Purchased my first MINI from Jacob. He was very welcoming and really went above and beyond. I had emailed several dealerships after emailing St. Catherine's and none of them compared- Jacob sent me extra pictures, a full quote, and a spec list. He took the time to answer all my questions- and there was a lot since I'm new to the MINI world. I never felt pushed or pressured to make a decision.
We hit a few bumps along the way- but it was well handled by Gianni and Melanie.

This one deserves credit for a "wow" experience from a automobile dealership I have been to so far. Especially the staff there, Jacob Ledwez, deserves special mention. I landed on a cold snowy Saturday morning with the intention of trying out a few cars in their inventory and Jacob enthusiastically lined up every single one I had requested for a test drive, too the effort of clearing the snow and readying them to be driven. He had the details and customization on his fingertips. We went for a few test drives and he while engaging me in conversations on the specifications of the vehicle took me around St. Catharines beautiful roads mixing highways with scenic roads that gave me a good understanding of the drive feel of the cars I was test driving, to me the mark of a true professional, knowing the right chords to strike. I finally had to put an end to my pursuit of "the car" I was looking for and ended up buying happily from him. Thanks a lot Jacob. Kudos to Mini St. Catharines for the wow factor!!

Awesome buying experience thanks to an “OUTSTANDING” team! First purchase at Mini St. Catharines. Fourth car bought and by far the BEST time I ever had buying one. Totally worth the drive from the GTA. NICK was amazing as he listened to what I wanted, was respectful, knowledgeable and professional. He provided an “Information Video Collection” that was extremely helpful and entertaining. The videos allowed me to spend less time reading and more time having FUN with all the electronic features (toys). SHAUN negotiated fairly and my belief is both sides got a fair deal. After signing the agreement, I was very HAPPY. On pick-up of the car, JACOB was very thorough in pointing out what I needed to know in order to leave the dealership safely! He also took his time to show me the highlights of the car’s capabilities. SHOBHIT and TRAVIS played an important part in the process which only added to my joyful time. DEVON provided helpful insights into some of the car’s FUN features and offered a few of his own tips based on personal experience. The “WHOLE TEAM” worked great together, especially with the follow-up questions I was too lazy to look up. Best of all, the girl in my life was very happy with her own sun-roof.
I highly, HIGHLY(!) recommend Mini St. Catharines for your next Mini purchase! I drove 1800km to pick up my new Countryman S ALL4 and was SO worth the trip. What a fun drive back home around the twisty roads of Lake Superior. My Mini is more than I had hoped for - being 6'-4" tall there is plenty of room for me to be comfortable driving for 10+hr stretches. Plus I felt 20yrs younger behind the wheel! haha

Picked up our new (demo) 2015 Paceman All4 last week. Agreed to the car on Saturday and picked it up on Monday. Absolutely thrilled with the car. We visited Performance Mini on a Saturday hoping to look over the cars in stock. We did not plan to buy but the reception and explanation of the various models by Shaun Bos convinced us that a Mini Cooper was an excellent car. We ended up purchasing and picked it up the following Wednesday. At no time was there any pressure to close the deal. We would advise anyone looking for great service to visit Performance Mini and ask for Shaun Bos. The Mini was for my wife and she is impressed by the quality and comfortable ride. She is small and needed a car with excellent visibility. The Mini Cooper fits the bill.
