Omg, these guys took our car in after much hassle at other places which I won't name. They've had our vehicle for well over 3 weeks now and gave us a lovely loaner to use while all the investigations and work were being done. I have followed up numerous times and they kept me well informed. I highly recommend Burlington Mazda as the service has been amazing.

I visited the dealership recently with my wife to view a pre-owned CX5. Jeff Brownlee looked after us and he was excellent. He was attentative to our needs/preferences vs a more pushy sales approach. We made the purchase. Jeff said that if there was anything we needed post sale to get in touch which was reassuring. We didn't need to as the car has had no issues. I would definitely recommend Mazda Burlington.

I had an excellent experience here. I am rather young and was looking for a new car and Mazda was the only place who sat me down and took me seriously. They walked me through everything and answered all my questions. Kelly was awesome the whole time, and was very up front with me. I drive a 2018 cx-3. I live in Mississauga so I unfortunately bought my car at Erin mills mazda and I wish I had known better and bought from this dealership. I've taken my car in there a couple of times and have also phoned with questions and they happily helped me out each time. The service here is bar none and soooo much better than Erin Mills. Will take my car here for any future appointments and would reccomend this dealership to anyone looking to buy a Mazda or one of their used vehicles. Thank you so much!!!

The service team at Burlington Mazda are easy to deal with and always able to accommodate a quick in and out for oil changes on our 2019 Mazda 3. Happy to report that is the only work we have ever required in the first year and a half owning the car. Terrific value on the Mazda 3 and service at Burlington Mazda is as good as you get at premium brand dealerships.

Excellent customer & technical service!
The service adviser, Ashley, kept me well informed of all changes to the service of my vehicle; i.e. lead time of parts & labor time. Additionally she offered shuttle services to accommodate the extra time needed to service my vehicle.
The technician who worked on my older car did a great job! He worked around the rust and seized components to ensure my car would have a longer life span.
Overall, I'm very impressed with the service I received. This is my first car so I'm ecstatic to have it drive better than when I got it.

However, I should be getting a car wash every time I get a service according to their guidelines however I have noticed that I don’t get my car washed, maybe it is because of the weather however please right down that I have credit of a car wash in the future or something. I was told by my mechanic that I needed a new transmission. I brought my car into Leggat Mazda to have them inspect and they confirmed. Kevin was fabulous to deal with. He informed me that my transmission was on rush order and that there would be no cost. He also told me that they had fixed a couple of other recall items. Kevin had my car back to me in 2.5 days. What a pleasure it was dealing with Kevin as he could not have been more helpful.

Do NOT bring your car here for service.

I've had three Mazdas in a row. The last two were from this dealership. I had similar brakes issues with them both. Repeated visits to the dealership yielded zero results. They had told me that the squealing was normal. That it was my fault. That I "didn't brake hard enough and was causing the brakes to glaze.
I took my most recent car, the third Mazda, to them easily 10 times complaining about the brakes. I took it to a different dealership ONCE and the problem disappeared. The new dealership also told me that it looked like my brakes had never been serviced. They had no lubricant on them.
This Burlington dealership couldn't even top up my windshield washer fluid without ruining stuff (see my uploaded photo for this part).
But basically, I'm never going to this dealership again. Mazda head office was also no help in resolving my complaint and I'm so soured by the whole experience that I'm probably never buying another Mazda again.

A Leggat technician diagnosed a failing transmission bearing just a week out from a one week roadtrip in our Mazda5. Replacement was ordered under warranty and installed immediately so that we could feel safe on our trip. They got it done and car drives like new again. Thanks so much guys! Our Protegé is 19 years old and counting with just over 100K km on it to date. Kevin and Steven in Service are exceptional in providing the quality and attention to detail required with a vehicle of this age. Jenna always keeps me posted for regular maintenance scheduling and Aria has been able to squeeze my vehicle in for Saturday service at a minutes notice. One weakness with Mazda is body corrosion but, we addressed the body corrosion as soon as it began, and maintenance is easily controlled. My son drives it currently, and I think it still has many miles to go! I think if I trade it in Burlington Mazda will have a heart attack! We've pre-ordered a 2020 Kia Soul EV from Leggat Kia Burlington as an additional vehicle.

I usually go to another location as I purchased my vehicle from there but decided to get service done at this location and I couldnt have been more thankful! I am very impressed with this dealership! They helped me retrieve my vehicle from Canadian Tire and bring it to their shop on Walkers to complete the overquoted work from CT recently. They also offered shuttle service to and from home to help with no vehicle situation. Lastly they worked seamlessly with my extended warranty company to have the work completed and I payed nothing but the deducible (even though my differential cover was not covered by warranty)

I highly recommend this dealership and I thank them for helping me out with my Ford Escape.

If I could rate this dealership less than one star, I most definitely would. Murray Blizzard in finance is absolutely awful, disgustingly rude and a downright horrible person to work with. He made snide comments and verbally degraded me for no reason. He enjoys to boast himself up thinking hes the only one that will be able to get you a car. I left Mazda Burlington feeling gutted and upset. I pulled myself together and drove down to a different dealership and not even 24 hours later I was approved and signing paperwork for a Mazda 3. This place is TERRIBLE. Stay away at all costs. There's so many dealerships around, don't waste your time with such nasty people. It's not worth it!
