I don't usually post reviews but from my first call with Spinelli Lexus to when I received my car, I would like to thank Melanie Pittarelli in Financing for her hard work and dedication in getting my car. She went up and above to get me the best deal. Salesman Martin Lemire was very professional and helpful, answering all my questions and explaining all the options this car has. I give this dealership 10 on 10 with two thumbs up. This car has made me a Lexus client for life!
Scheduled a test drive and the car wasn't ready. Salesman stalled for time and tried showing me options I didn't care for. Mr.Diabo(dealership manager) is very rude as well. They don't care to service you unless you're interested in buying or leasing a new car. Poor experience for me. I don't think I will be returning. I ended up buying a Lexus elsewhere. A smooth transaction is all about organization and respect. Both seem to be lacking heavily at this dealership.
Bad service: this is the third time I run into problems with services for my car. Last time, they proposed me to clean the AC system. I'm 100% positive I asked them not to do it. Finally, they did it and charged me 200$ for it. After I told them I didn't ask them, they proposed me a free car wash as apology! Today, I had an appointment for security callback from Lexus. Got there, they told me that the work is on gas pump and the tank should be 3/4 empty. No one told me, I even checked the reminder text message which they sent me the day before, no trace of this. No one never mentioned anything about the empty tank to me. I got a "we're sorry, take another appointment". Very low quality service, I thought I bought a high end car and deserve better service than this.

I've had my Lexus for 1 year now and in my 3 interactions with Lexus Lachine for Tire purchase and change, tire change and regular check-up, I've been very happy with the service.
My first experience at Spinelli Lexus Lachine service department was seamless and professional. I was there for my 1st checkup done at about 1 month/1600km after purchase of a new vehicle. Everything was great! First of all, they had a courtesy car waiting for me and drop off + pickup took no more than 5 minutes. They also fixed some minor issues with the Protex installation, buffed out some imperfections on the hood and fender from when vehicle was purchased in December and now the car is A1. They also made sure to have the 4 tire pressure sensors I ordered for my summer wheels ready, it was really a 1 and done. Also, I must mention their COVID19 sanitary measures are also topđ.
Excellent customer service provided by both Ivan, the manager and Melanie! Ivan went above and beyond to address my concerns and questions as well as provide a price that was within our financial budget given my unexpected circumstance. His attention to detail and empathetic listening makes him a great asset to the team. Lastly, a special thank you to Melanie for giving an incredible interest rate. Thank you for your assistance in helping me get my dream car! Highly recommended!
Excellent experience by the service team. Fast and efficient! However, they do need more Lexus courtesy cars. Past few times, there have only been Toyotas available. Other than that, great team!
Outstanding service from their whole team. From the Service Manager Pat LoBianco to my advisor Jean-Michel Gagnon to the mechanic Jonathan, these people were honest and extremely helpful. I have piece of mind ! I have no qualms referring Spinelli Lexus to anyone.
Apparently there is no negotiating for a used Lexus vehicle at Spinelli Lachine and they are badly prepared and there is miscommunication amongst the staff...

I was well prepared with documentation. We were excited to go see Lexus vehicles! Many little things overall weren't good but very long story short...
Salesman kept going back and forth to his manager. Manager then sat with us and did not look at me for over an hour. He would just look and speak to my wife. He would dismiss vehicle comparison prices in the area. We were there approximately 2.5 hrs. He never made us any offer. Arguing that the list price was the best price. Never asked us until we were about to leave what price we were looking for.
When we arrived for the test drive I discovered the vehicle was damaged (front grill/bumper was cracked in half). The salesman did not know about it. We were never advised when speaking to a manager on the phone prior to coming. They made an error on the interest rate they told me I would get for the vehicle when I had asked the manager prior to coming (probably why they could not "negotiate"). I think they made some mistakes and did not own up to them and it caused my wife and I to have our worse experience at a dealership. We had driven an hour to go there. I was very calm and polite the whole time even though I was very frustrated with what we were experiencing.
VERY DISAPPOINTED. Was expecting much better from Lexus.
The next day we drove 1h30 to another Lexus dealer. Wanted to try again. And the experience... Was AMAZING! There was some discussion, NEGOTIATING and understanding. The salesman and his manager were such a great team and so nice to deal and speak with. We ended up buying our first Lexus!
Our next one WILL not be at Lachine Spinelli Lexus. :(

Brought my 2004 LS460 for a early bird tire change for a great deal of $50 and that wouldâve been enough but they gave me a free loaner for the day! Great service from a great company!
Brought my car in for a fluid change and the car came back with blown a speaker. I canât even go back to show it as I know they wonât take the responsibility for it.

My first ES350 bought from Lexus Pointe-claire, the second and third RX350 were from Spinelli Lachine because of better customers service and communications. Recently had two recalls and services on my RX350 to get done. Professional and courteous service, I always get a prompt answer by email or phone call, its a great pleasure to deal with such a friendly, efficient team

I leased IS 300 on May 2018 and was told this month, May 2020 that my summer tire was all worn out! Apparently, wheel alignment wasn't done & I was told by the service Manager Pat over the phone with such a rudeness attitude that my car needs an alignment & I haven't done it & must replace all 4 tires including the rims which will cost me around $2,800. Since the service team is supposed to be guiding the customer, why would you not explain properly or at least check the alignment when you do the maintenance before something gets worse! There are even few times that I have to call the maintenance team to correct the information they enter on the invoice. Well, if you cannot enter the information correctly, how much more worse would the maintenance checks be?? Move my service to another Lexus dealership, & of course way better! Just DO NOT appreciate the way the manager talk to me!

Great experience. Quick and honest service (my sales advisor was Marcello Schembre). I bought a Lexus IS 250 F SPORT within 30 minutes of walking into the dealership and Marcello made sure the vehicle was ready for delivery within days. Also fixed some minor issues on the vehicle in that time and informed me without me having to ask. There was no hard selling. Great dealership.

Had an amazing experiance buying a used ES350. The service was amazing from Ivan Wong (very welcoming and knowledgeable). They got the car all ready as if it was new as I was coming from Ottawa! Drove off within 2 hours! After leaving the dealer noticed one of the doors doesnt lock using the fob but Spinelli Lexus told me they would take care of it and booked me in for an appointment. Really happy with my experiance and new Lexus!
The service I received from Lexus Lachine is by far the best I have ever experienced. Starting from making the reservation with Kathleen (very professional and accommodating) to giving my car and taking a rental . Last car I had I delt with Silverstar and the service there does not compare to Lexus at all. From the appointment to getting my car back it was a great experience. Great job Lexus Lachine
Don't deal with this dealership. They accepted my offer in the morning then they proceeded with another customer 1 hour after our conversation. They have very bad staff especially someone called Martin. I advice you to not take any word from them as they don't honor what they offer.

I was satisfied with the service and i would give a 10/10. I like the expertise and courtesy your staff were dealing with me. I was even surprised when i returned back the car they even didn't waste my time to check any damages on the car and i liked the answer when i asked "we trust our customers". with Audi i used to wait like 10 minutes so they check the car. I like so far the follow ups you do, e-mail reminders for the appointment, on-line access, the easy communication, the car wash you did before delivering my car and you are approximately always available to answer your customer.
