Purchased my pre-owned vehicle from them, extremely good service in that moment because a lot of money was involved for them, of course. But when something went wrong with the vehicle, I was provided with bandaid solutions and the customer service was subpar at best. If Capital even replies to this review, I spoke to the service manager there today on the phone whose level of customer service (or lack thereof) would ensure I would be taking my business elsewhere. The only 5 star review I have to offer is to their very kind, personable and respectful shuttle driver!

What started out as a good experience ended with a poor experience and they lost any of my future business. Everything was fine until they got my money then they are nowhere to be found when needed. They make you feel comfortable at first but after the sale they forget you. My sales rep Neel won’t even reply to me regarding an issue now that the sale is final. They have lost me and my family as future customers.

I will say the finance manager Craig was great to deal with. 5 stars for him.

We live in Saskatoon and were looking for a used truck. Phoned Capital as they had one we were interested in. The drive is absolutely worth it! One of the best dealerships I have dealt with! Very fair negotiation, great service and delivered as promised. They went above and beyond to have our vehicle ready in time for a fast pick up, it was cleaned and detailed and full of fuel. 100% recommend.
We dealt with Sukhdeep for sales; he was always fast replying back to inquiries and super friendly! Definitely recommend. Craig did the financing and was very knowledgeable and friendly. Wish we were closer for every service from here on out as we would definitely be going there each time. Highly recommend this dealership!

Couldn't believe who I dealt with here. Had phoned a week ago about purchasing and getting a programming done on a new key fob. And for Service Quick Lane to tell me I wasn't in their system for booking. I was told by parts associate to come in early Friday morning cause they would be busy. I get there early morning today at 9:00 AM. And to tell me they can't get me in cause I wasn't in the system for an appointment. And it didn't look pretty busy in there. Also to tell me they can't get me in until Monday. I thought it was very unprofessional and lazy. I ended up calling Bennett Dunlop Ford dealership and they took me in. And also told me it would be a bit cause they were actually extremely busy. I said that's okay I'll wait an hour to an hour and a half. Took them an hour. I definitely won't be coming back here for anything if I'm just going to be turned away and to be rescheduled for another day.

We were looking for new vehicle since my daughter’s car had become a money pit so she took over my wifes 2018 Ford Focus. John Barabash in sales, was an extremely pleasant salesman. He did not push us in any direction nor did act like “He Knew What We Needed” salesman. He listened carefully and went through some different options of vehicles, showing us what all avenues we could pursue. He let my wife and I chat back and forth as we navigated through our decision. When it came time to do the sale,John handed us over to Craig Livingston in finance. Craig was also excellent to deal with. Same demeanour and professionalism as John. All said and done we closed the deal after store hours unfortunately for them, but neither man pushed us out the door. We left when the deal was completed and we were very happy customers. We thoroughly enjoy our new Bronco Sport and I highly recommend John and Craig’s personal service to anyone reading this review. They are my “go to guys” now. It’s a good feeling to know there are still personable people in our world today that you can establish a good working relationship with.

The worst customer service to deal with. Everyone passes the puck to someone else yet no answers. I buy an 80k truck and when it goes belly up within a year, dealership cannot fix it. I'm left without a vehicle. I wouldn't even be given a courtesy car. The manager is too busy to loot the new customers to speak to past customers. I will be reporting this to BBB. The worst experience I've had with a new car dealership.

Solid 2.5/5 wasn't a terrible experience but definitely was a "dealership" experience. 5/5 on the vehicle they sold me. A few pointers when selling vehicles for the "people" experience, I traded in a truck and got an awesome vehicle. My only gripes were they came with winter tires that weren't washed so they dropped the seats and tossed them in the back without any wheels covers either which made everything dusty and dirty and they sold the vehicle with 1/4 tank of gas. Other than that 2.5 on the entire experience. Great team none the less was only handed off once. Straight forward sale.

I recently embarked on a vehicular adventure with Capital Ford Lincoln Inc., and I've got to say, it was like a breath of fresh air in a world of automotive mysteries.

I stroll into their domain, and right from the get-go, I'm met with a crew of car conjurers. These folks weren't just selling cars; they were car whisperers. They knew their four-wheeled critters inside out and were keen to understand what kind of metal beast would tickle my fancy. It was like having a car-savvy oracle guide me through the selection process.

But wait, there's more! These car whisperers didn't stop at just impressing me with their automotive acumen. They were like customer satisfaction champions, too. Every query I had was met with an avalanche of answers, all served with a side of patience. It was like getting the secrets to the automotive universe decoded in a language even I could understand.

Now, usually, when you think of car dealings, the words 'smooth' and 'hassle-free' aren't the first to pop into your head. But lo and behold, the process from vehicle selection to paperwork shuffling was as smooth as butter on a hot skillet. Honesty and fairness oozed from every interaction, leaving me feeling like a cherished member of the car-enthusiast club.

In conclusion, I have to tip my imaginary hat to the Capital Ford Lincoln Inc. team. They turned my vehicle-leasing escapade into a comedy of good times, a drama of great choices, and a thriller of exceptional service. Amazing Service in the Quicklane Service Department. We were travelling from Ontario to BC (On our way home to BC) so stopped in initially for an oil change and tire repair. Turns out we needed a New Rad hose that normally takes 2 days to arrive. They rushed it in and had us back on the road the next day just after lunch. Not only That, we were in need of some baby items from the car as we weren't aware it would need to stay overnight; they arranged for a courtesy shuttle to pick me up from our hotel, take me to my car to pickup the needed items, and drive me back to my hotel. This was not a short drive, with the traffic about half an hour or so each way. The shuttle driver worked overtime to do this for me and my family. They just went above and beyond to get us back on the road asap as we had to check out of our hotel and we have 6 kids! Thanks for Everything!

I was having an issue with my Ford Escape. It would intermittently give me a “Service Engine Now” message and was undriveable. Diagnosing and repairing the problem proved challenging but Mike and the team in the service department didn’t give up even after several unsuccessful attempts and many days in the shop. The problem now seems to be fixed and the amount I was charged was less than I expected considering the amount of time they spent on the vehicle. Mike was excellent to deal with. Also, the pickup and delivery service that Capital offers was extremely helpful.

I recently purchased through Capital a JEEP from their sister lot, Crestview Chrysler. The sales experience was both smooth and excellent as always.

However it turned out the JEEP required a number of recall repairs and had an ongoing issue which Crestview knowingly put on sales lot anyway. I have a real beef with Crestview. But, Capital has been AMAZING trying to work this out with a promise to make all good, including providing me a loaner while Crestview makes the repairs. Crestview has not been the most honest about this and obviously I am not a priority for them but Capital is seeing me through this. They are as ticked about the run around as I am.

Would I buy a vehicle from Capital again? You betcha.

I was in there on a Saturday with my wife and kids and received NOTHING but amazing service from Abbi, Irv, the Receptionist and another Sales Person that I can't remember their name.

I am so impressed with the integrity and honesty shown to me and my family. Unfortunately, I was unable to make my budget work with the payments that were presented (Due to my finances, the dealer did everything they could) and even still, I was respected and thanked for coming. That's impressive. Status Quo is usually "If you can't spend money, you're useless". I did NOT feel that here.

Irv was also cooking hotdogs for everyone there. Let me tell you, what a blessing! There's NO WAY we could have stayed as long as we did without my kids having something for lunch. I am very impressed with that.

You care about taking care of my kids with a hot-dog, I'll drop 60K on a truck, no hesitation, when I can swing it.

Had not dealt with capital before but saw a hybrid truck on their website I was interested in. Called and asked for their top f-150 salesperson. Was told the truck was still available. After some information exchange, I received a call back saying their was a similar truck available with even more options and it was $7,000.00 more. Both trucks were discounted, apparently I called on the last day of the sale so of course there was pressure to get a deal in that day. The discounted price on both trucks was fair but the offer I received for mine was the all time worst ever offer I’ve ever had in all my years. This is all after I informed the salesperson that if I received a fair deal I would come back again and tell others and that I realized that everyone had to make money but that I wouldn’t appreciate being taken advantage of. The offer for my truck was $21,000.00 below what another dealer offered and that figure was already low. An absolute insult. And the salesperson claims they have no influence on the numbers they just exchange information with the person who does the calculations. Who ever that person was obviously didn’t know the value of trucks like mine or worse yet they do and are just trying to rip me off to the max. Incidentally somewhere between closing last night and opening this morning the truck I first wanted disappeared from their website. Makes me wonder if it ever existed at all and was just used to entice me to buy a higher value vehicle. DO NOT deal with this dealership unless you have money burning a hole in your pocket you’d love to throw away. Zero trust and won’t contact them again.

I've been taking my vehicle to Capital Ford for repairs over the past 8 years and the experience was generally positive. However I found that the personal service has declined over time. My recent experience is somewhat negative as I had my vehicle back and forth over a period of 3 weeks (3 different fixes) related to the same issue. New problems occurred after each repair resulting in additional costs and further repairs being identified. I Decided to switch up after further issues occurred with my vehicle and found a local mechanic who identified the problem and fixed the issue at a cost that was less than 1/2 what Capital identified, the mechanic also identified another problem that was related to a previous fix done by Capital. I know every experience is different but a change was likely a good decision.

I am writing this review because I am firstly disappointed and secondly, I am embarrassed. I was born and raised in a Ford loving family. My father has worked with Ford Motor Company for 15+ years. I have always sought out service from a Ford company due to my loyalty and my father’s years of service, which unfortunately, will change from here on out. I have been going to Capital Ford for approximately six years with my 2009 Ford Focus, which again, will no longer be the case. I recently went to Capital Ford to have my winter tires switched over. Upon completion of this service, I was quoted with over $3000.00 worth of recommended work to maintain and service my vehicle.

I spoke with my uncle, who is a mechanic in another province, and he stated that it was in his opinion that most of the recommended services were essentially nonsense. This was further confirmed by two individuals knowledgeable with servicing vehicles. To credit Capital Ford, there were three things that definitely needed to be fixed. My uncle actually indicated to me that he thought they were trying to take advantage of me due to my gender. This would not be the first time I received condescending service from a Ford Capital employee (one in particular). So, with the quoted $3000.00 worth of work for various services, my partner and I decided to call other auto service centres in Regina to compare the recommended prices. This is where the actual nonsense happens. For something that cost $595.00, $375.00, and $65.00, at leading competitors in the Regina area, cost $315.00, $190.00, and $15.00, respectively. The price differences (to me, anyways) is just unfathomable. So in conclusion, I have found a new mechanic who I trust and will continue to give my business to.

To make matters worse, after my tires were swapped over, I was driving down ring road and my car started vibrating very intensely. I immediately got off of ring road. I phoned Capital Ford and they were apologetic, stating that if I were to bring my car in the following morning, they would make the service a priority. The next morning, Capital Ford confirmed that the tires were not balanced properly – they were off by approximately 2.5. To make matters worse, my partner waited two and a half hours for the tires to be rebalanced. Priority? I do not think so. This would also not be the first time I have had to wait at the Quick Lane for over two hours for minimal vehicle service, such as an oil change. We were provided with a free oil change and a free car wash for our troubles; however, I do believe that the name “Quick Lane” should be changed.

This is my first Google review. I wanted to share my story to give others an opportunity to think twice about the service they are receiving at Capital Ford and to also be informed that the prices at Capital Ford may be higher in comparison to other places. Thanks for reading.

My wife and I called Sam looking for a new 2019 Ford Edge ST. Within a couple of hours, Sam had us driving down from Saskatoon to test drive the unit. When we arrived the vehicle was cleaned up and ready for us to take out. From there, Sam gave us a quick run through and we were off to the races.

Upon returning from our test drive, Sam was able to coordinate for us to purchase and take the vehicle back home in just over an hour.

I started my search for a new vehicle at Capital Ford Lincoln because of the great customer service I had already received from Darcy Prokopetz and the other service staff.

I walked in on Thursday evening with a pretty vague description of what I was looking for (price, and must have air conditioning were pretty well the only two criteria I gave Brett Holloway!). By 2:00 pm Saturday I drove away with exactly what I was looking for. Brett was extremely personable and asked questions to find out what I really wanted. He focused his attention on me and made sure I knew what was going on every step of the way: from introducing me to Blayne Morrow (the Sales Manager) ahead of time so I would know who he was when he entered to process, to confirming that I had received all the necessary information from the "finance guy" (I'm sorry, I forget his name).

Brett and all of the staff I ran into at Capital Ford Lincoln were very friendly and I felt like I was dealing with family. I am 100% satisfied with the both the service I received and the vehicle I purchased. I will definitely return for my next purchase and highly recommend Capital Ford Lincoln. THANK YOU!!!
