Excellent Kia dealership in a prime test driving location (winding roads, leading to the highway if you turn left or city driving to your right). Great staff with a good dynamic and fair pricing. Andrew and Majid are an amazing pair that brought both expertise, knowledge, and a personal buying experience to the table. Wasn't planning to get a car on my first visit, but so impressed I couldn't say no.

Kia has grown and evolved over the years and they have the right sales staff to elevate it into the future! I will definitely be returning for other vehicles in the future!

My wife and I had an extremely unique experience with this dealership and are very satisfied with the service we received! The dealership had a great price on a used odyssey that my wife and I were planning on driving from Milton to see. We had to cancel our appointment because my wife had gone into early labour that morning and Paul, the Pre-owned sales Manager, surprisingly offered to drive the vehicle out to us. We loved the van and bought on the spot before heading to the hospital. The dealership stood behind their vehicle and made a great effort to ensure that we were completely satisfied with it even after taking delivery of the van. Like I said, very unique experience! I would definitely recommend this dealership to any prospective buyers!!! Great pricing and great support!

I’d give 0 stars if I could. Rude from the moment I denied extended warranty. Came to pick up the car and was basically thrown the keys and told have a nice day while a lot tech put my new plates on. Tried to go back the next day because there was a few minor issues that were safety related. (Wipers streaky, bad vibration at 105, and the truck pulled hard right, while the steering wheel was turned slightly left). Was told they don’t feel a vibration and they put new wipers on (only on the front by the way). Completely disregarded the alignment issue. So I had my work done elsewhere, based on the fact they shoved me aside from day 1. So I brought them the repair order from the other shop. They refuse to refund my 209$ to have the truck fixed properly because “they didn’t feel a vibration”. And I have proof from the shop that the tires are out of balance and a printout of the alignment being way out. It’s clear they don’t care about their “amazing reputation “ the financial lady said they had because I wouldn’t even send my worse enemy to experience this dealership.

Just wanted to acknowledge Matt Butcher and the body shop for making my whip look like the legend it is. Showed up with some damage done to it. Got it fixed up so quickly. Time is precious to me, this was the best service I’ve had at any dealership. I also recommend the courtesy vehicle they have, it’s a KIA Soul. I almost like that ride more than mine, but let’s not talk about that 🤫

I recently had an amazing experience buying a brand new Kia here!! I was looking around for a new car for months and I’m glad I came to this dealership. They had a huge selection of new and used cars, and Majid really took the time to understand all my needs/concerns and helped me find the perfect car! My boyfriend and I went into Cardinal Kia and got a better deal than we went in hoping to get. We were helped by Rana, she was super efficient and experienced. Made everything a breeze. She helped us get exactly what we wanted, a 2013 Ford Mustang, at a better price than we could have hoped for. Rana got us an unbelievable price and took care of everything and then some for us . Last May I purchased a 2019 Kia Forte Premium and had nothing but good things to say about all the staff that I dealt with. I was approved with an interest rate of 2.99 over 84 months.
Just last week I went in to see if I could upgrade my Forte for a 2020 model and a few more options and maybe a set of snow tires. Again I was treated like a friend and not a consumer. I wasn't haggled or pressured into buying more than I needed or wanted. I received a better interest rate over 84 months and was given snow tires on rims, which was an added bonus.
I myself work in the customer service industry and we know how hard some days are with consumers wanting everything for nothing. All the staff there helped me with any concern I had. I received a dash cam with the purchase of snow tires and they installed it for me at no extra cost. I had winter rubber mats in my 2019, instead of transferring them over they gave me a new set at no extra cost. These may be small things when purchasing a new vehicle, but they didn't have to do it or they could of charged me for it.
I never had a problem with the service department when I took my old Kia for servicing, I was explained what I was getting before my car was even looked at. I was given a courtesy drive home and a pick up when the vehicle was complete. I will continue to take my new Kia here and will pass on what a great experience I had at the Kia to all of those I come across looking to purchase a new vehicle.

I purchased a Mercedes c250 from this dealership in August. When I went to the dealership, I talked to a sales rep name Kirk, he assures me the vehicle had been thoroughly checked and was in good working order. A month later my check engine light came one, I have the vehicle scanned and it indicated an issue with the secondary blower motor, I was advised by a certified technician that this code was previously stored in the computer. I called the sales rep he said I would need to call the sales manager Rana, when I called her I explained the issue and that it had been pre-existing when I purchased the car. I had purchased the extra warranty so she advised I would need to contact the warranty company, I asked if I would need to bring the car back there or if I could bring it to another certified shop as I needed my car asap. She advised I could go to any certified shop. The insurance didn't cover the part so I called Rana at Kia back and explained again I was unhappy as I was sold the vehicle under the assurance everything was in good working order. She advised I call the dealership manager. When I called, I explained the situation and he advised I bring it back, when I told him that I had spoke with Rana and that she advised I could go anywhere I took it to another shop and had it repaired I was asked how much the repair cost and if the shop was the Mercedes dealer and when I advised the part alone was about $900 and the shop was licensed but not the dealer, I was told they would not believe the shop I took the vehicle to for repair and that if no lights were on the dash nothing could be wrong with the vehicle and that vehicle computers do not store codes. I have since had other issues with the vehicle and am very disappointed that I was assured the vehicle was in good working order and had been thoroughly looked over. I would not recommend purchasing a vehicle from this dealer, if you do please
take it to another license shop to have it thoroughly inspected by a third party. All I wanted was a reliable vehicle, but all I got was a headache. I love the car but would not have bought this specific one it if I knew it had all these issues.

We had a FANTASTIC experience with Paul at Cardinal Kia. We had been to a few car lots in Niagara in search for a truck for our family. To be honest, we turned down decent trucks because we just didn't feel our sales people were being honest with us. Paul went above and beyond! We loved being able to see what repairs had been done on our used vehicle. He was knowledgeable, friendly and understood our needs. When it came time to negotiate a price, he was very reasonable and willing to work within our budget. He got us the bottomline price we wanted! Kirk, Majid and Rana completely restored my faith in the unruly process of buying a car in 2019. After numerous visits to other car dealers, a simple phone call to Cardinal found me the car I wanted, when I wanted it.

Not only did the team go above and beyond to get me into the car, they provided me with a beautiful demo to drive back to Toronto in, and - wait for it - personally delivered my car to my door the very next business day.

From Range Rover to Audi to BMW to Mercedes, I have never had a car salesperson bring my car to my home and provide me with papers to sign at the comfort of my dining room table.

They were fair, honest and extremely personable and helpful - contrary to feeling like I ultimately paid more for less, it was the exact opposite: I truly know I received more value and service than I paid for.

All that without mentioning that the car itself is fantastic.

There are many, many dealerships out there to buy a car from; there is absolutely only one Cardinal Kia. I couldn't say anything better about them. Worth the drive to Niagara!

Let me tell ya a quick line. I walked into the St. Catharines location around 11am. I made an offer on a vehicle, set price + tax + tags = $
when the paper work was drawn the price was 200 more than should have been. Then the guy states I gave you a 200 discount. A 400 hundred dollar swing. I looked at him and politely excused my self. I use to do budgets. (Really).
So discouraged, I pondered. After dinner I drove to the Kia dealership in Niagara Falls reluctant but still. My mind said give one more chance. Not everyone is terrible in math. I really wanted the Forte. No one was there. It was cold and miserable out so that's what I wanted. I walked in then meet Paul (Sadowsky). We chatted then I explained what I was looking never saying a word about earlier that day. He showed me a few cars then I saw Little D. My Rio. It had everything I was looking for. Paul asked why that one. I looked at him with that grin. We were looking at bigger vehicles. So I explained why but it took him by surprise. I was stunned by the price in a good way. No hassle, great guy to chat to. Comfortable. I was already done. Thanks John! That was when I meet Majid Shelkh, we talked after I driving the Rio. I was all in. Once again I have bought cars at least 5 at dealerships. I have always hated dealing with the sales then the finisher - the grueling Finisher! always trying to bleed every last cent. NEVER happen here. I'm retired so I wanted a certain budget that worked for me. Lord behold after talking, down payment then payment plan. I'm under almost 100 bucks. Woot - Woot - These guys were polite and easy to talk to. A true pleasure to do Business with. I have never been to a Kia dealership in my life until that day. I did want a certain vehicle but bought another. Go figure. I would recommend the Kia Dealer in Niagara Falls ONLY to all my friends and family! Thank you Majid and Paul

Hello,

To summarize my experience with Cardinal would create nothing short of a novel and so I will leave it at this:

I never provided any business to Cardinal Kia in the past until my motor blew and they were my only option. Yet, they had me approved through the goodwill program and a $6000 repair became $0.
The next 2 months would be an absolute rollercoster of problems, set backs and frustration. The important thing that I deduced from this journey was that Cardinal Kia held themselves accountable for any shortcomings and fixed their mistakes.

As a result of this, I have nothing but good things to say about them. Shelly from the service department was adamant about helping me and she came through. Jason from service demonstrated understanding for my frustration and went above and beyond to satisfy me.

I am thankful that I came across such a good group of people. Had I not relocated to Ottawa, I would undoubtedly purchase my next vehicle through them. I recommend anybody reading this post to do so - You will not be disappointed.

Another special thank you to Jason and Shelly from Cardinal and to the techs who put a brand new motor in my a**hole vehicle.
