I have bought five new cars in my lifetime so far and this experience was by far the best.

You know that uncomfortable 'salesman' experience, where they talk you into warranty you dont want/need, or they convince you to upgrade to another package, or get fancier wheels etc? Mazda didnt do that. I didnt pay any 'pink tax' either. I feel safe and comfortable dealing directly with them and i dont need my husband to play the man card just to get fair treatment.

Honestly, i was really shocked. I didnt think there were places like this. They also gave me plenty for my trade in and went above and beyond to make sure i was satisfied with what I got for my trade in.

I wholeheartedly recommend them to everyone. Oh and the car is good too!

Not only did they resolve the problem so I was able to get back to Ontario, they were so pleasant, helpful and very honest while also reassuring me. Thank you again Emily and staff!!

This is the second experience I've had buying from a dealership. My first was from a competitor down the road and that was a nightmare, so was the car! I'm blown away with the process here at Mazda. What a difference! Very transparent and understanding. The customer service here is on another level. A refreshing approach on making another one of life's big investments... So glad I came here! This is the worst store I will never go again. The service people were trying to rip off my money.

I moved to Fredericton, soI switched my service from Bathurst to here. I booked the big service for 48,000 km. They pulled my car and finished service for 45 mins. They charged me 400 for the service including 200 for labor!!!

I have done every service dealerships since I got my car. It is the price I ever seen with 45 mins service for 48,000, which is supposed to be completed for 2 hours. I paid 300 in BC which is the most expensive and 240 in Bathurst for yearly big service including changing my brakes.

Very bad experience and I will never go again!

I bought a CX-5 demo from Fredericton Mazda for $42,000 with 8700 kms on it, driven by one of the owners for 6 months. Once I got it home my husband noticed a 3-inch long by 3-inch wide crack and hole under the front bumper, out of view. When I brought it to the attention of the owner Tim Comeau, he refused to pay for the quoted repairs and went so far as blaming me for the damage. At a national level, I had 3 lengthy phone calls with Mazda Customer Service Manager Steve Weiler who offered no help. I do not recommend Fredericton Mazda.
A dishonest and unreliable place to buy a vehicle!

Went there to get my engine light checked as well as a wheel alignment. After an hour they called me and told me they "fixed" my car and it was ready for pickup. After paying, I asked about the wheel alignment and they told me my car did not need it, which is weird because the wheel is very obviously not straight when you drive. The engine light came back on the next day.
I went in person to complain and the guy told me "it was probably something else", uhmm what? did I not pay them to fix the engine light? Also impossible that something happened in the 7 minutes I drove my car home from the dealership. Also complained about the wheel alignment, since it was a service I had asked for, the guy told me to "try driving on the fast lane", not sure how speed is relevant as literally anyone with a brain is able to tell the wheel is not straight no matter if the car is going 50 or 140, not to mention it is weird to not give someone a service that they asked for.

Also, very unprofessional that they called me to tell me the vehicle was ready, the last 3 times I have taken my car to any reputable mechanic they call you and ask for approval before doing over $100 worth of work.

Safe yourself time and money and go literally anywhere else.

I purchased a 2021.5 CX5 from Jeff Guitard. The deal contract was presented to me including some $600+ charge for an insurance package "that is standard" according to the finance guy. They listed winter tires @ $700, another set of rims @ $1200, TPMS's @ $200, with free floor mats and cargo cover. With financing approved, I signed the deal. Then I was told they could not get winter tires for $700, and that 19" wheels could not be had for the price they offered them. The mats needed to be ordered in, and so the only thing delivered with the car was the cargo cover. Now because I gave Jeff Guitard a 0/5 rating, they will only give me the floor mats if I come into their dealership, despite them knowing I live in Miramichi. They lie, they make fake deals, and now they are trying to scam me out of something they said they would give me for free. Never go there, if you ask me.

An honest opinion is so important, and I wholeheartedly believe that I received just that. They could have easily sniffed out my anxiety and ratcheted down on the upsell. I can’t afford that right now, who ever really can?

Thank you for the fantastic service, the two hour turnaround without an appointment, and the very personable service advisors.

You guys are absolutely awesome. There are so many parasitic dealerships out there, particularly in Fredericton. I don’t get that impression at all at Fredericton Mazda, it might even be a pleasant, uplifting experience. 😮

They made me wait two hours after a scheduled appointment to tell me that the tires I scheduled to install are no longer available. Basically, super disorganized. Was about to entrap me into another more expensive deals, but I got out of there. Bad business. Super disappointing. Just count the number of tires you have before you make an appointment and make me wait. Now I have to scram before winter comes and make another appointment elsewhere. No one should deal with this headache. Avoid if you can.

I went to Fredericton Mazda to find a used car as I was returning to Canada after many years. The salesperson showed me what they had and asked questions about what I wanted. Went for a test drive and though they reduced the price to try to get in my budget, it wasn't low enough for me. The one I ended up buying was a trade-in that they had just got the day before, good condition also confirmed by pre-inspection. They walked me through the process and answered all my questions about registering and stuff (like I said, was away for a long time). Even lowered the price to well within my budget - no b.s. back and forth which I very much appreciated. Did the detailing work to clean it up the week after all the paperwork was complete, and on Christmas Eve so they honour their word. Still working well! Highly recommend this dealership.

Terrible customer service. It states in the owners manual the fluids are to be topped up ie washerfuild, thus implying you fill the fluid up. I pay for shop fees that more then cover the washer fluid. When a small detail like that is over looked I have very low confidence in any shop after that and says "everything is good to go". Not only was the annual maintenance ignored on a appointment specifically for the mvi and annual maintenance and then argued they had no idea. Excuse me but you have trained employees trained on the systems you deal with daily and those systems clearly state what has been done to the vehicle and when. This is not how you treat a customer in any way.

I had a great experience at Fredericton Mazda where I recently bought a car. They had a wide inventory of cars to choose from, good cars and reasonable prices. The staff were amazing. They were very patient and helpful. They walked me through everything, explained everything to me, answered all of my questions and concerns in no time, and made some good recommendations. They knew I had no means of transportation at the time, so they even offered me a courtesy shuttle just to get me to the store. Overall they made buying vehicle a very pleasant experience for me.
