I had help from the sales rep Allan Levesque. I had help from Shane in financing. Both were friendly, and I didn't feel any pressure. Made the process easy to understand and purchase. Both took the time to answer questions I had. Shane was able to help get a better deal on financing then my current credit union. It was a very good experience buying here.
Initial repair left a panel hanging open at the front of my car. Inspection missed my tire had gone flat, then used the fact I drove on it after to bring it back in to deny my claim despite the only driving being between my home and the repair shop. Not a shop I trust anymore

I have always had great service from Mazda in Brandon. I have dealt with Mazda since 2013 and their service coordinator Ryanne is very responsive and helpful. Their courtesy driver is very engaging and friendly as well.
Ryanne always provides top notch service to all her guests. My oil change and winter tire swap out where done in record time, and my car was left clean and sanitized. Highly recommend.
I'm not thrilled with Mazda Canada as a company. There are a lot of issues with buying a new car that is fresh in the market.
Although the staff get you in right away, the guys who owns the dealership is great. Over all I'm just disappointed in the brand and lack of features. It's flashy and a nice color a d luxurious to the eye ball. However not completely user friendly or as advanced as it projects.
Really it's an old model car with a different trim. Once all the kinds are worked out after a couple months it's a rust bucket and horrible sounding machine just like everything else.

Staff was great! Day I picked car up found to not have Jack and holder in hatch,tire iron rolling around. Then was only given one key and no owners manual found manual online. Surprise at the end.

Heard load noises from the rear of my car (not a Mazda). Checked reviews for car repair places in town. Forman Mazda had the best. I called them, explained the problem, and got an appointment for next afternoon. They fixed it — a clip holding a panel on the underside had failed. The price was lower than I had expected. They called me and picked me up. Friendly driver. Overall everything amounted to a quality professional experience.
From the moment I entered the service department ( dealership) to any calls; I was treated with the utmost respect and courtesy. The counter personal were friendly, well informed and most helpful. I will certainly be back . I love my Mazda!

Forman Mazda has figured out the problem through excellent diagnosis on my vehicle. Although it is a bit pricy for just having it hooked up their computer for an hour. If you got the money, then yes I would recommend coming here

Fantastic service here. Shopped around at a few different dealerships looking to replace my old beater and nearing end of day figured I'd stop in just to get some information on the vehicle I was interested in. I didn't want to be that person that comes in half an hour before closing and holds everyone up, but Allan was more than happy to have a chat and let me test drive despite it being so close to 6pm, then called the next day to check in when I hadn't arrived when I said I would to fill out paperwork. When they found out I was having car troubles they went out of their way to make sure I was able to get everything done that same day and get me on the road, including picking me up so I could do all the paperwork, and then driving me to Autopac so I could insure the vehicle. From the staff that stayed late to accommodate my test drive, to the managers and staff that worked to get me a working vehicle so quickly and staying within my budget I absolutely would recommend Forman Mazda to anyone looking.

Bought a car here a few months back questioned the price as I thought it was a little high ended up grossly over paying for a vehicle because I was in a pinch and needed a vehicle for work. Now I'm trying to sell it and I can't even get a fraction of what I paid ($8800) can't even sell the thing for $6000 Forman Mazda won't be in consideration for my next vehicle as I've only owned the car for 8 months and it's worth apparently almost half of what I had to pay for it. Yes I'm aware vehicles depreciate in value but not $3000 in less than a year (for a used car 2010) Aside from me getting screwed over, the service was good enough and staff was friendly but I guess it's pretty easy to be happy when you're making someome over pay by a couple grand

Awesome dealership with great friendly service and staff. My son was traveling to Vancouver when the oil light service came on around Winnipeg. He called me back at home for advice. Mazda dealership in Winnipeg could not give a convenient time. I checked the nearest City in Manitoba West of Winnipeg and found Forman Mazda. I called and spoke to a very nice Service advisor who immediately got him in for Service. Work done and he was back on the road within an hour. You could not ask for better efficient service.

Service was quick and efficient. Was in and out for a full service within 40 minute, including having my car washed.
Price is less than I would pay for a drive in oil change at a quick lube.
