I'm very pleased with my service I received from John Bandura! He's honest, fair, and very understanding. He was able to help me pick out my first big purchase vehicle and stayed well within my budget. The saying "there is no such thing as an honest salesman" does NOT apply with John. He will not steer you wrong and will answer any and all questions honestly. I was able to get everything I needed to drive away within 36 hours of picking out a car. Very clean establishment, good cars in great conditions, and very willing to let you drive anything you want. For my future car purchases, I will absolutely be returning to this establishment! I went in to Tburg Kia and wanted to trade in my Blue Kia for a Silver Sedona the service is always amazing there ....Love Love going there and seeing the smiles and they bend over backwards for their customers. I just purchased a 2021 Kia Sportage. I could'nt be happier. Ali was amazing and treated me like a person, not just a customer. I'm 67 years old and this is my first NEW car. Danielle took the time to go through all of the on screen procedures, remote start, other features that I wasn't familiar with and called a couple of days later to see how everything was. Just got home from picking up my new Sorento and I absolutely love it. The staff couldn’t be any nicer or helpful. Ali was able to secure the Sorento I wanted in the colour and trim package which was not an easy feat. They were very courteous and accommodating. Not only that but Ali pulled some magic and got me an amazing financing price that made my new car dream come true. When I first went in I met with Dave so he could go over the different vehicles with me and he answered every question with professional knowledge and patience, as I had a lot of questions. We had an excellent experience shopping for and purchasing our Sorento. David, Ali and Danielle offered a warm and friendly atmosphere. They are very happy to go the extra bit. David is a personable and knowledgeable salesperson. He treated us with respect and never demeaned other car brands. He looked after all the details of our purchase very well and we never felt any pressure. There was also a wonderful lack of attempts to up-sell. We haven't had that happen at a car dealership in a very long time. We look forward to an ongoing relationship with this small-town dealership with a warm, small-town feel.
This was by far the best car dealership we have visited. Very knowledgeable, educated and absolutely weren't overwhelming with pressuring you to buy anything! Got a brand new Kia Forte 5! Dave and Ali are amazing! Not only will they work hard to get you a great deal you can afford, they were so treat you like family. He made sure I was comfortable with my purchase went over everything before I left with the car also, but even called to check up and make sure I was enjoying it and everything was going well. I’m super happy with the purchase I made and the customer service I got also! I highly recommend Dave and Ali! I’ve never had a Kia before and suggest you stop here to try one out, you may call in love like I did. My husband’s looking at getting one to now!

Anyone who walks into this store should be aware of the ethics of which it’s manager operates this location. He is not a honest sales person and has complete disregard for its employees. Interesting how after 2 of its employees filed a HR complaint they where let go without cause.
So if you decide to stop at this store, be aware of the company you are supporting when making a purchase.
Great people. Lots of patients with a senior. I love the car.It is my second Kia. The old one is still on the road and is 20 years old. It was never undecorated and has no rust.

This was our first time buying a brand new vehicle and it was made easy by these two gentlemen. We just recently had our first oil change and the service dept was great as well. We will buy from here again!!

When I went looking for a car back in September I stopped into the dealership just to get some information. I was met by John Roberts the sales rep and he offered a lot of information on the vehicle I was interested in. He explained all the ins and outs of the car and also the programs attached to it. He also explained when the programs ended and there was no pressure what so ever from him. When I said I would be back in toward the end of November upon return from vacation he accepted without any comment other than " I will be here and look froward to seeing you". When we returned to the dealership in late November he acknowledged us immediately and took the time to once again go over all the scenarios were available and I told him I would return in three days to work out a deal. When we returned he was ready and had Jason Leuszler to work with us also.
These people made buying the vehicle fun. They could take the jokes and the haggling back and forth and were also able to dish it out a bit. They were fun and enjoyable to work with. The workings and abilities of the package that we took were explained exceptionally well by John and even in follow up he was still as pleasant as he was when we first hit the door. I ended up with what I wanted and I do think the best deal I could find.
I do not think we could have found a nicer bunch of sales people to deal with. We are glad we stopped by.

Great cars!
Took car in to have winter tires off and summers put on. Placed nuts and locking bolts with the tires in trunk. Service installed winter nuts back on and left summer ones in trunk. Called and explained, took car back in, they installed only locking nuts leaving the rest that were with the locking ones in the trunk, leaving the rusted winter nuts on car. How lazy and/or moronic can you be. Will not be back.
Traded in our 2012 Kia Forte for a 2017 and all I can say is Wow. I am at a loss for words. This Kia Forte is well above and we'll beyond my expectations. The people at Tillsonburg Kia are great to deal with.
