My review is about the service quality I got at this business. I had an issue with my vehicle on a long trip and Bay Mazda was the nearest service (luckily). I was stuck on road far away from my home town so they could easily overcharge me if they had wished to do so. But they didn't. They were transparent, professional, reliable, efficient. Thank you.

Never ended up making a deal with the guys here but nevertheless the least I could do is give them a positive review. Jim the GM is a superb man who will go out of his way to help you.

I was in the market for a used suv and never really thought about Mazda until I was next door with my gf at Kia. While her vehicle was getting serviced we wondered over and were browsing what was on the lot when one of the sales guy spoke to us. Despite not thinking about it before hand I heard Mazdas were fun to drive. We took a CX-9 which I thought was out of my price range for a drive. We were immediately hooked. Very fun to drive and a beautiful car inside and out.

We got back and started talking to Jim. Jim is the kindest guy. Unlike other dealerships which would try to devalue your trade in, Jim had nothing negative to say and legitimately got a better trade in value then I could've even got selling privately.

Ultimately I went with another vehicle that was more in line with I had in mind prior. To absolutely no fault of anybody at this dealership. If I was buying a car based on service and kindness, they would've had my business without a doubt.

The vehicle we drove itself was an awesome vehicle too and I would've bought it if it had fewer kms and a couple years newer.

A huge shout out and thank you to the crew at Bay Mazda in Belleville for their outstanding customer service and for the all-around great experience I had with them last week during the purchase process of my gorgeous new Mazda Crossover!!
Right from the very start I felt completely at ease with my sales consultant Matt W. who was very knowledgeable and had endless patience with me; taking the time to graciously answer all of my questions (yes, even the stupid ones lol). Sales Manager Dan O. was also amazing at being able to pull together a deal for me that I was completely happy with at the end of the day...first time ever purchasing a car with no buyers remorse whatsoever! (thanks also for feeding me yummy homemade cookies so I wouldnt 'starve' over the lunch hour lol...).
Everyone there at 'the Bay' was knowledgeable, friendly and outgoing and you all truly helped to make the whole experience a pleasant one for me.
So thanks again to Matt, Dan, Karen and the entire team there at Bay Mazda for doing such an outstanding job!

A superb team.

I am late posting this review, having purchased a used and a new vehicle from Bay Mazda in 2021. The first, a used vehicle without trade in, was such a transparent, efficient and honest affair that I returned within a month. My second visit was for a trade-in purchase of a new vehicle based specifically upon the excellent Mazda product and Bay Mazda's performance the month before.

I had dealt with three other dealerships in searching for these vehicles. The level of honest, effective and friendly service stood in stark contrast to the other dealerships most notably in their clear, respectful and direct discussions on pricing and valuations. The "no-pressure" approach to the sales, the valuation of the trade-in, and the information based approach Karen takes with the "no-stress" after purchase services and features was perfect for us.

I've had no mechanical problems with either vehicle, and was pleased to find that Bay Mazda had already conducted the next scheduled maintenance on the used vehicle before they called me to pick it up. The excellent wash following a service visit is just the "icing on the cake", and indicative of their attitude towards detail and excellence.

I highly recommended the Bay Mazda team.

I am searching for a new car, and Mazda was highly recommended to me. A friend took me to your Dealership in Belleville, where I was very fortunate to meet Toby Fitzpatrick. I am a woman who knows very little about cars. Toby was warm, very knowledgeable, and extremely kind. He made an effort to get to know me, and to learn my priorities in a car. He then showed me the models that he felt would fit my needs. When I settled on a beautiful Mazda CX-30, I was very grateful that at no time did I feel pressured to buy. I was thrilled with both the the package that he put together for me, and the total cost. Reluctantly I have decided to wait before making a decision. When I phoned Toby to tell him this, he was again very kind and understanding. I live in Toronto, but if I decide to buy a Mazda, I will make a point of coming back to Belleville, and I hope that Toby will be available to help me.

Cars are technically sound no complaint about that but rust is always an issue, no matter whenever you buy, they will say they provide warranty for lifetime or 7 years but trust me its going to come for sure, stay away from crooks in simple, a very great company so called is failed to fix the issue and DON'T buy it, if you want to stay away from THE RUST trouble. Rust will come link pimples on the car.

I have been a customer at Bay Mazda for 12 years and its sad that this review has to be written.

Beware of doing business here for the following reasons:
- A sales consultant felt the need to speak intolerance about individuals while I was getting my car serviced.
- This same sales consultant stole private confidential information about me and the private communication sent to Mazda about his actions, and gave it to a 3rd party insurance company they volunteer for whom has caused one issue after another.
- Even after this employee does these things and more the manager still refuses to let him go.

So unless you're interested in doing business where your personal information can be stolen and given to corporations with the intent to cause you harm I would stay away.

Had a very good experience at Boyer Bay Mazda this weekend driving from Kingston with my sister to help her buy a used 2014 Mazda CX-5. My neighbours we're also very pleased when I recommend they drive from Kingston to Belleville to purchase their new 2018 Nissan Murano from Boyer Belleville Nissan. Your dealerships are friendly and professional. In Kingston two car dealerships wanted to collect our data on their iPad before even considering showing us a vehicle and another was too busy to approach us after several minutes inside the dealership. We walked out! In Belleville,Bay Mazda bent over backwards even utilizing the service manager to make sure customers were greeted when all the salespersons we're engaged on a Saturday afternoon long after the service area was closed. They also put in an extreme effort to try and find a good trade-in price for her VW which had seen better days. Boyer should buy a few dealerships in Kingston and teach them what customer service looks like. You’re doing something right at the very top of the Boyer group. Two good separate dealership experiences cannot be a coincidence! The management leadership at The Boyer Group is doing something extremely correct.

ONCE HE REALIZED THAT SOMEONE WAS STANDING THERE HE QUICKLY SHOVED THE PHONE IN HIS POCKET.

After much researching for a new car, we opted for the 2016 Mazda3 Sport GT. We had a few choices of dealerships. We chose Bay Mazda, and I'm glad we did.
From our first contact in sales rep Matt White, to the rest of the staff we had the pleasure of meeting, I knew we were going to deal with Bay Mazda.
The negotiations for pricing were friendly and in a timely fashion, no stress there.We found Matt to be a very knowledgeable guy about the car we were looking at. He is a car guy himself and we found it refreshing to have someone who could answer all the questions without hesitation.Matt also called us after the first week to make sure all was well with the car.
We have not been in yet for our first service, but I'm actually looking forward to going back and saying hello.That's how well we were treated.

Bay Mazda was great. They treated my wife, kids and myself wonderfully. We purchased a used 2009 CX-9 and we couldn't be happier. The car was polished inside and out they put brand new Toyo tires on for us and the brake pads were at about 50% so they just put new ones on! We dealt with Steve for our salesmen and Sean for the finalization of the deal. Throughout the process there was no pressure and imho we got an amazing deal. Jim the general manager and Janet sent the kids home with loot bags and hats. The vehicle is amazing; everyone thinks it is brand new. We would definitely return when it is time to replace our second vehicle.
