Great people, I really enjoyed the human interaction. However, once we had established what vehicle I wanted to purchase, I noted that the cost/list price was higher than on the Mazda.ca site. Turns out the dealership pads the price with all kinds of items for extra profit including etching of windows and unnecessary insurance/warranty plans. When I asked to see the break down of the items to try to identify what the dealership had added I was told that would occur after I had "the first offer". Oh no, that is not what is going to happen and I made that clear and got the breakdown. Another hidden fee was "premium paint" but my car is black which is a standard colour. So, had I not known that I would have just paid the fee. Bottom line, you need to know what things cost on the Mazda.ca site and go in with a list and compare it to the dealership. Next you need to strike off all the over charges and only THEN do you start the negotiation for the final price.

Our purchaes of a 2015 Mazda3 through Cindy Edwards at Kramer Mazda was an absolute pleasure. At not time did we feel pressured or unsure of our purchase. Will definitely return when we require another vehicle.
We just purchased a 2016 Mazda CX5 and Jorge was our sales rep. We had him two years earlier when we bought a 2014 Mazda 3. He's reliable and very knowledgeable of Mazda's products. He's a pleasure to negotiate with even when push comes to shove. The rest of the dealership staff are all quite good. We've never come across anyone difficult. They deliver what they say they will throughout the ownership/mtce process.
I contacted Kramer Mazda about purchasing a new CX5. My situation is slightly out of the ordinary. We are moving from Nova Scotia to Alberta and so I want to arrange the purchase to coincide with our arrival to our new home just a few months from now. A salesperson quickly responded to my inquiry but when they were told I was in Nova Scotia and intended to move they seemingly lost interest in my business and I have not heard from them since dispite leaving a request for a return call. Oh well I guess I will take my business elsewhere.
I bought a used car here at Kramer Mazda from Verna and I am so glad I got to get my dream car from her. I know you don’t you don’t usually buy a Camaro at a Mazda dealership but it was exactly what it wanted. I didn’t feel pressured and I was able to take my time with the decision. The customer service I received was awesome, along with getting coffee and snacks while we conversed and signed papers. Verna was very humble and knowledgable helping me with this decision especially since this is my first car from a dealership and I wanted to finance. I highly recommend her for any sales purpose, as I will be coming back if they get another vehicle that spikes my interest.

Just want to comment on the service we received from Susan - Credit at Kramer Mazda. She is very knowledgeable and was very quick in processing our credit application last year. We went to Kramer for a regular service and figured out that we can refinance the same car with a lower interest rate which Susan did in no time. If you want a credit for the car and good advice. Go To SUSAN!
Excellent customer service. We happened to stop in on a day that was busy and they made me feel welcome and assured me someone would be with me soon. The wait was short and the sales people were quite knowledgeable as well as accommodating. I ended up buying a CX 5. I'm so happy with the service and the vehicle. He beat the stereotype of rude and pushy salesmen, which I honestly went in expecting to deal with. They do not care about their customers, only the money. I spent $22,000 on a car here from Susan Yip, she did not talk through the different warranties, only TOLD me what I "had" to get. As well as only gave me 1 broken key fob, when everyone knows you are supposed to receive 2 key fobs - and definitely not broken ones. I have only had my car for a year and now because of my broken key fob, it will only start half of the time. I would not recommend buying a car from people who don't know the first thing about customer satisfaction.

We visited Kramer Mazda twice and was helped by Phil. He gave us one of the best test drives we've had. Unfortunately we did end up purchasing a vehicle though Kramer Mazda due to their inability to negotiate and extremely high admin fees. Nonetheless I would still recommend Phil's level of service and knowledge on Mazdas.
I bought a used car ( Kia Optima) last week with reasonable price. The staffs are very friendly. They sent me my drive license which I left in their office as soon as I asked them. Also Brian( sales person) picked me up to pick up my car. Haley , Sue and all other staffs are very approachable. I was happy to be there.

Bought my first car, a mazda5, about 6 months ago from Mazda Kramer and had a wonderful experience. The staff was extremely professional, patient (we went to have a look about 15 minutes prior their closure hour and ended up buying a vehicle), absolutely not pushy, great attention to details and we were also provided a very comprehensive report on the car. I purchased a used vehicle with Kramer and had some electrical/mechanical issues within 48 hours due to a previous (known) issue unknown to me. Kramer Mazda was fantastic in taking it back and fixing it up to make sure the vehicle I purchased was working and safe. Huge shout out to Andrew and the team for keeping me updated throughout the entire process! I'll definitely be coming back for all my vehicle purchasing needs.
I came in with two concerns:
1. Thudding noise front of vehicle while idling.
2. AC has not been working.
Dealership did a diagnostic and said my crankshaft was broken and the only way to fix it was to completely replace my engine. Parts + labour would have been $7-8K. Vehicle inspection sheet said my AC was working fine. Took vehicle to two shops for inspection/second opinion. Both came back with 'AC compressor is failing' diagnostic and needs to be replaced. Ended up replacing AC compressor for $800. AC works great now. I will never come back to Kramer Mazda again.
I had an exceptional experience at Kramer Mazda. I worked closely with Krista for finding the right vehicle. She was receptive to my needs and wants, and informative on the vehicle I test drove. Adam, delivery department, met me for pick-up and he was also fantastic for giving me the run-down of my new vehicle. Excellent service from start to finish. The details and cost were clearly explained when I booked the appointment and again when I dropped it off. The shuttle drivers were friendly and on time. Finally, it was great to have a clean car when I picked it up. I really appreciated the wash!
My recent visit to Kramer Mazda involved a very small issue but they handled it very well. My tire pressure monitor illuminated and I drove into the service bay without an appointment and they promptly came out and checked and filled the tires and told me which one to watch and come back if the light comes back on. After a few days it came back on indicating a problem so I phoned Kramer Mazda back and they serviced my tire the same day promptly while I waited.. 2 thumbs up! Thanks Kramer Mazda!
I recently bought a 2014 Mazda 3 from Kramer Mazda. Nathaniel Scott was the sales person that approached me the first time I visited the dealer, and he always kept in touch because he knew I was test driving other vehicles. I was very happy with his help throughout the whole process. Nathaniel and one of the delivery girls were the most helpful people I dealt with.
Nathaniel also followed up with me and invited me to a Mazda event where we test drove different mazda vehicles, and right after that I got an email with $1000 rebate (for a new car). I just wish they would send them to me whenever I'm ready to buy my wife's car.
Overall, I was very happy.
Our experience with Kramer Mazda was much better than other dealers- Gary Buxton made us feel very comfortable with the test drive, and was patient and informative throughout the drive. We didn't buy the car the same day we were in for a test drive, but rather a few weeks later. When we decided to buy the Mazda 3, we were pleasantly surprised with deal process, and also wanted to thank Grant Purslow along with Gary in making the purchase go seamlessly. We would definitely recommend the dealership for new car purchases.
Great costumer support, first visit we looked at what I needed and wanted, approval was fast and painless. and a couple of days later I picked up my new car. It has been one of my best car buying experience.
