courteous and he knew well the car features and options. He kept me updated regularly until my car arrived at the dealership and during delivery he was very thorough to walk me through the paperwork and the car itself. A month after I got the car I asked Steve for some information relating to the car immobilizer that my insurance company was requesting. He followed up with Mazda Engineering and got me the info I needed. I had an excellent car purchasing experience with Steve Whittaker at Carling Motors. Ask for him by name if you are buying a car there.
