This is the worst place to get anything. I wish I can commend something here but even their popcorn machine is broken. Please have some self-respect and go to another Mazda dealership if you plan to buy a Mazda. The level of incompetence at his dealership cannot be rivaled. You can expect to talk to a group of crooks. Everyone here is out to get those dollars from your pocket. The service department, sales department, and finance department are at war to see who can take the most money from your pocket. Readers beware. Dealer has an organization problem which cannot be resolved. Look out for charges coming out the wazoo which make no sense what so ever. Extra charges are more expensive than luxury brands. Other Mazda dealerships do not charge these nonsense charges. Go to another dealership and drop this stealership.

The sales manager, Yagnesh Shah was very rude. He was forcing and pressuring us to buy a car with him. Basically he said we HAVE to buy the mazda cx3 if he shows us the original car cost price and we have to commit to that and purchase it on the spot. Besides that, i was speaking with another sales person, Patrick Ng, in cantonese and english and told him we do not want to speak to Yagnesh Shah anymore because of his attitude and rudeness. so I was hoping that the Patrick Ng can help us out instead. Guess what Yagnesh Shah said at the end. He said, "I can't understand what you guys are saying anyways" in a very sarcastic tone and left. How racist is that! I should report this to the Mazda's head office or government for being racist. We are the customer, we can speak any language we like in this country and we do need time to think which car to buy, so i believe we do have the right to think and decide which car is most suitable for us. However, Patrick Ng was super patient, helpful and nice with us. He took his time to answer our questions and help us out with the car price. But at the end, I'll have to say Yagnesh Shah ruined our mood for buying a car that day.

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER. I believe I get better customer service at McDonald's than this Mazda dealership. I probably wouldn't even give one star if I've option to do so. I went to "SEE" a used car. Sales agent showed me one car and we took test drive. He didn't even had enough information what he is talking about. After test drive I informed him today I've one more appointment for test drive and he started insisting why wouldn't you buy this car if I give you a good deal. Even though I informed him more than two times I believe in having couple of options before I make final decision. If we go and see something it doesn't mean we've to buy it right? This sales agent need to understand you can not throw away few thousand dollars like a peanuts. I met sales agent JOSHUA ZHAN. He is very rude and impolite sales agent. We took test drive and before we leave dealership he gave us offer then when we came back after sometime and his offer went up almost twofold. I lost last bit of respect for him when he told me "YOU SHOULD GO TO OTHER DEALERSHIP AND BUY THAT CAR. IT MUST BE BETTER OPTION FOR YOU" He really need to improve customer service skills and calm his ego down while he talk to customer. Rejection and obligations are the part of sales. I'm glad I didn't made purchase over there and I'll never suggest this place to anyone. I will be sending email to their head office and thank them for their great hospitality.

The service concierge, Chantal was very pleasant, patient & explained each item & why they were necessary.
My car is now repaired & it was done in half a day. The shuttle driver David was prompt & courteous.

Just bought a Honda Civic from here used. Salesman should interest up until we closed the deal. After that it was a get out of the dealership type of attitude. The moment we got the keys the salesman just got up abruptly and left not the laughing and happy attitude he had at the start of the deal. The car was obviously what we expected. However they didn’t wash the outside properly and the inside wasn’t touched at all. I asked if there was a oil change done and got no response but the moment I said I was coming to pick up the car the salesman replied right away. Again with the I want them gone quick attitude.
Ps on the bill of sale it won’t say and extra 37 dollars for licensing as it should rater it says the word extra and they slap you with the fee after. Not to mention when I said it was a problem it wasn’t written on the bill of sale the salesman threatened to take the deal of the table. “ if your not gonna pay this then I can make this all go away” we’re his exact words
Maybe just a problem with my specific salesman but I won’t be taking my business here next time!

Probably one of the best Mazda dealership right now in the GTA! I used to worked there as an Advisor, and have worked with Jim (Service Manager) and Randy (Shop Foreman) for YEARS, and both are great mentors. All I can say is that I am where I am now, because of them!
I drive a 2010 Mazda RX-8 R3, and I have always trusted Randy to take good care of it for me! Just because he is not working at a "rotary specialty" shop, it doesn't mean that he does not know anything about rotaries!
Throughout the years, I have witnessed Randy take a lot of pride in taking care of client's vehicles as his own! He is also amazing at diagnosing things! He takes the time to find the problem, instead of just going to the "typical answers". In my opinion, and observation, he is the BEST technician I have seen so far! Really, really, absolutely, amazing! Well, what can I say? He was mentored by Jim! Both great guys!

I accidentally hit my side mirror on my garage door and I went to Markham Mazda and the parts advisor Steven assisted me. I was worried that I would need to replace everything since it looked bad, but Steven took the time to go outside and check.

Thankfully it was just the cover that needed to be replaced! While out there Steven noticed I had worn out winter tires, he took the time to price me out new ones from good-better-best. He explained the pros and cons of each tire and what would suit my driving best !

Definitely recommend everyone to Steven as he was professional, knowledgeable and considerate. Great asset to Markham Mazda!

Let me tell you Steven has great customer service and goes the extra mile when finding the right part for my vehicle, he’s not like any other parts store, he finds the best quality with the best price he’s straight to the point and knows his cars very well and that’s not something you don’t get from any parts department.

When searching for a car I was thinking between Mazda CX5 and Ford Escape ( same like my old car) .After meeting with Mazda Markham sales person I decided to buy Mazda it was same price as Ford . On my question if my own Ford's wheels ( new winter tires and rims) will fit for new Mazda, he promised me "will fit for sure" , so i kept the wheels .
When I asked Mazda Markham to change the tires to the my winter tires, now they say that these wheels are not suitable.
So please be careful , they can trick just to sell the car.
So , ask for any documentation on what you are promised

Just leased a new Mazda 3 Sport.
The sales team was great, and the service team was excellent. Anson greeted me as soon as I stepped on the lot (amazing), and was very helpful, knowledgeable and friendly. Had a great experience with a test drive, and met Steven from the service team. He gave me some further information on the Mazda 3, and made me feel like leasing it was the right choice for me. Both have gone above my expectation of service and coordination!
Honestly, everything was great up until I met with the Finance Manager, Jack. He offered a wear and tear package, and when I said I didn't need it he said "Okay, you can go ahead and continue to lie to yourself then". I was so shocked that I couldn't even process how rude his statement to me was. Right from the get-go his tone and attitude was rude. I came to this dealership because my friend recently also leased a new Mazda from Anson. She said Anson was great, but warned me about Jack already. He is the last person I had to deal with at Mazda before signing an agreement. It honestly left such a bad taste in my mouth that I started to regret even leasing from Mazda.

They were looking to offload a defective used Elantra and I was in a rush of buying a car.

Partially it was my fault of considering that used car at the first place. Test drive was good but there was a ticking noise in the engine which the seller agreed to ensure that it will be fixed. I paid my advance. I went to pick the car few days later. The seller said on phone that the car is fixed. The seller was reluctant to show me that car before I sign of on all the documents. However, I inspected the car before signing off. It turned out that it was not fixed and seller was trying to convenience me that such defects are normal in used cars. I had lost trust in them and declined to go forward with that car. They returned my deposit few days later.

Note: Please inspect used cars before making a final purchase.

The sales that I have is called Kenny, which is unprofessional at all.

When he did the delivery, he just asked me to do it on my own and did not explain thoroughly. It was around 8 pm, so I assumed that he was in a hurry to leave.

He doesn't provide any after service as a salesman should do. My car recently has some issues. When I went to him, he just replied, "I don't know. Check with the service manager." He doesn't bother to help his customer after the car is sold. Probably he has enough quotas so he doesn't care about any referrals.

I got completely scammed!

I’m so disappointed words could not express. I purchased an Audi Q5 and contacted this dealership to let them know the engine light came on and would cost roughly $10k in repairs. They sold me a terrible 3rd party warranty with Lubrico that Audi doesn’t even accept. They also indicated that their service department doesn’t accept it either.

I went to the dealership to see if I could get another vehicle and they checked my car out and never got back to me.

I left several messages for the general manager as no one was responding to me and I still have not received a call back!

I have always been so careful with purchasing used vehicles and I put my trust in Markham Mazda. The way this company handled this situation is so sad. Just another dealership that only cares to take your money. I’m a mother and my child’s safety comes first.

I could not come in that day so James Chang was asked to assist me the following day and he followed up promptly. I was able to complete the test drive, the car was reasonably priced, I was not pressured, James answered all my questions to the best of his ability. The car basically sold itself however it did help that the dealership changed the car tires to newer ones.

I had a terrible experience purchasing a vehicle here. I would assume that since this is a reputable dealer, they would not scam and lie to their customers. This dealership should not be trusted and make sure you double check on all the documents received. There was a 2 year interest free for a purchase of a car which was disclosed to us. While we could have purchased the entire vehicle instead of financing it, it was a better option to extend to purchase.

While it was equally out fault for not reading over the sales contract, they deceptively changed the term into a 3 year contract on the contract. We even verbally disclosed the agreed upon 2 year term before signing with the financing agent. This ended up with us paying for interest when we could have just purchased the vehicle out right.

So I would avoid this location entirely if I had a choice. Otherwise make sure to inspect everything and to take everything they say with a word of salt. Scam and deceptive even though under the Mazda network. Should be ashamed.

A few weeks back I came in to buy new windshield wipers for my Mazda 3 and was informed that I only needed to change the blade. I was shocked and informed Steven in the parts department that I threw them out when I changed the wipers in the Fall. He ordered a new set for me, which he had delivered the next day which was AWESOME! He also changed my key fob battery and took the time to show me how to do it so that I can do it myself in future. For the last eight years I received excellent service at Markham Mazda location. As a loyal Mazda customer I have been referred by Paulette, Service Manager to Karim Takawy. I love my 2008 Mazda and appreciated the great customer services and maintenance of my car. Although I was not planning to replace my car yet, Paulette recommended that I consider trade in option and purchasing a new car. Karim Takawy provided me with options suited to my needs. Karim has strong client focused skills, he is great communicator and most importantly he takes into his heart his client’s needs. He is patient to listen and provides direct and clear advise. His people skills, smile and sense of humor helped to create a pleasant environment. But most importantly he succeeds to create a level of trust with the client that I am certain will attract and retain future customers. The same applies for Paulette.

My experience with Markham Mazda has been fantastic. I was looking for a used compact SUV. Drove up from London Ont. The car dealers in London won't negotiate a fair price, that is why i went looking elsewhere. My experience with the sales consultant Moe Adelkhani was the best, he went out of his way to deliver my CRV. He drove from Markham to Kitchener to meet me half way as i live in London.
