My 2020 Mazda CX-5 is great and the buying experience was perfect. The sales team was knowledgeable and helpful without being pushy. There is also a team feel to the dealership. I went in a number of times to discuss the car, and even though my original salesperson was not always there, there was always someone willing to talk to me and answer my questions.
After purchasing the car, the processes were clearly explained and upfront.
I have nothing but positive things to say about Performance Mazda. I am happy I made the decision to buy a car there.

Went in on Monday to see a demo 2018 Mazda 6 GT. Customer service was fine. I dealt with Brian.
However, when he brought the car over, it was nothing like the pictures online. Online, the car was clean with even plastic wrap inside the vehicle (practically looked new).
In reality, the car was pretty filthy inside. There was alot of dirt, seats were scuffed, gloss black centre console was heavily scratched, and there were wrappers and junk under the seats.
My guess is they threw on some pics online when the car was brand new.
I understand the car was driven by a dealer, as it had 13000 km. However, I expected a "demo car" to be better taken care of. They could have at least cleaned the car to make it more presentable.

I ended up leaving after the test drive. The condition of the car definitely left me less excited about purchasing it.

The team at Performance Mazda were our saving angels on Christmas Eve, my pregnant wife called me at work around 12:30 pm to let me know that the oil pressure light had come on after she went and got a last-minute oil change somewhere else. After following up with them to see if that had done anything, they informed her that it would not be safe to drive, and the sensor needed to be changed. As it being Christmas Eve, everyone closing early and being closed the next few days and us traveling out of town to see my side of the family, the team at Performance Mazda made an exception. If my wife and daughter (who is 22 months old) could get there within the next 15 minutes (after her and I spoke), they would wait for her and have a look at it. If it was simply that part that needed to be changed, they could do if for her. She was able to delay our daughters nap and get there shortly have one. The assistant GM, mechanic, technician and one more gentleman stayed back, took the car into the garage and were able to fix our CX5 as it was indeed that part that need to be replaced. If it wasn't for them, we would have been stuck at home for a few days and only able to see my family for half the time we were supposed to. Words can not describe how amazing this team is and how incredible their costumer service has been. They went above and beyond and we will be eternally grateful. We fully recommend them to anyone and please don't ever hesitate to call even when you think nothing can get done.

I bought a used 2015 Mazda 3 here about a month ago. It seemed a lot more professional than other dealers I went to and the staff was very friendly and helpful. Angela helped me get the best price for my trade in and helped me find the right car. Amanda also was very helpful getting me in my new ride and answering any questions that I had.

Only thing I regret is paying $400 for the "Global Nitrogen Program". It seems like a money grab, and after a quick google search, it is.

Also, my 2015 didn't come equipped with XM radio. Which is very surprising with the tablet infotainment system built in the car. My old 2010 had it built in with barely any screen at all.

There service has always been excellent, there expertise and the ability to explain all aspect of the work that needed to be done on my Mazda 5, ( its a 2006 an has 277K and still going strong ) is so very professional.

When doing work on my van the tech noticed other items that were not on his to do list, and the service tech called me right away to let me know what they had found, what price it was and if it needed to be done right away,
They also provided me with a loner , ( self employed and I need a vehicle for my work ) for the time they needed to complet the work on my van.
They were very courteous and they also washed my van for me ( WOW )

As I own an older model (2003 Miata), I expected to face wear and tear and to encounter some problems and breakdowns after 205,000 kms. As a DIYer, I regularly visit the parts department in order to enquire on or purchase replacement parts. Having little experience at car buying I took the advice of several friends and family members this past winter and went to Performance Mazda to look for a replacement vehicle for my 2001 Toyota Echo which although not luxurious had treated me well for over a decade, providing reliability and surprising comfort.
