I purchased my beautiful used Mazda3 last week from Joe. Up until then my car search had been extremely stressful, getting pressured from other dealerships to purchase something that wasn't exactly what I wanted. Service Department - brutal and need to get some serious training on customer service. Left stranded at work for the second time by these people and husband had to spend an hour of his time to drop off a spare car key (luckily we have a spare key) so I can drive to work the next day. No call to apologize for another mess up. Had to go back to dealership get my key, spoke to the Sales Manager because the Service Manager and the Dealer Principal were not in. Asked the Dealer Principal to call me the next day, 5 days later stil no call. Would select ZERO for rating if that was an option. If you value your and your family members' time and money then I would not recommend you take your car there for services.
Recently purchased new Mazda CX3 and my entire experience was top notch. The sales person Joe was upfront and honest the whole way and in the end it was one of main reasons I went with the Mazda. The all have gone above and beyond.

Just bought a new to us Mazda 3 from Orillia Mazda. Couldnt be happier with the process and staff there. I bought a used 2007 Toyota Yaris a few days ago and these guys were great! Excellent customer service and Joe went the extra mile in making sure we were happy with the vehicle and understood its quirks. He also made sure that the vehicle was professionally cleaned even though it was bought as is. I will definitely check in with Joe when it's time to replace my other vehicle.
Service desk. Had an issue with fob/car starting. Was originally stranded at gas station outside Orillia. Then by fluke car somehow started. Proceeded to dealership where service advisor was pleasantly helpful in educating us and fixed the fob issue right away, so we could get back on the road. Thank you.
Have only been a few times. As a commuting household, or cars are serviced almost monthly. We were used to the Bellville location and their exceptional client service. They aren't bad it's just not the same exceptional service we previously had. Likely will drive back to bay Mazda for our next car purchase for this reason. Still recommend their service department it's good for this area.

I don't take time to write reviews. That said, Orillia Mazda has an extremely patient and knowledgeable team of experts who worked hard to ensure I got the best vehicle for the best price.
I don't know what sort of sorcery Allan, Armand & Jeremy are into, but you can bet they will get you the best deal for something you want or comfortably into something that you need. And that is certainly a feat in this highly competitive market.
