Me and my husband got our first new car from here and we loved their service. Business Manager Michael Li helped us with our paper work, he did great job and made sure everything is ready for us when we got there. Staff was also very welcoming, would definitely recommend to my friends.
From the moment we arrived at Trento Kia, we were treated with patience and genuine excitement. We were assisted by David (who we highly recommend) and within two visits, we were ready to purchase. There was very less haggling and all of our needs were met. We sincerely mean it when we say that we enjoyed our experience and look forward to working with the team at Trento Kia again.
Called to make an appointment and had to wait one week. Longer than I thought it would take but okay.
Got there on time at 9:00 am and was told they would look at my car in the afternoon. When I told them I needed a ride back to work they informed me they weren't currently offering shuttle service. Had they told me that when I made the appointment I would have made arrangements.
If I had to make an appointment for a specific time then that is when my car should be looked at, not keep it all day. If there is no longer a shuttle they should inform you when you schedule your service appointment.
No stars, no thoughtfulness for the customer. Going to another dealer.

I had dealt with so many dealership in the past and by far, Michael Li at Kia Trento is the best I've dealt with. He is honest and helpful. I went to visit the dealership on tuesday and I got my new 2020 Kia Sportage today. Thank you for explaining the specs of the car to me as none of the previous dealership have ever such. Excellent experience at this place, especially given the warm hospitality and friendly treatment provided by Frank Boni. My father (Angelo) and I visited Trento Kia this past weekend to fulfill his curiosities about a couple of Kia vehicles for which he is interested in considering to replace his current car. Visiting a dealership is usually a uncomfortable experience where you sense you are being tricked or pressured by prospective salespeople. Not the case with Frank. We advised Frank that are only in the research phase and that we were not purchasing on the date, but Frank was not bothered by that which we really appreciated. He attended to us the entire duration we were there despite our lengthy stay, when other dealerships we visited would have already dropped us. He was very interested in my father's needs, sharing open and honest information about each car. Additionally, he was very kind with my father, and they seemed to connect really well discussing the days of old. I was certainly impressed with Frank, as was my father. My father's car purchase decision has not been officially yet, but Kia makes impressive cars. Frank's treatment of us certainly backs up that positive experience, and if we come back to Trento Kia we will be looking for him! I wish all dealers were like that. This dealership puts a whole new meaning to great customer service. Not only that but their pricing is unbeatable. The minute we walked in, we were greeted by Doug Dam (General Manager) and offered his assistance. He was able to answer all our questions and concerns. And for someone on that position in the company, to be able to interact with the customers says a lot about this dealership and their staff. I'm from Oshawa and I've visited numerous dealership near me but nothing can compare it to the experience I've had at Trento. Doug Dam is a man of his word. He gave us the best deal that other dealerships can't and for that I will go back there again for future purchases and service. Hassle free and no pressure whatsoever. You don't have to buy from them but you definitely have to visit them if you're in the market for a vehicle. It's totally worth your time.

My family was looking for a new minivan and we decided on the Sedona.
I emailed around all the Kia dealer from London to Kingston and Mike gave me the best selling and trade-in price that most other dealers wont even match!
After we chat on email, it only took me two visits (first visit to sign and evaluate trade in and second visit to pick up) and we are home with the new van. Mike had all the paperwork ready every time before I visit so I spend literally less than an hour with him.

I bought a used car, actually I gave a deposit, they prepared the car exactly to my liking, however due to my accident last year there were some complications with insurance and another surgery and I was unable to go through with the purchase of any vehicle anywhere. I feel very bad that I was unable to go through with it, and worse just because the excellent customer service they so far provided. They fulfilled all my requests exactly as I asked. I dealt with Ramadan, who is new, however an excellent sales rep, always laughing and always with a big smile. I dealt with Michael the sales manager who was also very understanding and very soft spoken. Theres a reason why they have a very high rating. Anyway when I'm ready to buy again I'll definitely pay these guys a visit, as I feel obligated now.

By far the best shopping experience ever!!! All of the staff at Trento Kia are so friendly and welcoming, but high praise goes to our sales rep, Frank King, who is very knowledgeable and so helpful. He was not pushy as you would expect a salesperson to be, but took his time answering all of our questions (we had a lot), and patiently went over the features of our beautiful new Stinger. Purchased an used Infiniti from this dealership last week. Trento Kia was the first dealership that we went to, and the others just paled in comparison.
We worked with Ramao, who was extremely helpful & professional. We were impressed by his knowledge but more importantly his concern for customers.
