Sean Gooding at Budds Mazda is so genuine, honest, kind and aware of what he's selling as well as what his clients need. I would absolutely recommend to anyone Budds Mazda and Sean to anyone looking. He really read what I needed, listened to what I wanted and worked very hard within my budget and with extreme patience and kindness. His customer service skills are a cut above the norm and he doesn't in any way live up to the "car salesman" norm. The dealership is also fast, there isn't any bait and switch, you don't sit there for hours on end to get a price, I was in and out and in and out very quickly each time. I didn't have to do the "wait for manager" to come over and then deal with pricing with him and then back to Sean and then back and forth. I hate buying cars because I don't have the time to deal with the bait and switch or be there for 1+ hours. This is my 3rd Mazda and I would recommend Mazda too. My first was 19 years old when we sold it to a family member as their winter car with just regular maintenance.

So my last stop at a dealership def calls for a 5/5 review. I was about to scrap my 2013 Mazda 3 in a dumpster coz for last three years no one, I mean no one, was able to figure out why my dash lights up like a Christmas tree and I lose all power without rhyme or reason. Mechanics, electrical techs, no one. Then came Budds Mazda. If them finding a problem without throwing parts at it wasn't awesome enough as is, the customer service was on point. Andrea, Jason and the tech that found the needle in the haystack.

The staff are very well informed and always try their best to deliver quality service and make my experience a good one.

Recently I had to have some emergency work done and did not give them any notice to arrange a loaner. They came through with one and had the car ready the same day.

I brought in my 2010 Mazda3 to get the Transmission Module Controller replaced and the entire process was excellent with great customer service, knowledgeable staff and overall a quick and fast process. Although the wrong part came in when it was ordered, through no fault of the dealership, they were able to get me a next day appointment to rectify the situation.

I work in Burlington and have a 45 minute commute to work from Cambridge. Recently on my way to work I got a flat tire and had a lot of trouble getting through or a half decent person on the phone at a Mazda dealership. A lot of places basically said they didn't care and couldn't help. When I called Budd's Mazda, Katie got back to me right away and marked me in as an emergency to get my tire fixed right away. She was extremely helpful and very friendly through the whole experience. Within less than 2 full days I had a new tire and rim on my car, all thanks to Katie at Budds. Service was excellent. I appreciate them taking me in so quickly and getting things fixed so I could be on my way. In any Mazda related emergency away from home, this is the place to go!

This is not my usual dealership, but Ganesh took care of my car troubles very well at a reasonable price.

My tire blew out on the highway. I decided to tow my car to this dealership as it was the closest. We arrived when service was already closed and I was told I would be called Tuesday morning. My tire blew just before a long weekend.

Ganesh called me 7:45 Tuesday morning, explained what he would step by step along the way. He did not make a decision for me. He also thought outside of the box to mitigate my expenses. In the end, it was less than his original quote.

My car was ready 75 minutes before I was ready to pick it up. I'm very happy with the service I received here and happy to have my car back.

I have been going to this Mazda for service on my Mazda 3 since 2011 when I purchased used from them. The service is always been decent and priced well.

Why 1 star? Because last month I left my car there for two recall fixes one of witch required the front driver seat to be removed and the adjustment handle replaced. The night I picked my car I failed to notice the massive scratch left on the inside of the door... There is no way a scratch like this could happen in any other way but by their service ppl. So here goes it, they scratch my car, keep quit and hope I don't notice, when I call first told me the service Manager is on vacation so had to wait for them to come back. Obviously they never called back to follow up. Next few times I called in they didn't seem to have a record of my complaint...

In short typical dealership shady behavior not owning their mistake and making it right for the customer. And here I was thinking they are better that this...

I bought a Mazda 3, 2014 GS-SKY for my wife, and we both admit that the car is amazing. The exterior shape is athletic, interior is top-shelf, and seats are very comfortable. The infotainment system is easily and fully controlled from the center console which allow you to drive safely. Fuel consumption is very low. Thank you Budds' Mazda!
