I had a bad experience with Park Mazda. The salesperson I dealt with was Evan and the Sales Manager I dealt with was Mike. I purchase a used 2018 CX-5 Mazda In April /19, with approx 27,000 km The deal was to included new floor mats I picked up the vehicle and when I arrived at my destination the first thing I noticed was the cargo area was not clean. I could brush the white stuff on the carpet with my finger. I was told it would be detailed. I noticed the front drivers floor mat was covering 1/2 of the gas pedal When I did pull out the mat I realized it was a Honda mat that was so big it had to be stuffed under the driver seat. I checked the other mats One Ford Mat , One Mazda mat and One ? They also were very thin and cheap. I contacted Evan who said that was all they had at the time???? He did agree to get me new mats I asked if I could pick them up in Red Deer as I live in Sylvan Lake. He said no I had to come to SP . I had some trouble with a wire connected to the computer system. I took it to Gary Moe Mazda in Red Deer they said they could see no record of the 24, 000 brake maintenance being done. I said when I bought it, it had more than the 24, 000 km on it and I had asked Evan if everything was up to date and he said it was. I was told that it could effect the warranty. I sent Evan a text and his reply referred to the paper I signed saying I agreed with the amount of wear on the brakes, etc ?? so I made what I thought was an appointment with the Gen Man. I get there and they made it with Mike the Sales Man. He is a rude person. Said he read all the texts with Evan and me and saw no problem. I mentioned why could I not have picked the mats up in RD, He said he new nothing about that and it could have been arranged. Note it was part of the texts that he said he read. The experience went downhill from there. My personal advice is not to go to this dealership but if you must it would be your best interest to NOT deal with Evan or Mike
at the beginning , great service , from salesman to manager , and i was very close to make the purchase , until the review from the person who OK the deal ., and made a ridicule offer for my trade . so I left and bought my car someplace else that's all
10/10 experience. The young guy Jarred (maybe Jarrod cant remember) was great in initially coming outside on a sunday evening when I thought they were closed, let me test drive a truck I was interested in. Dealt with another man there on finishing up some numbers a while later, he was great too. They were very fair the whole time. I have never had a better experience at a dealership. Darrien was also wonderful in handling all of the financing stuff. I never had to call my bank or anything, he was able to do everything for me and I couldn't have asked for an easier experience. Everyone here is super nice and you get treated very well.
Michelle and Gerald are ROCKSTARS!! They got me everything I needed from the type of vehicle right down to the payments! They are just a positive team to work with and was always going above and beyond. They even worked a few late nights to get it all figured out! Thank you so much!
I purchased my car over the phone, sales rep was helpful and friendly, car was delivered as promised. It is a bit hard to get a hold of any finance manager, I played phone tag with them for a while a year after purchasing. Overall service is good if you are in the market for a mazda I would check this place out
I had a very positive experience with Mike Thordarson and his team. There was an unfortunate incident on my side when purchasing a vehicle and Mike was very understanding of the situation. Mike was able to rectify the issue and made everything stress free. When it comes time to purchasing a Mazda I will go through Mike and Park Mazda. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to to anyone looking to purchase a vehicle or let alone a Mazda.

First time buying at a dealership. Allison and Kent were helpful in finding me a good used car and offering valuable credit advice in the process, without trying to over sell me on a more expensive car that I didn't need before my credit was at it's best - that means a lot. I've been driving this car for a few months and the car has not let me down yet. The service department has been fine so far too.
I would like to do business with them again when it comes time to buy a newer car and I hope that they will honour the trade in value we discussed - I'll take care of the car as best as I can until then. Thanks to Park Madza for doing a good job.

I put my application on line and in with a week I got to pick up my vehicle and to meet Rick in person to sign papers. Excellent service as usual. Another dealer said I needed an $800 front end part for my truck. Park Mazda checked out the issue and were honest with me saying there were no front end problems and no need to buy an $800 part. An honest service department makes a big difference.

Negotiating process was easy and fair. I had a problem with the car shortly after purchase, I was able to speak to the sales man on the long week-end at 9 at night, he arranged a tow and loaner car for me even though i was over 100km away.

In April 2019, when my old motorhome would not start and the RV battery was weak, I had an opportunity to speak with the lot manager, Thomas, to see if they could help me. He immediately referred me to Gerry in parts who ordered two very heavy duty batteries from their suppliers. Even though I was not ordering parts for a Mazda, these gentlemen were very professional and helpful in ensuring my summer camping experiences would be enjoyable.

As well, when the first vehicle he showed me didn’t work for me, he found something that worked for me. I am very happy with my Nissan Rogue. I'm updating my review - I have been impressed with the service and reliability of my 2013 Mazda CX5 and Park Mazda dealership since day 1 (2 years ago). Unfortunately, I wrote off my 2013 Mazda CX5 in August - and have had to replace it. YES, I did replace it with another Mazda and YES I went back to Park Mazda - this time I bought a 2015 CX5! The previous car's reliability, the service and commitment from Park Mazda and their staff brought me straight back to them. I can not express how wonderful the dealership was with helping me out. Those who helped me out this time around - Massab Gillani and Kyle Naphe (sales). Terry and Alyssa (Finance), Lorne (Parts). They made the transition smooth, and answered every question I had - No "typical" car buying experience there!! :o)

Great Service - When I bought my 2013 Mazda CX5, the sales person - Kurt Mason - was really helpful. He helped me select the vehicle options that worked best for me. I love the car. And the manager of the dealership (Sorry, can't remember his name) worked with me on warranty options, etc. Overall, a really good experience!
I just bought my second Mazda3 from Park Mazda- my last was in 2007, unfortunately after driving my beloved car for 8 years, I totalled it recently (with absolutely no injuries to myself!). I can't say enough about the people at Park Mazda- especially Josh and Kev- they made a stressful situation I didn't want to be in fun and very easy-going. When I picked up my car, they remembered I have a disabled foster dog, and I had a gift for my pup waiting for me in the back seat! Such awesomely nice and caring guys, no sleazy salesman to be seen here. I picked up my car today, and I'm happy to say I still don't have any buyers remorse, and I don't feel I was pressured into everything. And with my obsessive researching into everything, I know I not only got a fair price, but Kev threw a bonus for me in for free. I had a fantastic car buying experience at Park Mazda. Damien, my salesperson was very good about explaining all the features of the Mazda 3 both when I was first considering it and then after my purchase when I was picking it up. Ron, another salesperson who seems to be a trivia expert for cars was very helpful sharing various car facts and changes made over time to the vehicles I was considering. When I was undecided between the Toyota Corolla and the Mazda 3, both Kyle and Kevin, the sales managers were very patient, explaining what they thought made the Mazda 3 a better car but never knocking the Corolla or the other dealerships. At no time did I ever feel I had a pushy salesperson pressuring me into making a decision. Alyssa and Terry in finance were great to work with too explaining very patiently the things I didn't get the first time around. I love, love, love my Mazda 3 and would definitely tell anyone considering any type of vehicle to check out Park Mazda in Sherwood Park.
Park Mazda was awesome!!!! The sales manager Kyle Mathe stayed late just to help us get our dream car. We looked around at all the other Mazda dealerships in the city and Park Mazda had the best customer service out of them all. My wife and I would highly recommend it to everyone :)
We had a wonderful experience purchasing a vehicle from Park Mazda and our salesman Ron Nimmo was most accommodating and always helpful. He answered all our questions and never pressured us at any time. We checked out a few other dealerships in sherwood park and still came back to Ron Nimmo.
Most of the other dealerships were high pressure to buy, and I just hate that. No sooner do you get in their door, then they expect you to buy when you have just started looking at a vehicle. Not with Ron at park mazda.
We purchased a Mazda5 two weeks ago and just love it. It suits our needs exactly as we are a senior couple who are still active and this vehicle has room for our golf clubs and lots of other stuff.
I finally got a bright red vehicle which I have always wanted.
We would highly recommend the friendly folk at sherwood park mazda, and have told our friends about our good experience with Mazda.

Its been a month since my car got stolen. It was really hard for me to find a new one, cause I am a foreign worker and I only had a limited budget. I went to Kia Sherwood Park and I felt I was intimidated and force to buy, I decided to decline my application with them (never to go back/worst experience). I decided to try Park Mazda (Sherwood Park) and fortunately I met Ash. ( he understand what I am experiencing that time). He help me to find the right car that fits my budget, he detailed everything, discuss all the necessary payments, he also advise how to get a good insurance and processing papers in registry. Overall he is awesome. I enjoy my car and things went back to normal, big thanks to Ash and Park Mazda team (definitely will recommend). More power and success.

Marc went out of his way to ensure we had the vehicle we were looking for. He even came in on his day off to meet with me. After purchasing my vehicle Marc walked me through all the features of my vehicle which was appreciated. The Manager, Kyle worked hard to help me work within my budget.
