Very unhappy with extended warranty I purchased with a new Mazda3 from Llalo. The factory installed Infotainment Center failed. They fixed it by upgrading software AND CHARDED ME!!! They explained that is not covered by the warranty! I always had scheduled service done by them to protect my warranty. I intend to tell everyone who asks about my car to be cautious when purchasing a Mazda.

I had a terrible experience and I do not recommend getting your car looked at here. I brought in my 2015 Mazda 3 to get its traction control light fixed. During their diagnosis process, they broke my clutch switch which left my car unable to turn on which led to me having to bump start my car in order to drive it. They didn't offer me any rentals and l was left with no car. I refused to let them fix their mess up as they quoted me an astronomical amount to fix it. I purchased said part from them and ended up installing it myself which only took 10 minutes. The part that they broke was apparently "broken when they touched it with their two leads" which is a gigantic lie as I never touched it while owning my car AND it is a part that does not break prematurely even for a nine year old car. I was charged the diagnosis fee and they said if the part that I replaced for them did not fix the issue, I could bring in my car again for another diagnostic, free of charge. Today upon calling they did not hold up on their promise. Ultimately I brought in my car that was running perfectly fine, left with a car that was unable to start without having someone to push my car and was charged a diagnosis fee when they did not fix or identify the problem I went in with.

Went for a diagnosis for a noisy part on my car. Charged me $70 for a diagnosis. The part they said was bad was incorrect. The car remained noisy. No change in sound.

Made a request for them to correctly diagnose the issue. They total me they need to charge me again. If they had it their way I'd need to replace every part on my car.

Mrs took the car in, they tried to tell her the engine was about to go because she got her oil changes done else where and wrong filter was used. Not even a check engine light on lol. Anyhow, she said well I guess I'll tell all my friends and family not to buy a Mazda if the engine blows if you don't get a dealership pil change. Was a good laugh. I'll never go back though. Had a really bad treatment from PAUL HANDS, after our test drive we are ready to buy, but we asked for him to throw in some mats as hamilton mazda was offering. HANDS got agitated and ARROGANTLY said "YOU SHOULD BUY FROM THEM THEM, NOT HERE"
So we gladly went back to hamilton. Mazda and got our 2021 CX GT today. I hate to think that HANDS treated us that way due to our race.

I got maintenance done here for a bit with my first Mazda. They told me I bought a potato and pressured me to buy a new car. Every oil change ended up with a phone call about all these other unecessary repairs that costed thousands and if I didn’t do them the car wouldn’t last very long. Fast forward and I got a second opinion, turns out my fluid full ups and oil changes were really never done and some repairs seemed.. unrepaired. Oh well, moved onto another brand.

I did not buy my car here but I regularly come here for service. I actually drive from Hamilton to this location because I trust them with my car. When I come for oil changes, they are the only dealership/auto place I have been to that doesn’t try to sell me useless services or pressure me into buying new windshield wipers every time. Instead, they occasionally tell me legitimate upcoming repairs I may need and always quote me and let me think about it. My car is a 2011 Mazda 3, so they could be bothering me about something every time if they wanted to, but they don’t. This is why I go back. They don’t charge me to diagnose things which is always an amazing surprise. Thank you to the mechanics and the service department for providing honest service and for not gouging me like other places do!

I've been here a handful of times since moving to Brantford and I will say the quality of service has been excellent as well as the customer service. They're always helpful and accommodating when I'm booking in for service. I had my tires balanced at a third party shop and wasn't satisfied with the result, came here to have it balanced again and the car rides like new. It can be busy here but I've found that it's worth the wait.

I was there at night so I couldn’t see it because it is a black vehicle. I would have not purchased this vehicle if I was aware of the complete information for the vehicle. I bought my first Mazda from Jeff in 2015 and my first experience was great. I never felt pressured into getting something I didn't want. Fast forward to now, I received a call from Ted a week ago about trading in my 2010 Mazda 3 for a new 2016 Mazda 3. He assured me that I could get in a new car without adding too much onto my biweekly payments. i was skeptical at first but I agreed to go into Lallo and sit down and have a chat with him. I test drove the Mazda 3 and loved it just as much as I loved my older Mazda. As promised when we sat down and spoke numbers he was able to price out the 2016 Mazda 3 Sport GS at only $20 more a payment. Not once during the whole meeting did he pressure me into buying the car. When I said I needed 24 hours to think about it he still never pressured me into buying the car. I ended up buying it the next day and just got the car today and it is exactly what I wanted. Jeff gave me a full tutorial on how everything in the car worked and I couldn't be happier. Both of my experiences with everyone at Lallo have been awesome and when the time comes to get a new car I will definitely be returning to Lallo.
