After doing extensive research on Mazda dealerships in Southern Ontario I drove all the way to Orangeville to purchase a used CX-5 from Motion Mazda and I am very happy I did. My sales rep, Matthew Andrade was extremely helpful and thoroughly professional. I left feeling very satisfied and would recommend this place and Matthew anytime.

I decided to go to the shop and see about trade in and was excepted for financing. Waj went over and beyond to get me excepted,and very upfront with me on everything. Buying a car during this pandemic almost seemed impossible, but David Jobe at Mazda made it so smooth and seamless.

i cant thank these two men for all their help. My grandfather worked at Mazda and owned nothing but Mazda's, and father in turn only owned Mazda's, and before he passed he had a 2006 Mazda 3 ironically enough his sales rep back then his name was David too.

Not a good place for oil change. I paid 82.44 for a simple oil change wow. And in Richmond hill I pay only $74 for oil change , air filter change, and other things not only this I got a list of things which was not working according to this dealership I went to my mechanic he said there nothing wrong other then my right signal which I already knew. Not coming back here again.

A friend of mine referred me to Motion Mazda. I had set up an appointment with the service department with one of the sales rep. Upon entry to the service lobby, I was warmly greeted by a Service Advisor. She created a new account and walked me through the summary of service items that will be covered at my appointment. The waiting lounge, while small, was well equipped with hot beverages, a TV, and WiFi. During check-out, the Service Advisor confirmed the list of service actions done. Overall, the service was beyond expectation. Mad props to Samantha, Vic, and the Parts Manager (forgot his name).

I was looking for a very specific Mazda 3 (transmission, exterior and interior colour, wheel style and colour) and dealt directly with Matthew Speed. The quality of customer service provided by Matthew at Motion Mazda is top tier. Not only did Matt continuously update me on the status of the search for my specific wants (not an easy spec to find apparently), he even went above and beyond to ensure that the vehicle we test drove was the exact model/colour/trim/package I was wanting to purchase when I came in again. I was pleasantly surprised from the beginning when just "looking" at vehicles; how friendly all the staff where, the wide selection of vehicles they had and how knowledgeable all the staff were. Matt ensured the vehicle purchasing process was simple, smooth and efficient. Sometimes the business office can be an uncomfortable last step in the car buying experience but this was quite the opposite for me. Sonia was great to work with, provided a no-pressure overview to help me make complete and informed decisions about what protection packages/warranties were best suited for my needs on my new Mazda 3. Gavin is a great rep, his manager Courtney is another story. The poor guy lost a 50k deal over $600. They called me to offer a better interest rate, and I came in to sign the papers, only to find out they gave me less on my trade in than they promised. Waste of time and gas. I don't care about $600, it's a matter of principle for me. Never coming back here again. Thanks for all your hard work Gavin, hopefully you take Courtney's place one day.

I must say my experience at this dealership has been exteremly distasteful. First contact was great, after that it just went downhill. From the salesperson to the general manager, and in between. As mush as I love my Mazda, I have started to look at other makes of vehicles for my next car because of the very poor customer service that I experienced.

Excellent service from Gavin. It took me a long time to figure out the car that was for me but he helped me decide on one model and then figure out the trim as well. He was excellent in knowing the car inside and out on the 2018's and was honest and forthright in his knowledge and knowing more about the 2019's, which had just arrived a week earlier! Highly recommend going to speak with him before purchasing a new or used vehicle!

I went through a lot of different dealerships when finally purchasing my car. And when I finally settled on a Mazda CX-5, the customer service was exceptional. They assisted me in figuring out what exact car supported my needs, something I did not see in other dealerships. It was a great to know they cared about customers, even IF I wasn't going to end up buying from them.

I am a very satisfied Motion Mazda customer. Sometimes when you go into dealerships with your husband (even though you are actually the one buying the car) the sales rep ignores you and talks to your husband. But not Motion Mazda - both Gavin and Ryan spoke directly to me and made sure that all my questions were answered. Kudos to them!!! Also I originally was going to buy a Nissan Cube but after I test drove the Mazda 5 there was absolutely no comparison. The Mazda 5 drove like a dream - very comfortable, sporty and tons of room. Love my Mazda - ladies I would highly recommend you consider Motion Mazda next time you are considering purchasing either a used or new vehicle.

I've been a Mazda owner for years starting with a 1988 323 which I had over 400,000 KM before it finally needed to move on. So when I started looking for another vehicle to compliment my present vehicle use, I starting looking for small hatchbacks similar to the 323 I enjoyed years ago. We have a 2011 Toyota Matrix which my wife drives and I guess I am not a Toyota fan. So I drove a Nissan, Hyundi, Kia, Ford, and Honda hatchback. Finally test drove a Mazda 3 GS 6-speed and, well it felt familiar and a whole lot more. So I started looking and came across a 2011 Mazda 3 GT at Motion Mazda. Car was clean, looked good, drove well, people were nice, and so the car is in my driveway, complete with free rust protection system. Didn't want my new (to me) Mazda to suffer the rust death of my old 323. I am a happy Mazda hatch back owner!
