The manager is a jerk who i met at 20200911 afternoon. the owner should fire the guy. i am from a big community, and help a lot of friend to buy different brand cars, from Honda to BMW. the one i met is the rudest manager. he did not show any experience and skills about the car. From the whole process, he never try to meet a deal, but ruin our process ,without any respect. if you want to be treated as a human being, go to somewhere else.

Have not been personally happy with the service so far, my family just got a car here and I was planning to as well. Support local. But after bringing my car in for a recall (not completed) it’s been down hill service since then. I left my car over night for a part that did not arrive. Went to pick up the car that was left (unlocked) on the lot, the following day, was role in 3-5 days a part would come in. I waited a week and finally called since I had no update. I was transferred from service to parts. Parts said “service” should know they would call back after and hour I called back. Asked to speak to a manager was transferred again to a random manager. Then called back by the service managers who informed me the parts were on back order I asked why the run around, and got response as to I should know who to ask for “I WAS TRANSFERRED” each time. I asked about a second recall I got in the mail but apparently no such recall yet it’s for my car and vin. It’s my family’s and my first time coming here I’ve owned nothing but ford since day 1 of buy a car. But against my better judgment I choose local and should have stuck to another ford dealer. Very disappointed and would not recommend this location.

I have purchased a 2010 mustang get, leased a 2015 f150 and I am currently leasing a 2018 edge. The sales people have been splendid and helpful. One thing that makes me rate them only a 1 star is the fact that I pay for a maintenance package which was highly suggested from the salesperson.
Me being very aware of my vehicle I have noticed that they do not do what they say is covered. They have never rotated my tires, my fluids are never topped up, which leads me to wonder what other corner are they cutting.
I have spoken to 2 managers both of which had no other solution except me coming back in to top up my fluids. It has been very inconvenient and I can't help but feel like I am being ripped off.
I would never purchase the maintenance package ever again and I wouldn't recommend buying off of lease as they most likely don't maintain there cars they service.

A very disorganized place. No communication between sales and service for problems with brand new vehicles. Also poor communication with customers, I have left multiple voicemails/emails that never get returned. The service manager Samantha is a piece of work, with a "nothing is her problem" attitude. Would definitely not recommend buying or serving a vehicle here.

My car broke down on the 401 heading to Toronto from Ottawa. After several hours trying to diagnose the problem with the tow truck driver, I decided that it would be best to drop it off at the nearest Ford dealership that night. The driver located the nearest dealership to the hotel that we were staying at. We left the keys in the drop-box with a note describing the issue.
The next morning,Saturday, at approximately 745am, Ryan the 'service specialist', (I may have his title wrong), called me to ask what exactly happened. He took that info and went right to looking into the issue. At every step, he called me with an update on what they tried, the results, next steps. When it was realized that this wasn't going to be resolved on that day, he arranged for a rental car with a nearby Enterprise and got us a stellar daily rate. With two 12yr old girls looking forward to going to Canada's Wonderland, he made it possible to continue with our weekend plans.
Before noon on the Monday, he called with a diagnosis of the problem, what they've done to fix it, and how much it was all-in. The over-the-phone/texting-based service I got from Ryan was the best I've ever had anywhere else, including where I usually have my car serviced. He went 'above-&-beyond' what we've come to expect these days and I want to salute Ryan for being a 'stand-up guy' with excellent customer service skills and for going the extra steps. It's too rare a thing these days! THANK YOU RYAN! 👍😎

I would not recommend this location at all. They wanted to charge my father $1,000 to fix the trunk door of his car. It was not opening all the way. We took it in to get the arms checked and fixed. he was told that it would cost over $1,000 to replace the motor that controlled the arms that hold up the trunk door. He refused to pay it. Went shopping, and low and behold, it worked fine. That was over a month ago it is still working fine now. They obviously tinkered with the car for 5 minutes, fixed it, and then try to charge him $1,000 to replace the motor that was working perfectly.

I've been taking my car to Ford's dealership for 3 years now for an oil change and overall check ups. Last week I took my car and was informed that my breaks were in need of a change and that there was a leak in my car due to it struts.

I took my car to the mechanic and it turns out there was no leak what so ever. Instead my family's mechanic found that the car had been tampered with to make it seem that something was wrong. I couldn't believe this. This truly disappointed me as a customer of 3 years, the trust I had with this dealership no longer exists.

Also, before posting this review I had actually sent this message on their survey and NO one got back to me. Shows how much they value my service.

Had an appointment for swapping winter tires to summer tires with tires ON RIMS, dropped off at 7:30 in the morning and been told would finished with in an hour, it's been 3 HOURS already and I am still in the waiting room. You guys need to improve your service here.

Stay away from this dealership and FORD in general!!! My friend in-laws is a service manager at one of the locations in Canada and he explained, once they sell you a brand new car... your vehicle is not a priority until the warranty ends! The company pays the service department (when a vehicle is still under warranty) a fraction of what they regularly charge their customers. So they give you the run around until you have to pay out of pocket. Samantha from the service department is rude and unprofessional. Stay away from this dealership and any Ford vehicles. There are much better vehicles from other companies with impeccable service.

I checked out this dealer with my friend, thought I’m gonna be a potential Mustang buyer.

We’re serviced by a very friendly and polite sales person named Andrew Gebrane, turned out he’s a Mustang expert! He showed us the Roush tuned mustang and a Bullitt parked outside the dealership which are awesome! We then got a test drive with Mustang GT, unfortunately that one was in delivery mode, so the ride felt a little limp, but I’m pretty sure it’s a beast in Normal mode.

Overall speaking, it was a really nice visit to this dealership, excellent service by Andrew Gebrane! If you love Mustang, be sure to find Andrew Gebrane there ;)

extremely unhappy with my experience (or shall i say "many" experiences) with pine tree ford service. my 2015 mustang gt has been randomly shutting off on me WHILE DRIVING even at high speeds (happened to me on the highway at 110kph. happened more than 30 times in the past 8 months. when it shuts off i loose power brakes and power steering, and the message "RUN POWER ACTIVE" comes on the display, and the car cannot restart until at a full stop and message is cleared. after just 3 months of owning the car it happened so i went into the dealership and told them what had happened and the service people told me that they have never heard of this issue and basically shrugged me off and sent me away (simply google search "ford run power active", and look how many ford vehicles are having this problem. it kept happening during the course of the next 2 months so i brought it back demanding for them to actually look into the issue, they did, i was told "your car just needed a software update, it won't happen again". 3 months later it happened again so i brought it back, they had the car for 3 days and the result of problem was "loose wires in the wiring harness and broken pin connectors" (this is a brand new car with less than 15,000kms, how is that possible?). so they fixed the wires and yet again promised me that the car will not shut off on me while driving again. i picked up the car, and on my way home after in less than 30 kms of driving it shut off on me again. i had it towed back to pine tree because i did not and still do not feel safe driving my ford vehicle and they had the car there for 2 weeks, could not find the problem and said they replaced a control module in the car and "that should be the problem, but you have to drive the car and let us know how it is". they refuse to give rental cars, refuse to answer phone calls and refuse to give me a 100% confident answer that my 2015 mustang will not shut off on me while driving again. also twice i brought in my car to adjust the e-brake cable because it was way too loose, they then tightened it so much that you need 2 hands to pull it up, also i told them three times my reverse camera randomly stops working and showed them pictures of when it happened and they still haven't done anything about it. one of the times my car was in i put a dash cam in it before bringing it in, upon pickup the camera was gone, they told me my car never had a dash cam when it came in. i found it the next day on the floor in my backseat, turned it on and all video footage was deleted except for one clip of the car in their service bay, you can see the camera being grabbed off the windshield and thrown in the back of the car. as per their invoice, the car was driven 16kms while in their possession. what did they do with my car to do this? i will never trust pine tree ford again, i will be taking my car to another ford dealer from now on.

UPDATE: vehicle shut down on me AGAIN today, one month after the 3RD "REPAIR"

I recently purchased a used Ford from a used car dealer and found an issue with the car. I was sent to Pine Tree Ford to see Frank in service to go over the problem and see what could be done, since there was a recall on this car years ago. Frank was a pleasure to deal with. Polite and looked after any concerns I had. If the time comes where I would need to purchase a new vehicle, I would definitely consider Pine Tree. Very friendly staff.

I bought a pre-owned car for this Dealership and since I had almost a perfect experience from start to finish. I will be very succinct:

Pros: the out of the door price was quite good after some negotiations, the car was very well prepared and taken care of before delivery (all filters changed, oil changed, polished, mechanically sound), the Sales Person was friendly without being uptight and also he was pretty knowledgeable, as a gesture of appreciation, the car was delivered with a full tank of gas

Cons: (it's not quite a huge deal but I have to write something, isn't?) a very small detail was overseen (a blown fuse)

Based on the above, I will totally recommend this Dealership if you're interested in buying a new or pre-owned vehicle
