Not pushy...the way looking for a car should be!
Through Unhaggle, I was contacted by Leigh at Cobourg Mazda via email and quickly arranged an appointment. Leigh was well organized. After introducing himself, he provided me with a brochure and a detailed Unhaggle price for the Mazda 3, I didn't have to ask. He also had the test vehicle ready for me.
I should mention when buying a new car it takes me 3-4 weeks of reviewing, test driving and analyzing. Throughout this Leigh was patience and never pushy or angry.
I would recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a new Mazda vehicle.
I could not have asked for better service than what I received from the people at Cobourg Mazda. First of all, they contacted me because I had used the Unhaggle website. They had just the car I was looking for in the colour I wanted and it was ready in three days. Because I had previously owned a Mazda 5, and was even renting one, I did not need a test drive and so everything was done either through email or over the phone. Tonya even picked me up in Pbo when I returned the rental car and drove me to Cobourg to pick up my new car. I would recommend this Dealership to anyone.

I just received my new CX-3 from Cobourg Mazda. This is the second such vehicle that I've received in the time that I have lived in Cobourg. The staff are fantastic, from sales to service. Sarah went out of her way to help me meet all of the requirements that was needed with this vehicle. Everything was explained thoroughly, from the paperwork right up to the examination of the car. She is very friendly and very knowledgeable and probably the most thorough salesperson I have ever dealt with. I wouldn't hesitate to purchase another vehicle from her or the dealership, they are that good. And the service is just as good as sales. I've dealt with Skip over the past few years and he is very personable, helpful, and professional in his approach. I bought a new 2021 Mazda 3 turbo in the mid of covid-19 and the global supply shortage of computer chips. Staff members (Especially Warren) at Cobourg Mazda are extremely helpful with providing all the information Online (with Covid-19, I don't want to travel to the dealership unless I know there will be results. I have called and emailed many Mazda dealerships around Toronto Area, Cobourg Mazda stands out the most while others fail short.)
The price negotiation process went smoothly, we are able to get the car we loved at a good price.

I have never bought a car before, my first ever one was a hand me down from my brother, but it finally started giving out on me (it was a 2008 mazda with many problems as of the last few years). I needed a new brand once my Pontiac's were shut down so I shopped around and finally settled on Mazda - due in part to the excellent customer service from the sales team, but also because they're just really nice cars to drive! I love my CX-5 and when it's time for my next vehicle, it will also be a Mazda.
Absolutely amazing. Came here today for the first time to get my brakes looked at. 11 months ago I put on brand new rotors and pads which I paid $1000+ for. I went to the Mazda dealership in Peterborough and they just quickly determined that I needed to buy new rotors again ($600+ job). Thought I’d get a second opinion and Cobourg Mazda did an amazing job giving me the best deal. I live in Omemee and I’ll be driving to cobourg every time I need service and I’ll be buying my next car there. I wanted to get rid of my Mazda and sell it right away after leaving the dealership in Peterborough, I was always left there as an unsatisfied customer.

I go when they are closed and have a look around their inventory, they carry a good inventory of new vehicles, I am waiting for the 2020 CX 5 to be in stock, then I will think about trading in. I will be purchasing from here or from their competitor in Peterborough depending upon who gets me the best overall price, and at that time their rating may go to five stars.
First off I’d like to say this is the first emport vehicle we have ever purchased. We purchased a 2018 Mazda 6 Signature. We were very happy with the customer service that we received from start to finish. Mark our sales guy was unbelievable and Jim the owner took the time to make sure we are well taken care of. They offer free car washes for life with the purchase. Couldn’t be happier with the car so far. Plus it’s nice to know that you have unlimited warranty bumper-to-bumper for three years and five years unlimited on the powertrain. I would highly recommend this dealership. Good luck!

Well, they sell beautiful new Mazda vehicles which is terrific to start with. On top of that the staff are very nice, the prices are fair and their facilities are top notch.
