Grant made the process very simple which made the new car buying experience much more enjoyable then I am used too. Go see him (them) you won't be disappointed. Went in for a 2023, ended up coming out with a 2024 Edge ST Line. Worth a visit.

Really nice experience, was there first thing in the morning, Saturday, first come first serve. my first time using Donnelly Ford Lincoln, doing oil change. Great customer service, fast, and they also gave me a discount as a first time customer. They didn’t over sell things I don’t need, told me my car was in good condition. Very satisfied and happy. Had a great experience here! The service techs and everyone I spoke to was very friendly. I don’t know really anything about cars or what was truly needed and I don’t feel like they used this to their advantage to recommend things that were not required. They weren’t able to do my car the day I initially brought it over because of scheduling issues, so I had to bring it back the next week, but when I got my car back it was fully cleaned inside, so I didn’t even mind!
Last month I purchased a vehicle from Donnelly Ford with the help of their Salesperson Marty Nolasco. I had been looking for a smaller SUV and pulled into Donnelly to check out the inventory. As I was looking at vehicles Marty approached and asked if he could help me with anything. I told him what I was looking for and the price range I had to work with. He gave me a quick look at a couple of vehicles within my price range, which I was not a fan of, but he told me that if he came across anything that he thought would interest me he would send an email. A couple of weeks later he sent me an email saying that a trade has just come in and he thought it was exactly what I was looking for. I came in to see the vehicle and Marty gave me a simple breakdown of the vehicle and its costs. He even had the service Manager come out and answer any questions I may have, and Marty even asked a couple of questions on my behalf. It was one of the simplest and most pleasurable processes I ever experienced in purchasing a vehicle. It felt as though Marty was working for me and not the company. Marty even called me a couple of weeks after the purchase to check in and see how I was feeling about the vehicle. I could not have a higher recommendation for Marty or the team at Donnelly. Everyone was great to deal with.

Amazing from start to finish. They were fairer than any car dealership I've ever dealt with and paid real attention to my needs to make sure I got into the vehicle that was right for me. I can confidently say I'm a customer for life.
I had a service appointment to check all fluids and top up if necessary. I was told my transfer case needed topping up but that was not done. Also, was told my coolant level was low and that was not topped up. However, I was charged $300 for this diagnostic service. They failed to get the job done. Very disappointed. I will have to make another appointment with a different Ford dealer where they can follow simple instructions and gain my confidence. Would not recommend this place. Marty did an excellent job keeping me informed on delivery of the vehicle I was interested in as there were delays at the distribution site. Once it arrived Marty and Gilles gave me all the info I needed to make my decision and things went very smoothly. Very happy with my purchase and the service I received at Donnelly's. Went to service my Lincoln Navigator with the service manager Chris Kingsley after a another dealership messed up my vehicle! Called into Donnelly because I was referred to them by a good mechanic I know! Called in and Chris immediately pointed out the problem that the previous dealership couldn't find! Brought it in and they solved the issue as fast as they could and had me back on the road! So very thankful for the care of the service manager and the techs! Quick, easy and painless. I talked to Ali on a Thursday and by the next Tuesday my car was delivered to my home. I gave him my budget and the type of car I wanted and they found me a truck that I love. Great customer service too.
I had to take my car in for two separate recall services. Booking the appointment was easy and the timeslot was great for my availability. The mechanic was clear about the time to finish the first recall and warned me the second one would most likely take all weekend because of the car's mileage (400k km). He recommended to book another appointment for it during the week so it could be finished overnight instead of an entire weekend.
First recall was quoted taking about 2-3 hours, it was done within 2. Great service, clear expectations and communication.

Diagnosed with a rear main seal leak and oil adapter leak. They recommended I replace the oil pan gasket while it was being serviced. Was charged $190(?) for an engine shampoo that was needed to clean the engine for oil leak diagnosis.
First, the engine was never shampooed. I popped the hood and found a clip of some sort sitting on top of the engine. No signs that anything was cleaned. I even pulled all the old leaves that were in the engine compartment. I think I paid $190 for the mechanic to spray some brake cleaner on the oil pan and wipe it off.
Second, brought the vehicle to another garage and they photographed and videoed what appears to be the issue. While it was recommended I get the oil pan gasket resealed, there was actually oil sputtering out of the oil pan seal, quite visibly. Not sure why they only recommended I do that while getting other things serviced when it was quite clear there was an issue.
They also showed me the turbo lines that were spewing oil. No mention of this by Donnelly. They wanted the $3000+ rear main seal repair job. Lucky for me I remembered that the rear main seal was replaced just 14,000km’s ago when I took my vehicle to a garage to get the faulty Ford flex plate replaced after it shattered. Had I went ahead with the repair I would have wasted $3000+ to have them replace an already new rear-main, an oil filter adapter that had zero leaks, and I would have still had oil spewing out of the turbo lines. I definitely won’t be taking my vehicle to these guys and I have lost all confidence in dealership service departments.
Their service hours of operation aren't super convenient. Message was lost between reception and service dept. Their mechanics leave at 4pm.
Their team is extremely friendly and apologetic, but that doesn't help me when I have to come back because they didn't get all the work done in one shot.
I keep receiving texts about my service experience and I returned my lease in April 2021.
Fantastic dealer to deal with. Bought a Fiat 500L Trekking and at last minute before pick up they squeezed my car in to put on winter tires because of heavy snow fall. John B. Is excellent to deal with and he just wants you to leave happy and come back for future business. He works with you to get you what you need. I'll definitely be back.
